用神经网络建立反后坐装置参数对其性能的影响模型

详细分析火炮反后坐装置影响因素基础上,用人工神经网络建立了完整的反后坐装置参数对其性能的影响模型,运用算例证明了神经网络在反后坐装置中应用的可行性。所提出的提灌法使网络的学习更加灵活,收敛更快。     

Estimating reliability of components with increasing failure rate using series system data

The maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) for a distribution function with increasing failure rate is derived, based on a collection of series system data. Applications can arise in industries where operating environments make available only such system-level data, due to system configuration or type-II censoring. The estimator can be solved using isotonic regression. For the special case in which systems contain one component, the estimator is equivalent to the restricted maximum likelihood estimator of Marshall and Proschan [9]. Matrix-geometric solution of discrete time MAP/PH/1 priority queue

We use the matrix-geometric method to study the discrete time MAP/PH/1 priority queue with two types of jobs. Both preemptive and non-preemptive cases are considered. We show that the structure of the R matrix obtained by Miller for the Birth-Death system can be extended to our Quasi-Birth-Death case. For both preemptive and non-preemptive cases the distributions of the number of jobs of each type in the system are obtained and their waiting times are obtained for the non-preemptive. For the preemptive case we obtain the waiting time distribution for the high priority job and the distribution of the lower priority job's wait before it becomes the leading job of its priority class. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A Dangerous Method: How Mali Lost Control of the North,and Learned to Stop Worrying

Abstract

This article analyses changes and failures in the northern Mali system of security governance, taking into account the period running from the declaration of the Malian Third Republic (1992) to the present. Considering northern Mali as an area of limited statehood, the article develops a comparative diachronic analysis, distinguishing between three phases, namely Militiarisation (1992–2002), Fragmentation (2002–2012) and Multiplication (2013–ongoing). For every phase the focus is on (1) the mechanisms of coordination among actors, (2) the distribution of coercive capacities and ruling power and (3) the forms of authority. Unintended consequences and collective problems are highlighted, in order to understand the current situation of insecurity in the area.

在过阻尼RLC电路分时放电的基础上,提出新型高压方波脉冲产生方法。理论分析表明:过阻尼RLC电路产生的双指数电压波与脉冲形成线产生的方形电压波具有类似的上升沿和平顶。电路模拟表明:通过人工过零技术可以对双指数电压波进行截尾,从而形成完整的高压方波脉冲。建立了原理验证性样机,由两组RLC电路构成,每组电路包含一台脉冲电容器和一只三电极场畸变气体开关,两组电路共用一个上升沿调节电感。实验证明:样机可以在电阻负载上输出幅值为17 kV、平顶宽度为330 ns～5.8μs、上升沿为100～350 ns的单极性高压方波脉冲。该方法适应性强,对负载变化不敏感,同时具有良好的可调节性,方波上升沿、平顶宽度连续独立可调。

分布式BGP协议体系结构

随着Internet规模的扩展和连接密度的增加,作为域间路由标准的BGP协议面临严峻挑战。集群路由器的出现,其分布式的计算资源、存储资源以及体系结构上的高度可扩展,有利于解决BGP协议面临的这些问题。在分析BGP协议体系结构无法适应集群路由器分布式特点的基础上,通过对BGP协议功能的解耦合,提出一种新的、分布式的BGP协议体系结构。与传统方式相比,分布式BGP体系结构能够充分利用集群路由器的分布式的计算资源和存储资源,在协议可靠性、管理维护成本、协议多维可扩展性和简化BGP网络设计等方面具有极大优势。
