关于繁荣中国“社会美”的断想

社会美的具体形象的力量与导向是多种因素的综合反映,要把社会美放到具体的田野工作中去考察,把富于创新理念的美育理论置于具体的背景中去理解,这样有利于深入发掘蕴含于群众之中的社会美资源。要在悬置经验本位和相关理论假设的前提下得出个案研究的新结论。在美育领域,无论是教育者还是受教育者都是审美主体,因为两者的目的都是为了更好地对待审美对象,实现主体与客体的互通共融。社会美的无限的丰富性内容有待于我国美学美育工作者去发现,重要的是要从具体的鲜活的事例出发。     

多武器系统的火力分配模型

目前对于单一兵器火力分配问题的解决方法比较成熟,然而由于在现代防空作战中,经常是多种类型的兵器联合进行防空,故需要对多种不同类型的兵器的火力分配问题进行探讨。这里针对多种不同类型的兵器毁伤多个目标的问题,建立了数学模型,进行了深入的探讨。按照模型的特殊性,定义了映射、邻域和连通的概念;同时针对模型,将遗传模拟退火算法进行了一定的修改,并利用此算法对模型进行了最优化求解。最后,实例的计算结果表明该算法对于模型的求解具有较好的收敛性。     

What-If at Waterloo. Carl von Clausewitz’s use of historical counterfactuals in his history of the Campaign of 1815

In this article, I analyze the use of historical counterfactuals in the Campaign of 1815 by Carl von Clausewitz (1780–1831). Such is the importance of counterfactuals in this work that its gist can be given in a series of 25 counterfactuals. I claim that a central role is played by evaluative counterfactuals. This specific form of counterfactuals is part of a didactic method that allows Clausewitz to teach young officers a critical method that prepares them for the challenge of decision-making in real warfare. I conclude with the enduring relevance of Clausewitz’s use of evaluative counterfactuals for contemporary military historiography.     

影响油罐电位的输油参数分析

目前,油库、储运公司改扩建工程较多,不可避免对工艺流程进行调整,依据液体静电产生原理,应用高斯定理和欧姆定律等理论,分析油罐注油过程中油面电位以及时间与管径、流速等各参数之间的关系,针对管径不变流速变化的情况,进行实验分析,在不对管路进行整改,仅对泵进行重新设计优选时,对如何控制罐内电位的安全,提出参考方案,对油库改扩建工程有一定的指导意义。     

球约束凸二次规划的一个算法

针对球约束凸二次规划问题,利用Lagrange对偶将其转化为无约束优化问题,然后运用单纯形法对其求解,获得原问题的最优解。最后,对文中给出的算法给出了论证。     

System availability in a gamma alternating renewal process

We measure the effectiveness of a repairable system by the proportion of time the system is on, where on-time and off-times are assumed independent and both gamma-distributed. This measure is helpful for system planning and control in the short term, before the steady-state is reached, and its mean value is intermediary between instantaneous and steady-state availabilities. The NBUL class of life distribution and replacement policy comparisons

Let X and X_τ denote the lifetime and the residual life at age τ of a system, respectively. X is said to be a NBUL random variable if X_τ is smaller than X in Laplace order, i.e., X_τ ≤_L X. We obtain some characterizations for this class of life distribution by means of the lifetime of a series system and the residual life at random time. We also discuss preservation properties for this class of life distribution under shock models. Finally, under the assumption that the lifetimes have the NBUL property, we make stochastic comparisons between some basic replacement policies. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 作为历史观念的《尚书》“先王”观念

"先王"观念与"法先王"思想基本为同一范畴。"先王"观念与古代中国宗法社会紧密相连,还与中国古人对"政治制度和社会文化的延续性"的深刻认识有关。《尚书》中尚未出现"法先王"一词,但是"先王"观念非常浓厚,是中国"法先王"思想的文献源头。"先王"观念也是历史观念的重要体现,它与"殷鉴"思想、"忧患"意识一起构成了《尚书》历史功用思想的整体,并对后世产生了很大影响。     

状态电子密度的数值反演

提出了一种计算状态电子密度的超分辨处理方法。这种方法是在Fourier变换的基础上,引入高频滤波器函数H（ω,α）,经滤波处理后,再取Fourier逆变换,得到近似解。此方法能够较好地抑制噪声干扰,且计算复杂性较低,文中给出了算法,证明了收敛性,最后给出了计算机实验结果。
