基于正态云模型和信息公理的设计评价方法

设计方案的选择和评价是产品设计过程中的一个重要环节,就此环节提出了一种基于正态云模型和公理化设计理论中信息公理的设计方案评价方法。该方法运用正态云模型和信息公理将定性的模糊信息数值化,通过计算求得设计中各个指标的信息量以及各个设计方案的信息总量,通过比较各个方案的信息总量大小来对设计方案进行评价。以某型油料加注装备设计评价为例,证明了此方法的有效性。     

援潜救生缆控水下机器人两型机械手研制的若干技术问题

本文介绍了我国自行研制的水下６００米援潜救生兼顾海洋油气开发作业的缆控水下机器人的两型机械手的主要技术性能、特点。笔者还针对水下机器人的工作环境及作业特点,重点阐述了两型水下机械手设计、研制中的若干技术问题,并对水下机械手的设计观点和方法作了一些新的探索和尝试。     

自动武器谱系模块划分算法的研究与应用

根据新产品快速设计要求,必须利用模块化方法提高设计知识的重用率和可重构性,针对某些特殊机械类产品,在保证模块接口的几何尺寸装配外,其模块的通用还需满足十分严格的技术指标条件,必须结合其物理性能分析评估进行合理分划,并考虑在特定的产品谱系平台上实现模块的通用化。将谱系法规应用于自动武器模块化设计,提出两种实用的模块划分算法,即参照点谱系模块划分和模式法谱系模块划分方法;并利用模式法思想进行模块分划,首先根据能量流物理效应,将其划分为初始模块集合,再构造相关性矩阵,对其中复杂部件的模块划分进行验算,实践结果验证了该模块划分算法的正确性与可行性,对其他机械产品具有普适意义。     

Prediction of three-dimensional elastic behavior of filament-wound composites based on the bridging model

This work provides a method to predict the three-dimensional equivalent elastic properties of the filament-wound composites based on the multi-scale homogenization principle.In the meso-scale,a representative volume element(RVE)is defined and the bridging model is adopted to establish a theoretical predictive model for its three-dimensional equivalent elastic constants.The results obtained through this method for the previous experimental model are compared with the ones gained respec-tively by experiments and classical laminate theory to verify the reliability of this model.In addition,the effects of some winding parameters,such as winding angle,on the equivalent elastic behavior of the filament-wound composites are analyzed.The rules gained can provide a theoretical reference for the optimum design of filament-wound composites.     

Supply chain coordination with product line design and a revenue sharing scheme

Many manufacturers sell their products through retailers and share the revenue with those retailers. Given this phenomenon, we build a stylized model to investigate the role of revenue sharing schemes in supply chain coordination and product variety decisions. In our model, a monopolistic manufacturer serves two segments of consumers, which are distinguished by their willingness to pay for quality. In the scenario with exogenous revenue sharing ratios, when the potential gain from serving the low segment is substantial (e.g., the low‐segment consumers' willingness to pay is high enough or the low segment takes a large enough proportion of the market), the retailer is better off abandoning the revenue sharing scheme. Moreover, when the potential gain from serving the low (high) segment is substantial enough, the manufacturer finds it profitable to offer a single product. Furthermore, when revenue sharing ratios are endogenous, we divide our analysis into two cases, depending on the methods of cooperation. When revenue sharing ratios are negotiated at the very beginning, the decentralized supply chain causes further distortion. This suggests that the central premise of revenue sharing—the coordination of supply chains—may be undermined if supply chain parties meticulously bargain over it.
