舰艇作战系统电磁兼容的综合预测

分析了针对舰艇作战系统中电子系统的电磁兼容性的预测方法。针对舰载电子设备的电磁兼容问题,采用了一种综合分析的方法,通过综合考虑发射接收对之间的响应,利用发射机、接收机的辐射响应特性以及信道条件的数学模型,分析电子设备之间的电磁兼容性,对分析预测电子设备间的电磁兼容性具有一定的意义。     

永磁直线同步电机矢量控制系统建模与实现

针对永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)的特点,建立PMLSM在dq两相坐标系下的数学模型。介绍了永磁直线同步电机矢量控制系统并给出了硬件和软件的设计思想。通过对控制电流以及电机位置的实验分析,验证了所研究的基于矢量控制的永磁直线同步电机矢量控制方法的有效性。     

MF-CFI: A fused evaluation index for camouflage patterns based on human visual perception

The evaluation index of camouflage patterns is important in the field of military application. It is the goal that researchers have always pursued to make the computable evaluation indicators more in line with the human visual mechanism. In order to make the evaluation method more computationally intelligent, a Multi-Feature Camouflage Fused Index (MF-CFI) is proposed based on the comparison of grayscale, color and texture features between the target and the background. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed index, eye movement experiments are conducted to compare the proposed index with existing indexes including Universal Image Quality Index (UIQI), Camouflage Similarity Index (CSI) and Structural Similarity (SSIM). Twenty-four different simulated targets are designed in a grassland background, 28 observers participate in the experiment and record the eye movement data during the observation process. The results show that the highest Pearson correlation coefficient is observed between MF-CFI and the eye movement data, both in the designed digital camouflage patterns and large-spot camouflage patterns. Since MF-CFI is more in line with the detection law of camouflage targets in human visual perception, the proposed index can be used for the comparison and parameter optimization of camouflage design algorithms.

舰艇编队网络化作战是基于网络中心战理论形成的未来海战的主要方式。在未来舰船编队防空网络化作战的大应用背景上,提出了一套能够对舰船编队网络作战过程记录数据进行分析和处理的数据分析平台设计方法。该平台能够自动化的读取舰船编队作战记录数据,对网络化作战过程进行提取和解析,对目标指示、目标融合等组网作战功能进行分析,并将分析结果以适当的形式呈现,供设计师及作战部队对网络化作战性能流程和功能的分析和验证,能够快速有效的通过分析记录数据查找和解决问题。     

高超声速飞行器组合导航体系效能评估

集合当今世界高精尖端技术的高超声速飞行器,单一或简单的组合导航方式已经无法保障其高超声速全球到达的飞行任务。研究了一种INS\GNSS\CNS组合导航体系方案,与典型的INS\GNSS组合导航系统方案相比较,并采用改进的贝叶斯法融合算法对这两种导航方案进行综合效能评估。结果证明,该评估方法切实可行,便于计算应用,证实了INS\GNSS\CNS组合导航体系保障高超声速飞行器作战能力更强。     

引信在膛内的加速度响应分析

研究引信在膛内的受力情况,经典的分析方法是将弹丸和引信看成一个刚体,但随着对膛内问题的深入研究,发现这种方法和实测值出入很大.为更好地计算膛内引信的受力,本文在实测的基础上建立了弹丸引信系统在膛内冲击振动的力学模型,提出利用振动理论计算引信零件膛内加速度响应的方法,并对两种不同类型的弹丸引信系统进行计算比较,计算结果和实测值很接近,并发现此方法在簿壁弹上应用优越性更为突出.     

Machine scheduling with pickup and delivery

The coordination of production, supply, and distribution is an important issue in logistics and operations management. This paper develops and analyzes a single‐machine scheduling model that incorporates the scheduling of jobs and the pickup and delivery arrangements of the materials and finished jobs. In this model, there is a capacitated pickup and delivery vehicle that travels between the machine and the storage area, and the objective is to minimize the makespan of the schedule. The problem is strongly NP‐hard in general but is solvable in polynomial time when the job processing sequence is predetermined. An efficient heuristic is developed for the general problem. The effectiveness of the heuristic is studied both analytically and computationally. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2005.

针对当前在装备保障需求分析过程中缺乏合适的方法和工具的问题,提出一种基于能力与面向需求分析相结合的装备保障需求分析方法,并通过运用解释结构模型法,对分析结果的结构及相互关系进行科学构建.力求通过该方法的应用,能够辅助论证人员深刻理解和合理判断各种因素之间的相互影响关系,通过结构化和对比化的装备保障需求分析过程得到能正确反映保障需求的关系结构.从而为装备保障发展内容的分析打下良好的理论基础.     

Bringing Military Conduct out of the Shadow of Law: Towards a Holistic Understanding of Rules of Engagement

In this article, I outline a holistic approach to the military concept of “Rules of Engagement” (ROE), which complements the legal aspects of ROE with considerations of operational and political requirements for the use of military force. Drawing upon two illustrative cases from the US military experience with the use of ROE, I demonstrate that ROE for any particular military operation should be formulated to balance optimally, if not harmonize fully, the legal, operational and political concerns related to the use of force. In this task, political decision-makers and military practitioners alike are confronted with unavoidable and real-life dilemmas. How these dilemmas are handled has significant implications for how legal requirements concerning accountability and concerns for civilian lives in military combat can be preserved through ROE.

界定了作战模式、炮兵装备体系组分需求等概念,分析了侦察打击一体化作战模式的内涵、装备体系的特点。通过侦察打击一体化作战模式对炮兵作战流程、能力要求的分析,构建了为适应这一要求的炮兵装备体系组分需求方案,得出其是由情报侦察系统、信息处理与指挥控制系统、火力打击系统和保障系统组成的结论。并据此绘制了侦察打击一体化作战模式下的炮兵装备体系结构及信息流程图。
