试论兵团中小学教师继续教育存在的问题及对策

继续教育是提高教师队伍素质、实现教师终身教育的必要手段,中小学教师作为教育者首先需要接受教育。高等院校是实施中小学教师终身教育的重要基地。本文通过近年来的教学管理实践,提出兵团中小学教师继续教育存在的主要问题及今后改进的对策。     

防空地监哨情报融合研究*

在得到防空地监哨直接观测信息的基础上,对目标可能航向进行二次外推,并利用效用函数综合评估法对目标相关性进行检验,完成对目标信息的融合,解决了地监哨情报数据的关联和航迹外推问题。仿真及试验结果表明该方法用于防空地监哨情报融合是可行的,其结果分析的应用能指导地监哨训练和战时地监哨的配置。     

Operational idealism: doctrine development of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army under Soviet threat, 1969–1989

This article analyses the doctrine development of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) coping with the Soviet military threat between 1969 and 1989. In the 1970s, the PLA applied a doctrine of ‘active defence and luring the enemy into depth’ based on its traditional operational art. In 1980, the PLA decided to focus its doctrine on positional defence. In 1986, the PLA introduced ‘integrated operations and prioritised strike’, a generalised doctrine that originated from its war history. Many organisational and intellectual challenges in peacetime doctrine development contributed to the PLA’s operational idealism, including its aging leadership, command structure, attitude towards its previous experience, limited analysis of contemporary military developments, and failure in test and validation of doctrines. In the post-Cold War decade, many of these challenges persisted in spite of military modernization efforts. The ongoing military reform has to address these challenges and improve the PLA doctrine development in peacetime.     

应用新型Lanchester方程的非对称空战进程预测

针对未来空战中可能出现的非对称空战问题进行研究,在设定的非对称空战背景下构建新型Lanchester方程对问题进行建模分析,得到单一机种和多兵种非对称空战模型,并通过仿真试验验证了模型的有效性,对非对称空战指挥决策提供了一定的帮助。     

The People’s Liberation Army and China’s Smart Power Quandary in Southeast Asia

Abstract

China has a strong interest in pursuing a smart power strategy towards Southeast Asia and has worked laboriously to engage with regional countries economically, socially, and politically. But China has been only partially successful in achieving its goals in the region. This paper argues that China’s security policy towards Southeast Asia significantly contradicts many other objectives that Beijing wishes to accomplish. Given the deep-seated, narrowly-defined national interests of the Chinese military in the South China Sea disputes, it is likely that the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) will continue to pose the main obstacle to the effective implementation of a Chinese smart strategy in Southeast Asia.     

基于队形相对运动带的舰艇编队规避航向优选方法

机动规避是舰艇编队避开潜艇威胁的重要措施。针对编队队形模型的特点,从舰艇编队规避潜艇于预定距离之外的角度出发,深入分析了编队队形相对运动带与规避距离关系,提出了基于队形相对运动带舰艇编队规避航向优选方法。通过战术想定实例表明,基于编队队形运动带的优选航向能够成功引导编队避开潜艇威胁,极大地简化了绘算,可为舰艇编队反潜提供一定的理论依据。     

核心力量训练在手榴弹立姿投掷中的应用

核心力量训练作为现代体能训练的重要内容,近年来引起了国内许多体育界研究者的高度重视,已取得了一定的研究成果。但是,在部队的手榴弹立姿投掷训练课目中尚未引入这一训练理念。本文通过阐述与核心力量训练相关的概念、手榴弹立姿投掷核心力量训练的作用,总结出适用于部队实际、开展手榴弹立姿投掷核心力量训练的方法和原则。     

中国近代编辑出版工作者的矛盾心理分析

中国近代编辑出版是在旧制度已经衰败、新制度尚未建立的历史背景下发展起来的。西方文明与中国古老文明的冲突、旧思想与新思想的较量、公共利益与个体利益的矛盾必然存在。中国近代编辑出版工作者面对西学与中学、雅文化与俗文化、社会效益与经济效益的选择时,存在着矛盾心理,并为中国文化的近代化作出了贡献。     

不同结构拦截弹的毁伤能力研究

在电磁发射器发射拦截弹撞击来袭目标的过程中,拦截弹的结构材料参数是影响拦截弹加速性能及毁伤能力的一个重要因素。在实验中常用的铝合金材料拦截弹基础上,提出铝-钢、铜-钢2种复合拦截弹结构,以拦截弹与钨合金杆式穿甲弹的碰撞过程为例,对3种拦截弹对来袭目标的毁伤能力进行对比分析。     

文献检索课教学改革对策研究

本文提出网络环境下文献检索培养目标,培养学生信息素养,提高信息评价能力。改革教学内容,编写适合本专业本校专业设置的教材,采用适于学校基本教学环境、教师的教学能力、学生的学习能力相对称的教学模式,应用多元化的教学方法,在教学过程中注重培养学生创新思维和综合实践能力,培养大学生的认知技能、批判性思维、创新精神和问题解决能力。
