一种基于神经网络的变换域数字水印提取算法

从理论上分析了变换域数字水印嵌入和提取过程,研究了图像处理和攻击对水印产生破坏的机理,并在此基础上提出了一种基于神经网络的变换域数字水印提取算法。实验证明,该算法对各种常见攻击具有较强的鲁棒性。     

过程方法在防化科研质量管理系统中的应用

介绍了根据国军标要求建立的科研质量管理系统．运用“过程方法”,对现行科研体制下的科研进程进行了识别,并提出了具体的控制要求。     

Structural properties of network revenue management models: An economic perspective

Many revenue management problems have a network aspect. In this paper, we argue that a network can be thought of as a system of substitutable and complementary products, and the value of a revenue management model should be supermodular or submodular in the availability of two resources as the resources are economic substitutes or complements. We demonstrate that this is true in the case of a two‐resource dynamic stochastic revenue management model and show how this applies for multi‐resource deterministic static revenue management models. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 强制手段、利益诱导手段、劝告与指导手段是管理学中所倡导的主要管理手段。在我国利益诱导手段尚未引起重视。以“以人为本,构建社会主义和谐社会”为指导,分析讨论了利益诱导手段在公共消防安全管理中的应用,并详细分析了经济手段、保险手段、激励手段的具体内容,意在改变我国公共消防管理手段单一的局面。     

舰艇协同作战导弹防御模型研究

舰艇协同作战是未来战争的主要作战形式,导弹防御是其主要的作战职责.运用信息论的方法对舰艇协同作战中敌方导弹发射策略的不确定性进行建模,运用可靠性理论对协作效果进行建模,并引进知识的概念作为其度量,同时用边的函数对网络复杂性进行建模,综合这两种因素在以最大化防御时间为总的决策目标,以己方导弹储备和敌方来袭速率为决策因素对导弹防御作出辅助决策.     

基于随机Petri网的综合航电系统建模及分析

提出了一种利用随机Petri网对综合航电系统进行建模和性能分析的方法.首先,建立了综合航电系统数据总线传输系统的随机Petri网系统模型,通过系统模型进行综合航电系统的性能分析;其次,给出了航空电子综合系统数据总线传输基于固定主控端周期指令的总线性能分析结果;最后,通过两种分析结果的比较,得出了基于随机Petri网对航空电子综合系统数据总线传输建模分析是可行的结论.     

Maximizing project cash availability

Consider a project during the life cycle of which there are cash payouts and in‐flows. To better meet his financial commitments, the project owner would like to meet all deadlines without running out of cash. We show that the cash availability objective is similar to the total weighted flowtime used to measure work‐in‐progress performance in the scheduling and inventory control literatures. In this article we provide several specialized solution methods for the problem of minimizing total weighted flowtime in an arbitrary acyclic project network, subject to activity release times and due dates, where the activity weights may be positive or negative and represent cash in‐ and out‐flows. We describe the structure of an optimal solution and provide several efficient algorithms and their complexity based on mincost and maxflow formulations. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Optimization and mediated bartering models for ground delay programs

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the airline community within the United States have adopted a new paradigm for air traffic flow management, called Collaborative Decision Making (CDM). A principal goal of CDM is shared decision‐making responsibility between the FAA and airlines, so as to increase airline control over decisions that involve economic tradeoffs. So far, CDM has primarily led to enhancements in the implementation of Ground Delay Programs, by changing procedures for allocating slots to airlines and exchanging slots between airlines. In this paper, we discuss how these procedures may be formalized through appropriately defined optimization models. In addition, we describe how inter‐airline slot exchanges may be viewed as a bartering process, in which each “round” of bartering requires the solution of an optimization problem. We compare the resulting optimization problem with the current procedure for exchanging slots and discuss possibilities for increased decision‐making capabilities by the airlines. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 主要研究了对数周期偶极子天线.基于Pocklington积分方程和全域基函数,采用矩量法结合网络理论建立了天线算法模型;使用该模型计算了在天线阵和集合线共同作用下天线的辐射方向图,得出了集合线在不同频段上对天线辐射性能的影响,并通过截短延长线长度改善了天线低频段的辐射特性,增强了天线轴向方向性.
