考虑扰动引力影响的弹道助推段误差传播解析计算方法

针对地球扰动引力对弹道导弹惯性导航精度影响日益突出这一问题,研究了沿弹道扰动引力的多项式拟合方法,并基于线性系统理论和弹道摄动思想推导了用于求解扰动引力对弹道助推段状态影响的完整解析表达式。同时考虑扰动引力影响与导弹视加速度之间的耦合特性,将扰动引力引起的视加速度偏差视为扰动引力影响的附加补偿项,并进行迭代修正。仿真结果表明:扰动引力拟合残差小于3×10~(-7)m/s~2,考虑耦合项修正的弹道误差传播解析模型计算残差减小为原有方法的1/3,计算时间仅为直接采用弹道积分求差法的1/10。     

Hizbullah’s Shaping Lebanon Statehood

Abstract

Since the end of the civil war in 1990, the Lebanese second Republic has experienced a dual security governance in the southern borderland region. Up to the Syrian military withdrawal in 2005, the territorial and functional ‘areas of limited statehood’ between the State and Hizbullah worked as a cooperation. After the Syrian withdrawal, various forms of cooperation appeared, raising the theoretical interest for the ‘mediated state’ framework. It is conceptualizing the cooperation between the state and the non-state actor as an interdependency – with case study ranging from the marking of the Blue Line to the struggle against the jihadists groups.     

Steady‐state diffusion approximations for discrete‐time queue in hospital inpatient flow management

In this article, we analyze a discrete‐time queue that is motivated from studying hospital inpatient flow management, where the customer count process captures the midnight inpatient census. The stationary distribution of the customer count has no explicit form and is difficult to compute in certain parameter regimes. Using the Stein's method framework, we identify a continuous random variable to approximate the steady‐state customer count. The continuous random variable corresponds to the stationary distribution of a diffusion process with state‐dependent diffusion coefficients. We characterize the error bounds of this approximation under a variety of system load conditions—from lightly loaded to heavily loaded. We also identify the critical role that the service rate plays in the convergence rate of the error bounds. We perform extensive numerical experiments to support the theoretical findings and to demonstrate the approximation quality. In particular, we show that our approximation performs better than those based on constant diffusion coefficients when the number of servers is small, which is relevant to decision making in a single hospital ward.     

船舶轴频电场跟踪

针对轴频电场包络跟踪中先验信息缺失的问题,研究了船舶轴频电场跟踪对传感器阵列的基本要求,引入了一种基于最大似然选择的多初值渐进更新扩展卡尔曼滤波算法。建立船舶轴频电场包络跟踪的状态空间模型,用水平电偶极子对船舶轴频电场包络进行建模;建立基于最大似然选择的多初值模型;基于轴频包络信号特征,研究了对传感器阵列排布方式的要求。仿真结果表明,利用轴频电场包络对船舶进行跟踪是可行的,要求传感器阵列至少由3个传感器组成,且3个传感器不在一条直线上;在传感器阵列满足要求的情况下,该算法可以有效解决轴频电场包络跟踪中的先验信息缺失问题,具有较高的实用价值。     

消防灭火中致损行为的救济途径

消防部门在扑救火灾的过程中,往往会不可避免的对其他公民、法人或者其他组织造成财产上的损害,谁来为这些损失“买单”,已经成为消防部门目前所面临一个突出问题。通过对消防灭火行为的法律定性、分析国家赔偿与紧急避险理论,试图找到一个解决此类问题的有效救济途径。

利用固态继电器阵列实现高精度可调直流稳压电源设计

在利用三端集成式稳压器LMH317构成直流稳压电源的基础上,添加由固态继电器阵列控制导通的高精度电阻,通过计算进行合理取值。由主控制器FPGA执行上位机指令,实现稳压器输出端电压大小调整。继电器AQY210具有电气开关特性,且内阻较小,对输出电压精度影响较小,通过对输出电压的正确标定,使其具有输出范围宽,精度高的优点,能够满足现代工业发展对能源供给装置的需求。     

Epidemics,national security,and US immigration policy

What are relationships between epidemics, national security, and US immigration policy? This question is important because it sheds light on transnational or nontraditional security areas, American immigration policy, and a pressing issue for US leaders who have recently faced epidemics such as the West Africa Ebola outbreak that began in 2013. This article answers it and lays ground in the area by reviewing epidemics in world history, using International Relations and Security Studies works to specify dangers of contagions for states, and identifying three general immigration measures that American leaders have utilized from the seventeenth century to the present day to protect against contagions, which are (1) policies restricting entrance of foreigners thought to carry specified diseases, (2) the isolation or quarantining of immigrants with contagious disease, and (3) delegating the President with authority to stop immigration in the event of an epidemic abroad. This study has implications for research and contemporary US immigration policy.     

Is strategic studies narrow? Critical security and the misunderstood scope of strategy

Critical security advocates commonly portray strategic studies as crippled by its narrow focus on Cold War-era military issues, as state-centric and as Western-centric. I argue that this conception of the scope of strategy is flawed and I offer a comprehensive rebuttal by working out the logic of the theories advanced by Carl von Clausewitz and Thomas Schelling. The proponents of critical security overlook the striking expansion of strategy during the Cold War, its longstanding inclusion of competing political actors not just states, as well as its capacity to put Western and non-Western actors in a common analytic frame. By breaking out of the conceptual jails in which strategy has been incarcerated, I seek to reconnect International Relations to strategic thought from which it has become increasingly estranged.     

调度感知同步数据流建模

对流应用系统进行吞吐量分析需要将周期静态顺序调度建模到数据流图中,吞吐量分析效率依赖于数据流图的规模及建模时间。为了提高吞吐量分析效率,提出基于同构同步数据流图的调度感知同步数据流模型及相应建模方法。通过利用应用模型结构特征及周期静态顺序调度,可减少模型中的任务、边和初始符号数目;可以使用已有分析方法对模型进行吞吐量分析。实验结果表明,所提建模方法优于已有方法,可有效提高吞吐量分析效率。
