加强社会主义文化建设的几点思考

加强社会主义文化建设,必须坚持社会主义核心价值体系;必须立足中国特色社会主义实践,全方位体现社会主义的价值追求,符合中国特色社会主义建设的实际,坚持“以人为本”;必须在实践中不断创新,实现继承和创新的统一,坚持“三贴近”和“双百”方针。     

高校教育信息化建设问题及对策

高校信息化建设是高校建设的一项重要任务,我国高校信息化经过十几年基础设施建设后,现阶段仍然存在一些问题。总结分析现阶段教育信息化建设中存在的问题及解决策略,有助于高校教育信息化建设健康、有序发展。     

运用科学发展观培养有特色复合型军事人才的实践与思考

为应对世界新军事变革对军事人才队伍建设提出的严峻挑战,军事院校必须全面落实科学发展观,坚持以人为本,大力培养建立在信息化技术基础之上的专业特色突出的军事人才,坚持复合型军事人才的全面、协调发展,坚持可持续发展,确保有特色、复合型军事人才发展的可持续性。

在考察英国5所大学材料科学与工程学科建设情况的基础上,介绍了英国主要大学的办学特点和学科建设特点,并对我院2110重点学科的建设提出了建议。     

Equitable bandwidth allocation in content distribution networks

Applications for content distribution over networks, such as Video‐on‐Demand (VOD), are expected to grow significantly over time. Effective bandwidth allocation schemes that can be repeatedly executed must be deployed since new programs are often installed at various servers while other are deleted. We present a model for bandwidth allocation in a content distribution network that consists of multiple trees, where the root of each tree has a server that broadcasts multiple programs throughout the tree. Each network link has limited capacity and may be used by one or more of these trees. The model is formulated as an equitable resource allocation problem with a lexicographic maximin objective function that attempts to provide equitable service performance for all requested programs at the various nodes. The constraints include link capacity constraints and tree‐like ordering constraints imposed on each of the programs. We present an algorithm that provides an equitable solution in polynomial time for certain performance functions. At each iteration, the algorithm solves single‐link maximin optimization problems while relaxing the ordering constraints. The algorithm selects a bottleneck link, fixes various variables at their lexicographic optimal solution while enforcing the ordering constraints, and proceeds with the next iteration. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 军用飞机改进改型研制费用的参数估算法

首先分析并建立了军用飞机改进改型研制的费用分解结构,阐明了与新研飞机在各分项费用上的差别。基于当量工程的概念提出了用减缩系数来估算改进改型研制的费用修正和各分项费用的减缩系数的估计方法,结合现有成熟的参数估算模型建立了相应的改进改型研制的费用估算模型。最后,以某型飞机的改型研制费用为例进行了实例分析,结果表明方法与模型具有较好的有效性和实用性。     

潜艇指控系统技术和发展分析

介绍和分析了国外潜艇指控系统的发展概况和技术特点,然后回顾了国内潜艇指控系统发展。从满足未来海军潜艇作战需求出发,论述了一体化建设对潜艇指挥体系的重要性及下一代潜艇指控系统的能力需求,提出了着重要解决的技术问题。     

Revenue management with aircraft reassignment flexibility

A well‐studied problem in airline revenue management is the optimal allocation of seat inventory among different fare‐classes, given a capacity for the flight and a demand distribution for each class. In practice, capacity on a flight does not have to be fixed; airlines can exercise some flexibility on the supply side by swapping aircraft of different capacities between flights as partial booking information is gathered. This provides the airline with the capability to more effectively match their supply and demand. In this paper, we study the seat inventory control problem considering the aircraft swapping option. For theoretical and practical purposes, we restrict our attention to the class of booking limit policies. Our analytical results demonstrate that booking limits considering the swapping option can be considerably different from those under fixed capacity. We also show that principles on the relationship between the optimal booking limits and demand characteristics (size and risk) developed for the fixed‐capacity problem no longer hold when swapping is an option. We develop new principles and insights on how demand characteristics affect the optimal booking limits under the swapping possibility. We also develop an easy to implement heuristic for determining the booking limits under the swapping option and show, through a numerical study, that the heuristic generates revenues close to those under the optimal booking limits. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
