基于生成模型的人体行为识别

提出了一种基于生成模型的人体行为识别方法。选取关键点轨迹的方向-大小描述符、轨迹形状描述符、外观描述符作为人体行为的特征;为了降低人体行为特征维数,利用信息瓶颈算法进行词表压缩;利用生成模型,结合已标记样本和未标记样本提出了一种人体行为识别的半监督学习方法,解决了行为识别中的小样本问题。在YouTube 数据库、 UCF运动数据库上利用提出的方法与已有的方法进行了对比实验,结果表明该方法具有更高的识别精度。     

GPS时分二进制偏移载波调制信号的高精度无偏抗多径算法

二进制偏移载波调制信号将在卫星导航系统中得到广泛应用。全球定位系统的L1C信号导频分量采用了时分二进制偏移载波调制,对此信号直接采用码参考波形算法消除多径时的鉴别曲线收敛点存在偏差,从而影响测距偏差。因此,提出一种时分二进制偏移载波调制信号的高精度无偏抗多径算法。通过时分的方式分别生成针对BOC(1,1)和BOC(6,1)分量的本地闸波,以保证鉴相函数在码相位无偏差时等于0。由于更好地利用了BOC(6,1)信号分量,该技术在实现无偏跟踪的同时,还能提高跟踪精度。     

基于复杂网络的作战同步建模与优化

为了量化分析作战同步问题,提出多作战单元协同作战复杂网络模型,在此基础上,应用复杂网络同步理论,重点从作战单元动力学行为和网络拓扑结构两个方面对作战同步的内在机理进行分析。针对不同的作战情形,设计了静态同步和动态同步两种网络,并分别应用离散粒子群算法对网络结构进行优化。对网络抗毁性的仿真实验表明两型网络对随机攻击和恶意攻击均具有较好的鲁棒性。     

基于DOB和二自由度控制器的某火炮稳定控制系统设计

火炮稳定控制系统性能会受到如路况、火炮射击时产生的冲击力矩等外部扰动以及摩擦力矩变化、测量噪声、转动惯量变化等内部参数摄动的影响。针对此问题,引入一种DOB观测器和二自由度控制算法,来减少摩擦对系统性能的影响,提高系统对载体扰动的隔离能力。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的算法可以有效提高系统的稳定精度和速度伺服性能。     

无线传感网和神经网络的民用火药贮存在线监测系统

针对目前绝大多数火药仓库的温度、湿度控制由于采用人工操作导致对温湿度不能实时精确监控从而导致火药失效的问题,设计了一种基于无线传感网和神经网络的火药贮存在线监测系统。该系统将无线传感网络终端节点实时收集到环境温度和水分信息传给神经网络控制器,根据神经网络控制模型实时调节火药贮存温湿度控制设备的各个参数,实现对火药贮存环境温湿度的自动化和实时精确控制,提高火药贮存的可靠性和经济效益。     

基于AHP的射手综合素质的三级模糊综合评判

针对装甲机械化部队射手素质评价存在的评价内容不全、指标选取不合理等诸多问题,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)和模糊评价法的射手综合素质的三级模糊综合评判模型。首先,在对射手综合素质深刻剖析的基础上,建立了射手综合素质评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标权重;然后,运用模糊综合评价法构建了射手综合素质的三级模糊综合评判模型;最后,通过实例验证了该模型的科学性与实用性。     

The relevance of the Gulf of Guinea in global energy politics

Africa and for that matter the Gulf of Guinea cannot be indifferent to the global energy politics of the 21st century. The increasing importance of the region has attracted major actors in the energy sector. The competing interests of these actors are played out in various forms. This heightened interest in the region, especially with the discovery of oil in huge commercial quantities, has brought the importance of the area into focus in global oil politics. This paper looks at the importance of the region in light of the huge energy potentials of the Gulf of Guinea and how the institution of proper governance systems could serve as an important factor in ensuring the proper management of the resource.     

The lobbies’ network at the EU policy level: the case of security and defense

Lobbyists may not share the same interests, but they usually agree to form a link in a network which could eventually be used to spread information, to search for potential partners, to speak with one voice to decision makers. In other words, social links represent value for lobbyists because they may ultimately facilitate access. In this article, we explore the network of the Security and Defense lobbies in the EU and we describe its structure.     

Defensive weapons and star wars: a supergame with optimal punishments

We model the perspective faced by nuclear powers involved in a supergame where nuclear deterrence is used to stabilise peace. This setting allows us to investigate the bearings of defensive weapons on the effectiveness of deterrence and peace stability, relying on one-shot optimal punishments. We find that the sustainability of peace is unaffected by defensive shields if the latter are symmetric across countries, while asymmetric endowments of such weapons have clear-cut destabilising consequences.
