维和任务区当地译员的重要作用与素质要求

维和行动中的当地译员是一个特殊群体,在维和任务中具有重要作用。当地译员必须具备保密性、中立性、服务性等基本素质。因此,最大限度地调动当地译员的工作热情、提高其职业素质、是保证维和行动顺利完成的重要环节。     

Transient analysis of Markov models of fault‐tolerant systems with deferred repair using split regenerative randomization

The (standard) randomization method is an attractive alternative for the transient analysis of continuous time Markov models. The main advantages of the method are numerical stability, well‐controlled computation error, and ability to specify the computation error in advance. However, the fact that the method can be computationally very expensive limits its applicability. In this paper, we develop a new method called split regenerative randomization, which, having the same good properties as standard randomization, can be significantly more efficient. The method covers reliability‐like models with a particular but quite general structure and requires the selection of a subset of states and a regenerative state satisfying some conditions. For a class of continuous time Markov models, model class C₂, including typical failure/repair reliability‐like models with exponential failure and repair time distributions and deferred repair, natural selections are available for both the subset of states and the regenerative state and, for those natural selections, theoretical results are available assessing the efficiency of the method in terms of “visible” model characteristics. Those results can be used to anticipate when the method can be expected to be competitive. We illustrate the application of the method using a large class C₂ model and show that for models in that class the method can indeed be significantly more efficient than previously available randomization‐based methods. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于MSP430单片机的海浪水压场自动测量系统

提出了基于MSP430单片机的水压场自动测量系统的设计方案和实现方法并进行了实际测量.解决了自动测量系统中的低噪声、低功耗、高分辨率、大容量存储等关键技术.实验结果表明:该系统具有自动运行、电池供电、记录时间长等特点.适于高海况条件下的海浪水压场的测量.     

基于雷达对抗侦察仿真的雷达生存能力评估系统研究

为合理有效地评估雷达在战场上的生存能力,选取截获概率作为定量评估指标,分析了侦察截获的判断条件,根据截获条件对雷达对抗侦察系统进行功能仿真,建立了基于HLA的评估系统．通过仿真得到了对应时间的截获概率,并以此作为评估雷达生存能力的定量指标．仿真结果表明,采用这种方法得到的截获概率合理,对提高雷达生存能力有一定参考意义．     

潜艇运动对被动声纳浮标搜索的影响

由于被动声纳浮标隐蔽持续探测,潜艇可能由于机动进入浮标探测范围,从而增加了被探测概率。首先,在分析已有模型局限性的基础上,从潜艇运动对浮标搜索影响的原理出发,建立单枚浮标新增搜索区域模型,分析了单枚浮标搜索概率的影响因素,然后建模分析了潜艇运动对浮标拦截线搜索概率的影响因素,得出了影响作用仅对浮标作用距离、间距和航向敏感的结论,并对作战使用方法提出相关建议。     

钢质油罐底板腐蚀概率估计

针对钢质油罐底板腐蚀,首先分析了油罐底板腐蚀工程检测数据的特点和腐蚀试验数据统计分析理论;然后针对工程检测信息不完全的特性,以最大腐蚀深度的预测估计为目标,建立了以轻微腐蚀面积估计来实现腐蚀概率修正估计的模型;最后利用广州等地27个罐约900条检测数据估计了油罐底板的最大腐蚀深度。其最大相对误差小于45%,约80%的相对误差优于30%。     

网络中心与平台中心的声纳浮标探测概率建模

针对基于网络中心与平台中心的声纳浮标组网探测问题,在分析声纳浮标瞥概率模型的基础上,建立了两种方式下声纳浮标网的发现概率计算模型,给出了评价声纳浮标网探测效能指标.最后以声纳浮标拦截阵探测为例,对基于网络中心和基于平台中心的声纳浮标网探测效能进行分析,仿真了声纳浮标布设数量与布设间距对探测效能的影响.结果表明:当声纳浮标布设数量超过一定值时,继续增加并不能使网络中心的探测效能显著增加;与平台中心探测相比,声纳浮标瞥概率为Fermi模型时,网络中心探测的优势并不显著.     

Rebels of the frontier: origins,organization, and recruitment of the Pakistani Taliban

The Pakistani Taliban, factionalized into some 40 groups, form a decentralized insurgent movement, often characterized by infighting, divergent motivations, and a shifting web of alliances. The Pakistani Taliban remain little understood because most scholars have avoided a serious treatment of the insurgent movement and instead focused on analyzing the geopolitics of the region and Pakistan's ‘double game’. This article seeks to fill this gap by dissecting the movement through selected theories of organization and mobilization. First, I explain the various dimensions of the conflict and the origins of the insurgency. Next, I discuss the Pakistani Taliban's political organization, categorizing it as composed of various warlord regimes. I further list the Taliban's component groups and numerical strength and chart the leadership structure. Lastly, I analyze insurgent recruitment strategies, accounting for the role of selective incentives, coercion, and genuine grievances.     

间瞄武器模拟终端火力裁决概率问题研究

在信息主导,火力主战的背景下,间瞄火力的效能发挥对战争的胜负起着至关重要的作用。而实兵对抗训练中,间瞄火力打击效能的评估一直以来缺乏有效的理论依据,影响间瞄火力裁决的科学决策。文章结合间瞄武器模拟终端的使用,根据间瞄火炮打击的特点规律,用面火力射击数学模型推导出间瞄火炮射击的毁伤概率公式,该公式可以为间瞄武器模拟终端的火力毁伤概率的确定提供理论依据。     

基于CP CI总线的时统模块测量电路设计

为解决时统模块的测试问题,提出了一种基于CPCI总线的数字时统模块测量电路。重点对测量电路的组成、测量原理、CPCI总线接口设计与驱动设计等内容进行了介绍。提出的测量电路满足了4块某型时统模块的批量测试需求。该测量电路具有稳定性高、性价比高、易于实现等优点,适合于工程应用。
