基于突防任务的军机生存能力幂指数评估方法

军机生存能力是军机作战效能的重要指标,为定量化研究影响军机生存能力的相关因素,采用幂指数法与层次分析法相结合的方法构建军机生存能力评估模型,为解决军机生存能力指数评估问题提供了一种新的方法。     

Shock-induced reaction behaviors of functionally graded reactive material

In this paper, the ballistic impact experiments, including impact test chamber and impact double-spaced plates, were conducted to study the reaction behaviors of a novel functionally graded reactive material (FGRM), which was composed of polytetrafluoroethylene/aluminum (PTFE/Al) and PTFE/Al/bismuth trioxide (Bi₂O₃). The experiments showed that the impact direction of the FGRM had a significant effect on the reaction. With the same impact velocity, when the first impact material was PTFE/Al/Bi₂O₃, compared with first impact material PTFE/Al, the FGRM induced higher overpressure in the test chamber and larger damaged area of double-spaced plates. The theoretical model, which considered the shock wave generation and propagation, the effect of the shock wave on reaction efficiency, and penetration behaviors, was developed to analyze the reaction behaviors of the FGRM. The model predicted first impact material of the FGRM with a higher shock impedance was conducive to the reaction of reactive materials. The conclusion of this study provides significant information about the design and application of reactive materials.     

Bending and stress analysis of polymeric composite plates reinforced with functionally graded graphene platelets based on sinusoidal shear-deformation plate theory

The bending and stress analysis of a functionally graded polymer composite plate reinforced with gra-phene platelets are studied in this paper. The governing equations are derived by using principle of virtual work for a plate which is rested on Pasternak's foundation. Sinusoidal shear deformation theory is used to describe displacementfield. Four different distribution patterns are employed in our analysis. The analytical solution is presented for a functionally graded plate to investigate the influence of important parameters. The numerical results are presented to show the deflection and stress results of the problem for four employed patterns in terms of geometric parameters such as number of layers, weight fraction and two parameters of Pasternak's foundation.     

To catch an intruder: Part A—uncluttered scenario

We analyze an interdiction scenario where an interceptor attempts to catch an intruder as the intruder moves through the area of interest. A motivating example is the detection and interdiction of drug smuggling vessels in the Eastern Pacific and Caribbean. We study two models in this article. The first considers a nonstrategic target that moves through the area without taking evasive action to avoid the interdictor. We determine the optimal location the interceptor should position itself to best respond when a target arrives. The second model analyzes the strategic interaction between the interceptor and intruder using a Blotto approach. The intruder chooses a route to travel on and the interceptor chooses a route to patrol. We model the interaction as a two‐player game with a bilinear payoff function. 小水线面双体船（SWATH）耐波性特点及影响因素分析

本文应用切片理论预报了ＳＷＡＴＨ耐波性,建立了ＳＷＡＴＨ的耐波性理论预报程序。通过若干艘ＳＷＡＴＨ的耐波性计算,分析了船形及固定式鳍的尺度、纵向位置、组合方式的变化以及纵摇角速度负反馈自动控制鳍对ＳＷＡＴＨ耐波性的影响,为ＳＷＡＴＨ的船形设计及鳍的方案选择提供了耐波性方面的根据。     

一种新的一体化压水型反应堆──热管输热核反应堆构想

本文提出了热管输热核动力反应堆的构想,即用热管代替现今压水堆的一回路管道、主泵和稳压器,并对热管输热反应堆进行了原理分析,提出了工程应用可行性等急需研究的问题。     

程控大功率直流稳压电源的研制

程控大功率直流稳压电源是某型鱼雷自动检测系统的分系统,是为实现鱼雷全自动化供电和测试的一种先进设备。该系统采用了ＭＣＳ－５１单片机实施系统控制与管理、电压连续调整、通讯程控等功能,因而精度高、自动化功能强、使用方便。     

往复式内燃机在未来舰船动力中的地位与发展

基于对近代舰船主动力发展的分析,作者认为未来中国海军舰船内燃动力仍将继续发展并占有重要地位。文中重点对不依靠空气的水下动力和其它先进技术在柴油机上的应用作了分析和论述。     

光谱功率仪的研制

本文介绍了一种光谱功率仪的原理、硬件结构、软件设计以及主要元器件的性能,给出并分析了实测曲线。实验结果表明:光谱功率仪精度高、光谱范围宽,在医学研究、光谱分析等领域具有较高的实用价值。     

美国海上力量的变化与发展

本文结合美海军1991～1997财政年度造舰计划叙述和分析了美海军海上力量今后的变化和发展,着重分析了航空母舰、驱逐舰、潜艇等几种主要战斗舰艇在2000年左右可能达到的数量。
