油料保障力评估方案中的兼容度运用研究

旨在寻求一种从众多备选油料保障力评估方案中产生优化方案的方法,引入 兼容度的概念,并建立了兼容度极大化模型,根据模型建立了油料保障力评估方案优化系 统。利用优化系统对6个部队的油料保障力评估过程中的4个评估方案进行优化,通过计 算、比较、择优,得到了最优评估方案。应用表明运用兼容度优化油料保障力评估方案是合 理和正确的。

在规定舰舰导弹典型作战任务剖面的情况下,运用美国工业武器系统效能咨询委员会评估武器系统效能的方法,建立舰舰导弹武器系统作战效能评估数学模型,并进行了算例验证和分析。结果表明:该模型可有效评估舰舰导弹武器系统作战效能,为舰舰导弹武器系统作战效能的评估提供了有效且便于操作的方法。     

The defence firm of the future

This paper offers the personal view of a senior executive in the Defence Procurement Agency about the future requirements of the defence industry’s principal UK customer. The focus here is on trying to identify the type of corporate behaviour and range of skill sets that the UK Government will need from defence suppliers, both primes and supply chain companies in the future. The concluding message from this ‘Customer View’ is that there is likely to be a continuing market for the company that specializes in delivering defence capability. It will be a company that will be looking for a long‐term relationship, with a specialist knowledge of its various national customers and a willingness to work openly and closely with them. It will be agile in its ability to bring together diverse technologies, to package them as a system and to deliver them either as hardware or as a service. Such suppliers will also need to innovate and to adapt at least as rapidly as the threats that they seek to counter.

曹操“唯才是举”人才观一直被后世争论,但是,诸多争论都没有触及对这一人才观的本意。其实,曹操“唯才是举”的本意就是企图垄断人才,反对士族垄断官场,否定旧的道德观。曹操的人才观,既是当时的现实需要,又为推动封建社会选择人才制度的进步作出了贡献。     

倡真反伪 弃虚返实——《儒林外史》主题新探

关于《儒林外史》的主题,至今众说纷纭。解决这个问题的核心是从这部讽刺小说中找出作者的价值判断。书中所讽刺的各种人物,归于一点,在于学问或人格的“伪妄”。而小说的价值判断标准,即为“真儒”的人格学问之“真”和他们“礼乐兵农”的济世方案之“实”。所以,人才观念上的倡真反伪和社会主张上的弃虚返实,即为小说的基本主题。     

刑法修正案（五）新增军事犯罪的罪名探析

对《刑法修正案(五)》第三条增设的过失军事犯罪的具体罪名,刑法学界和司法实务界存在分歧。通过对用词的分析,根据罪名的确定原则,认为最佳选择的罪名是"过失损坏武器装备、军事设施、军事通信罪"。

Optimal pricing and scheduling control of product shipping

In this article, we seek to understand how a capacity‐constrained seller optimally prices and schedules product shipping to customers who are heterogeneous on willingness to pay (WTP) and willingness to wait (WTW). The capacity‐constrained seller does not observe each customer's WTP and WTW and knows only the aggregate distributions of WTP and WTW. The seller's problem is modeled as an M/M/N_s queueing model with multiclass customers and multidimensional information screening. We contribute to the literature by providing an optimal and efficient algorithm. Furthermore, we numerically find that customers with a larger waiting cost enjoys a higher scheduling priority, but customers with higher valuation do not necessarily get a higher scheduling priority. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 针对应急救援路径规划的一种改进蚁群算法

针对不返回起始点、多个待救援点的应急救援路径规划问题,提出了一种应急救援路径规划的改进蚁群算法,设计了一种新的路径构造方法,为蚁群算法求解该类问题打下了基础。为提高收敛性,改进了信息素更新规则,构造了一种与蚁群算法有效结合的局部搜索算法,提高了算法快速寻优的能力。仿真结果表明:改进蚁群算法能够快速找到一条从救援中心到多个待救援点的优化路径,且收敛速度和最短路径较同类算法更优。     

多基准站相对定位算法及先验基线向量偏差影响分析

为提高单基准站短基线相对定位解算的可靠性,研究了多基准站约束的相对定位算法。将基准站间可提前测量的先验基线信息融入观测模型中,给出了多基准站相对定位的函数模型和随机模型,在此基础上推导了模糊度精度因子的解析表达式,揭示了基准站数量的增加对模糊度浮点解精度提升的作用;从理论上分析了基准站间先验基线信息中的偏差对模糊度解算的影响,分析表明,当先验基线各分量偏差的绝对值之和小于5 cm时,模糊度解算几乎不受影响;通过仿真和实测数据进行了验证。试验结果表明,增加基准站数量不仅能有效提升模糊度解算成功率和收敛速度,并且对先验基线信息中的偏差具有较好的抑制作用,当基线各分量偏差均增加到4 cm时,实测数据模糊度解算成功率仍能达到92%以上。研究结论为特殊场景下多基准站间的快速非精确标定提供了理论依据。
