加速寿命试验的相关性研究

阐述了加速贮存寿命试验与自然贮存试验相关性的概念。讨论了几种常用的相关性评价方法,并用实例进行了相关性计算与分析。     

非局部弹性杆固有频率的Ritz法求解

采用Ritz法求解了非局部弹性直杆的固有频率问题。非局部弹性理论与经典弹性理论相对应,区别在于非局部理论中,一点的应力与该点以及其周围区域的应变都有关,并采用核函数来表征这种相关性。基于Eringen提出的非局部弹性模型,针对三种给定核函数,用Ritz法进行了直杆的动力学分析。并针对两种边界条件给出直杆的固有频率,与其它方法比较,该方法具有可以针对多种核函数求解,精度可控,易于编程等优点。     

注意力机制量化剪枝优化方法

面向基于注意力机制模型的巨大计算和访存开销问题,研究量化和剪枝协同优化的模型压缩技术,提出针对注意力机制中查询、键、值、概率共四个激活值矩阵的对称线性定点量化方法。同时,提出概率矩阵剪枝方法和渐进式剪枝策略,有效降低剪枝精度损失。在不同数据集上的实验结果表明,针对典型基于注意力机制模型BERT,在较低或者没有精度损失的情况下该优化方法可达到4位或8位定点量化、0.93～0.98的稀疏度,大幅度降低模型计算量,为加速量化稀疏模型的推理奠定良好的基础。     

Natural gas storage valuation and optimization: A real options application

In this article, we present an algorithm for the valuation and optimal operation of natural gas storage facilities. Real options theory is used to derive nonlinear partial‐integro‐differential equations (PIDEs), the solution of which give both valuation and optimal operating strategies for these facilities. The equations are designed to incorporate a wide class of spot price models that can exhibit the same time‐dependent, mean‐reverting dynamics, and price spikes as those observed in most energy markets. Particular attention is paid to the operational characteristics of real storage units. These characteristics include working gas capacities, variable deliverability and injection rates, and cycling limitations. We illustrate the model with a numerical example of a salt cavern storage facility that clearly shows how a gas storage facility is like a financial straddle with both put and call properties. Depending on the amount of gas in storage the relative influence of the put and call components vary. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 2009     

重大自然灾害警卫任务的特点及措施——以四川抗震救灾警卫任务为例

以2008年四川“5·12”地震发生后的抗震救灾警卫任务为例,对重大自然灾害警卫任务的特点进行深入剖析,总结抗震救灾警卫工作经验。探求重大自然灾害警卫任务的方式方法,有利于更好地完成警卫任务。     

桅杆首阶固有频率控制与构形设计

基于Timoshenko梁理论,提出筒形桅杆首阶固有频率控制设计原理。依据该原理,采用Transfer matrix算法,研究了直壁式、外凸式及双曲式三种构形的桅杆首阶固有频率的变化规律,发现在桅杆高度、质量、顶部及底部截面边长相同的情况下,外凸式构形具有最大的首阶固有频率值。     

基于自然连通度的复杂网络节点重要性度量方法

节点重要性度量是复杂网络研究中的热点问题。从复杂网络的抗毁性指标入手,给出了自然连通度的定义,并且以此为基础设计了基于自然连通度的复杂网络节点重要性度量方法。最后以著名的风筝网络为例,分析了该方法的适用性,并与其他经典的节点重要性度量方法进行对比,证明了该方法的合理性。     

图像标注研究及其在情报处理中的应用

图像数据具有直观、信息量丰富等特点。图像标注方法通过获取图像特征,训练语言模型,实现用自然语言自动描述图像信息。简要介绍了图像标注方法的分类及其相关关键技术。研究表明,通过对大规模图像的自动描述,能更好地管理、分析海量图像信息,能高效地对图像进行分类、检索。结合特定的信息处理技术,图像标注可用于发现有价值的情报信息,为国防安全、战略决策等提供信息支撑。     

Resource rents,institutions, and violent civil conflicts

Natural resources have been blamed for inducing slow growth and sparking civil conflicts and violence. This paper first develops a model to account for the hazard of armed civil conflicts as a manifestation of the natural resource curse, which is mediated by the quality of both economic and political institutions. We then use recently published data on institutional quality and natural resource rents to measure the potential impact of the resource curse on violent civil conflicts using a panel of data for over 100 countries in the period 1970–2010. Our model explicitly accounts for the role of good economic and political institutions in deterring the recourse to violence as well as the extent to which they might weaken the resource rents effect.     

基层部队有效规避自然灾害风险探析

武警基层部队高度分散,担负任务多样,防范灾害对武警部队来说,具有特殊重要的意义。基层部队要做好重大自然灾害的预防工作,就应该把握预知险情的基本途径,掌握应对险情的主要方法,采取排除险情的根本措施,有效防止灾害对部队建设带来的损失。
