基于任意分布随机Petri网的装备维修保障建模与分析

通过将任意分布随机Petri网的基本理论和算法应用到装备维修保障的建模与分析,建立了维修保障系统的任意随机Petri网模型,实现了随机Petri网中变换概率服从指数分布的限制.根据实际系统中相关数据的统计分析和经验估计,以便为利用矩姆函数分析方法对维修保障系统的性能进行分析,为维修保障决策层提供参考,获得了一些有价值的性能指标信息.

对我国消防标准及法律法规信息化建设现状进行了系统分析。针对信息化建设中存在的管理机制不完善、数据库不合理和信息化平台不健全等问题,提出改善我国信息化管理机制、创建特色数据库和构建信息化平台等对策。     

不完全维修策略的产品保修期研究

以保修期内的保修费用和可用度2个目标作为优化决策依据,权衡厂家和顾客的利益及需求,建立基于改善因子的不完全预防性维修模型,并通过实例确定厂家和顾客共同达到最大满意度的最佳维修间隔期及保修期,验证了模型的实用性。     

基于比较语言的军民融合式装备维修保障风险评估

针对地方维修商参与部队装备维修保障给军方带来诸多风险的问题,系统分析了军民融合式装备维修保障存在的风险因素,提出了一种基于比较语言表达的风险评估模型。将比较语言表达式转换为犹豫模糊语言术语集（HFLTS）,并计算出由梯形模糊隶属函数表示的 HFLTS 的模糊包络,最后应用双基点法进行维修商的选择决策。通过实例验证了模型的有效性。     

Fleet management in European integration: the case of military helicopter support

The article focuses on both economics and spatial issues related to Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) of defence platforms in Europe. Using facts and figures related to costs, trends and fleet sizes evolution, the authors discuss the interest of a spatial reorganisation of MRO production. Given the fiscal situation of the main European countries with a modern army, the relevant scale to consider the reorganisation is certainly Europe. Through the example of defence helicopters fleets of a selection of European countries, the authors address the question of cooperation of the MRO. A greater cooperation in the support of fleets would lead to a spatial reorganisation of MRO. On one side economies can be expected from this reorganisation, but, on the other hand, new problems arise. Specifically, a number of costs associated with different forms of “distances” – geographical, operational and political distances – limit the potential savings that could be expected. This work provides insights on these important issues for the construction of a European defence, both in its political, military and industrial dimensions.     

通用装备机械液压系统综合检测试验平台的设计与研制

针对目前通用装备保障建设过程中存在的保障设备通用性差、综合功能弱、机动性能差及信息化程度低等问题,提出了"划类分组、综合集成、一体通用"的设计思想,研制了可完成军械、装甲、工程、防化、车辆、陆军船艇等装备机械液压系统技术状况检测与评估、故障诊断、部(元)件修后试验与质量评估、信息管理等功能的综合机动平台。重点阐述了平台各系统的设计思想、硬件组成及软件框架。实际应用表明,该平台具有"广谱"、"广域"和"全时"的能力,其推广使用将为通用装备保障由"基于型号"向"基于能力"的建设转型提供成功示范。     

基于DMD的通用安全信息系统开发研究

提出了一种基于DMD的信息系统开发模型,描述了基于该模型的信息系统设计原则、开发流程和体系结构,并通过实例说明了DMD的功能和应用,最后介绍了系统的安全策略和特点。应用该模型开发的系统后期维护灵活方便,可扩展性强,具有较强的实用性。     

装备维修管理系统的设计与实现

装备维修管理系统是一种新型维修管理模式,为解决现代装备协同维修过程中资源优化调度和分配的各类问题,从装备维修保障系统的需求分析入手,讨论了基于改进遗传算法的维修资源配置算法,并采用建模与仿真技术,设计实现了装备维修管理系统。     

一种防空导弹全任务维修训练模拟器设计

针对当前部队缺乏装备维修训练手段的问题,基于"虚实结合"思想设计了一种防空导弹武器系统全任务维修训练模拟器。采用半实物仿真技术构建了基于以太网的多PC分布式体系结构;采用虚拟现实技术构建了虚拟维修训练环境;基于"虚拟维修中测量使用真实信号"理念采用"虚拟维修计算机+任意波形发生器"实现了战车测试信号产生;提出了"维修训练融入操作训练"的训练模式,实现了操作训练和维修训练的有效无缝连接。通过在教学实践中使用证明,该系统结构合理,可靠性高,扩展性好,并对其他复杂装备的维修训练模拟器研制有指导意义。     

Optimal production and maintenance policy for imperfect production systems

A joint optimization of the production run length and preventive maintenance (PM) policy is studied for a deteriorating production system where the in‐control period follows a general probability distribution with non‐decreasing failure rate. In the literature, the sufficient conditions for the optimality of the equal‐interval PM schedule is explored to derive an optimal production run length and an optimal number of PM actions. Nevertheless, an exhaustive search may arise. In this study, based on the assumption that the conditions for the optimality of the equal‐interval PM schedule hold, we derive some structural properties for the optimal production/PM policy, which increases the efficiency of the solution procedure. These analyses have implications for the practical application of the production/PM model to be more available in practice. A numerical example of gamma shift distribution with non‐decreasing failure rates is used to illustrate the solution procedure, leading to some insight into the management process. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
