近代物理实验教学改革与创新性人才培养

近代物理实验教学应积极进行改革,以适应时代发展的需要。本文结合石河子大学师范学院物理系实际,提出通过对实验教学模式调整,在教学上采用分层次的模式来进行教学。在近代物理实验室开展科研,实施开放实验室,创造个性发展空间,培养学生勇于探索、善于研究创新的精神。     

语文课程文本缺席现状及回归策略

在富有灵性的语文新课程中,阅读不能远离文本,远离作者,只有忠实于文本这一阅读中的特殊主体,以文本和作者的具体状况为基础的创造性阅读和个性化体验,才是语文新课程下真正的阅读。本文聚焦新课程小学语文阅读教学实践领域,分析随意肢解、拓展、歪曲、冲淡语文教材载体的文本缺席现状,从对文本价值的理解、文本处理规律的把握、教师引导阅读的作用和教师课程功力的提升四个角度,提出回归策略。

社会主义核心价值体系在理论特征上深刻体现了社会主义本质,这必然在价值关系中为理解社会主义核心价值体系的价值本质奠定了基础。社会主义核心价值体系的价值本质不仅是一种真实的主客体关系,也是一种具有教育属性的价值旨趣与具有优先选择的公共价值。     

谈对民俗的认识

在历史的积淀中,各族人民创造了丰富多彩的民俗文化,这种独特的文化又对人们产生了深远的影响。笔者在学习了民俗学理论的基础上,对民俗有了一些粗浅的认识,即民俗是历史积淀的产物,它具有浓郁的地域特色。体现出民族和信仰的多样性,是通过文化进行记录和传承并不断变化和发展的一种社会现象。

基于粒子群优化的稀疏分解最优匹配原子搜索算法

信号的稀疏分解能得到信号的稀疏表示形式,便于进一步处理,但其计算非常复杂,是一个NP问题.粒子群优化是群体智能优化算法,算法简单,易于实现,且搜索效果好.把粒子群优化算法用于稀疏分解的最优匹配原子的搜索,能降低稀疏分解复杂度,同时减少稀疏分解的超完备字典对存储空间的占用,以提高用稀疏分解理论进行信号处理的计算效率,满足或接近实时性的要求.实验证明,此方法切实可行.     

Scheduling of depalletizing and truck loading operations in a food distribution system

This paper studies a scheduling problem arising in a beef distribution system where pallets of various types of beef products in the warehouse are first depalletized and then individual cases are loaded via conveyors to the trucks which deliver beef products to various customers. Given each customer's demand for each type of beef, the problem is to find a depalletizing and truck loading schedule that fills all the demands at a minimum total cost. We first show that the general problem where there are multiple trucks and each truck covers multiple customers is strongly NP‐hard. Then we propose polynomial‐time algorithms for the case where there are multiple trucks, each covering only one customer, and the case where there is only one truck covering multiple customers. We also develop an optimal dynamic programming algorithm and a heuristic for solving the general problem. By comparing to the optimal solutions generated by the dynamic programming algorithm, the heuristic is shown to be capable of generating near optimal solutions quickly. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Analysis of a machine repair problem with an unreliable server and phase type repairs and services

In this paper we study a machine repair problem in which a single unreliable server maintains N identical machines. The breakdown times of the machines are assumed to follow an exponential distribution. The server is subject to failure and the failure times are exponentially distributed. The repair times of the machine and the service times of the repairman are assumed to be of phase type. Using matrix‐analytic methods, we perform steady state analysis of this model. The time spent by a failed machine in service and the total time in the repair facility are shown to be of phase type. Several performance measures are evaluated. An optimization problem to determine the number of machines to be assigned to the server that will maximize the expected total profit per unit time is discussed.
