提高理工科学生听力水平的探讨

本文紧紧围绕目前理工科学生实际听力水平状况,详细分析了影响理工科学生听力水平提高的两大制约因素,即语言因素和心理因素;讨论了语言教师针对这两大因素如何加强听力教学;最后根据全国四、六级英语统考题型,提出了听力测试中的有关技巧。     

Cyclic scheduling in robotic flowshops with bounded work‐in‐process levels

This study addresses cyclic scheduling in robotic flowshops with bounded work‐in‐process (WIP) levels. The objective is to minimize the cycle time or, equivalently, to maximize the throughput, under the condition that the WIP level is bounded from above by a given integer number. We present several strongly polynomial algorithms for the 2‐cyclic robotic flowshop scheduling problems for various WIP levels. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. EMS型低速磁浮列车U型电磁铁设计方法研究

针对EMS型低速磁浮列车的U型电磁铁,研究其气隙磁密及结构参数的设计方法.气隙磁密应选为铁芯材料的磁导率下降到其最大值的90％时所对应的磁密.结构参数包括极长、极高、窗宽、窗高和轭厚,极长影响牵引效率及过弯能力,极宽影响承载能力和导向刚度,窗宽和窗高影响重量,但随轨宽而定,轭厚按磁轭与磁极的磁密相等的原则来选取.     

The impact of component commonality on composite assembly policies

Assemble in Advance (AIA) policy reduces assembly cost due to advance planning, while Assemble to Order (ATO) policy eliminates assembly of excessive (more than demanded) units. The tradeoffs between the two policies have been studied in the past for single product environments. Moreover, it was shown that it is beneficial to employ AIA and ATO simultaneously. In this article, we study the employment of such a composite assembly policy in a multiproduct environment with component commonality. When common components are used, ATO may also enable us to benefit from the risk pooling effect. We provide important managerial insights such as: the multiperiod problem is myopic and changes in inventory levels due to the use of common components, and demonstrate the potential profit increase compared to other policies.© 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Optimal burn‐in procedure for periodically inspected systems

Burn‐in is a widely used method to improve the quality of products or systems after they have been produced. In this paper, we study burn‐in procedure for a system that is maintained under periodic inspection and perfect repair policy. Assuming that the underlying lifetime distribution of a system has an initially decreasing and/or eventually increasing failure rate function, we derive upper and lower bounds for the optimal burn‐in time, which maximizes the system availability. Furthermore, adopting an age replacement policy, we derive upper and lower bounds for the optimal age parameter of the replacement policy for each fixed burn‐in time and a uniform upper bound for the optimal burn‐in time given the age replacement policy. These results can be used to reduce the numerical work for determining both optimal burn‐in time and optimal replacement policy. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2007     

采用神经网络技术降低机电设备BIT虚警

机电设备 Ｂ Ｉ Ｔ 的突出问题是虚警率高，重要原因之一是 Ｂ Ｉ Ｔ 系统传感器通路故障。本文选取神经网络技术进行传感器通路故障诊断，剖析某大型船舶动力装置机电设备 Ｂ Ｉ Ｔ 系统中传感器通路的故障机理和类型，得到其故障样本数据，经过神经网络学习训练后对实际系统进行故障诊断和识别，实验结果表明该方法简洁、有效，能够有效地诊断故障并识别出故障类型，具有实用价值。

目前国内外静态标定火炮身管内弹道性能改变量的方法,都存在着原理和精度不高的缺陷。采用多特征截面的标定方法可取得满意的精度,本文论述了其理论基础、精度及应用领域。     

Think again – supplying war: reappraising military logistics and its centrality to strategy and war

This article argues that logistics constrains strategic opportunity while itself being heavily circumscribed by strategic and operational planning. With the academic literature all but ignoring the centrality of logistics to strategy and war, this article argues for a reappraisal of the critical role of military logistics, and posits that the study and conduct of war and strategy are incomplete at best or false at worst when they ignore this crucial component of the art of war. The article conceptualises the logistics–strategy nexus in a novel way, explores its contemporary manifestation in an age of uncertainty, and applies it to a detailed case study of UK operations in Iraq and Afghanistan since 2001.     

Numerical simulation of the blast wave of a multilayer composite charge

The numerical simulation of a blast wave of a multilayer composite charge is investigated. A calculation model of the near-field explosion and far-field propagation of the shock wave of a composite charge is established using the AUTODYN finite element program. Results of the near-field and far-field calculations of the shock wave respectively converge at cell sizes of 0.25–0.5 cm and 1–3 cm. The Euler––flux-corrected transport solver is found to be suitable for the far-field calculation after mapping. A numerical simulation is conducted to study the formation, propagation, and interaction of the shock wave of the composite charge for different initiation modes. It is found that the initiation mode obviously affects the shock-wave waveform and pressure distribution of the composite charge. Additionally, it is found that the area of the overpressure distribution is greatest for internal and external simultaneous initiation, and the peak pressure of the shock wave exponentially decays, fitting the calculation formula of the peak overpressure attenuation under different initiation modes, which is obtained and verified by experiment. The difference between numerical and experimental results is less than 10%, and the peak overpressure of both internal and external initiation is 56.12% higher than that of central single-point initiation.
