虚拟现实技术在消防训练中的应用

在对虚拟现实训练系统分类论述的基础上,探讨了虚拟现实技术在消防训练中的应用及优势,阐述了该领域在国内外的研究现状和发展前景,并指出了有待进一步研究的问题。     

The FARC’s militaristic blueprint

This article intends to explain the outstanding sequence of success and failure exhibited by the FARC, the main Colombian guerrilla since the 1980s. It claims that such sequence is unintelligible unless the adoption by the FARC of a militaristic organizational blueprint at its 1982 7^th Conference is taken into account. By building itself like an army, the FARC could boost its combat capacity, maintain its structural integrity, and develop powerful mechanisms that held the whole structure together. At the same time, the militarization of the FARC also entailed significant risks and costs like political isolation and high personnel turnover. After describing the militaristic blueprint, the article compares the FARC with other irregular forces that operated in the Colombian context – a comparison which is important to understand the specificity of the FARC trajectory, as well as the benefits and costs involved in it. The analysis highlights the critical role of organizational dimensions in the explanation of civil war outcomes, and suggests that at least for some problems organizational dynamics should be observed at a low level of granularity.

对地面防空战斗部署方案进行评估是防空作战中非常关键的一环,防空战斗部署主要包括防空兵器战斗部署和情报预警雷达组网部署两部分。首先分析了地面防空兵器战斗部署的评估指标体系,用数学规划的方法对其作战能力进行评估。然后运用开马尔可夫排队网络对情报预警雷达组网部署的空情预警能力进行评估。     

火力打击条件下Ad hoc网络节点毁伤程度评估

Ad Hoc网络在信息化战场的广泛应用,需要快速有效地评估火力打击对网络的毁伤程度。从Ad hoc网络自身属性出发,结合网络的内部测度和外部测度,给出了节点有效度、节点修复度以及节点连通度等指标计算模型。构建了节点毁伤程度加权邻接矩阵,提出了一种基于复杂网络团簇结构划分的节点毁伤程度评估方法,根据权值的相似程度对节点的毁伤程度进行归类,并给出了示例分析。最后将本算法与模糊聚类算法进行对比分析,结果证明了方法的正确性。     

三明治复合材料加筋L型接头的弯曲承载能力和损伤机理

针对一种三明治复合材料加筋L型接头,介绍了其结构形式和成型工艺,通过试验测试了接头的弯曲承载能力,分析了接头的破坏模式,并对其损伤机理进行了研究,以探求接头的技术改进路径。研究结果表明:L型接头具有良好的吸能效果,在结构发生大变形破坏时,仍具有较高的弯曲承载能力;L型接头的破坏主要发生在垂横加强筋的相交处,初始损伤是相交处侧面的玻璃钢和芯材发生界面分离;工程上应将改进L型接头垂横加强筋相交处的蒙皮和芯材之间的连接工艺作为提高接头承载能力的技术路径。     

有限维修能力下多级保障系统装备时变可用度评估及保障方案优化

备件库存和站点维修能力是影响备件维修周转的重要因素,制约着装备的使用效果。针对备件需求随任务阶段动态变化时装备保障方案的评估和优化问题,考虑站点维修能力对备件维修过程的影响,结合METRIC建模方法和动态排队理论,建立了有限维修能力下多级保障系统装备时变可用度评估模型。在评估模型基础之上,以保障费用为优化目标、装备可用度为约束条件,建立任务期内多级保障系统保障方案优化模型。以任务期内的最低可用度所对应的备件短缺数为观测值,分析各项资源的边际效益值,采用边际优化算法对各项资源进行优化计算。算例分析表明,评估模型能够计算多级保障系统任务期内各阶段装备可用度;保障方案优化模型和方法能够得到各项保障资源的优化配置方案。提出的模型和优化方法能够为装备保障人员制订合理的保障方案提供决策支持。     

Many‐server loss models with non‐poisson time‐varying arrivals

This article proposes an approximation for the blocking probability in a many‐server loss model with a non‐Poisson time‐varying arrival process and flexible staffing (number of servers) and shows that it can be used to set staffing levels to stabilize the time‐varying blocking probability at a target level. Because the blocking probabilities necessarily change dramatically after each staffing change, we randomize the time of each staffing change about the planned time. We apply simulation to show that (i) the blocking probabilities cannot be stabilized without some form of randomization, (ii) the new staffing algorithm with randomiation can stabilize blocking probabilities at target levels and (iii) the required staffing can be quite different when the Poisson assumption is dropped. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 高层建筑外保温层火灾特点及扑救对策探讨

鉴于建筑外保温层火灾蔓延速度快,烟雾生成量大、毒性强,易形成隐匿燃烧,受室外风影响较大,且火场交通条件差,移动灭火装备使用受限等特点,提出快速调集处置力量,充分利用固定消防设施,设置中转水囊,合理选择水枪阵地,正确处理内攻和外攻关系,搞好战勤保障及现场清理等火灾扑救对策,为消防部队扑救此类火灾提供一定的战术指导和借鉴.
