Using real options analysis to value reoptimization options in the shifting bottleneck heuristic

The reoptimization procedure within the shifting bottleneck (SB) involves reevaluation of all previously scheduled toolgroup subproblems at each iteration of the SB heuristic. A real options analysis (ROA) model is developed to value the option to reoptimize in the SB heuristic, such that reoptimization only occurs when it is most likely to lead to a schedule with a lower objective function. To date, all ROA models have sought to value options financially (i.e., in terms of monetary value). The ROA model developed in this paper is completely original in that it has absolutely no monetary basis. The ROA methodologies presented are shown to greatly outperform both full and no reoptimization approaches with respect to both computation time and total weighted tardiness. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 使用细致谱项模型研究高温等离子体的辐射不透明度

对计算等离子体的光辐射不透明度所涉及到的一些物理问题进行了介绍与讨论 ,重点放在束缚 -束缚谱线跃迁与束缚 -自由吸收及自电离共振引起的谱线展宽等物理过程。由于束缚 -束缚谱线吸收中涉及到谱线的各种增宽机制 ,我们对此也进行了讨论。在此基础上系统介绍了使用细致谱项模型计算等离子体的不透明度的理论研究现状 ,并结合涉及到的实验研究结果 ,对理论结果进行了检验。特别是结合我们最近的研究进展 ,着重讨论了得到的一系列结果     

Inventory models with nonlinear shortage costs and stochastic lead times; applications of shape properties of randomly stopped counting processes

In this article, we study generalizations of some of the inventory models with nonlinear costs considered by Rosling in (Oper. Res. 50 (2002) 797–809). In particular, we extend the study of both the periodic review and the compound renewal demand processes from a constant lead time to a random lead time. We find that the quasiconvexity properties of the cost function (and therefore the existence of optimal (s, S) policies), holds true when the lead time has suitable log‐concavity properties. The results are derived by structural properties of renewal delayed processes stopped at an independent random time and by the study of log‐concavity properties of compound distributions. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 任职教育青年教员应多途径提高自身素质能力

任职教育是我军院校教育改革的重要举措。青年教员作为任职教育的生力军,却存在着诸多先天性不足,制约了教学质量和教学效果。通过分析当前任职教育青年教员普遍存在的问题,并结合我校实际情况,对其如何多途径提高自身素质能力进行了探讨。     

军队会计流程存在的问题及优化策略

在新军事变革的背景下,军队会计流程存在不适应新管理体制需要、信息技术应用对会计流程再造力度不够、军队会计科目设置影响流程等问题。本文从界定军队会计流程的含义入手,提出了优化军队会计流程、建立智能化军队会计信息系统的四项策略,即重塑军队会计流程体系、重构军队会计信息系统、调整军队会计科目体系以及完善各流程会计处理方法。优化军队会计流程、建设智能化军队会计信息系统,不仅能够反映军事经济活动的历史信息,还能为不同类型的信息使用者提供预测、决策等支持,并有利于改善军队会计核算质量,准确反映各类资产负债的价值信息和单位的真实财务状况,对于提高军队会计信息质量具有一定的借鉴意义。
