作战指挥对抗在未来防空作战中的地位越来越重要,为科学评估防空兵作战指挥对抗能力,对防空兵作战指挥对抗系统进行了全面分析,建立了防空兵作战指挥对抗能力评估指标体系.并利用模糊数学的方法,建立该系统的模糊综合评价模型,从而为综合评估防空兵作战指挥对抗能力提供了一种方法.该方法能使定性描述定量化,客观地反映了防空兵作战指挥对抗能力的真实情况,具有一定的参考价值.     

精确制导武器系统作战效能的LMBP神经网络评估

着眼于武器系统的作战使用,介绍了一种基于LMBP神经网络的精确制导武器系统作战效能综合评估方法.首先,从总体上综合地加以动态权衡,确立了评估的指标体系,其次在阐述BP神经网络相关原理的基础上,对LMBP算法进行了描述,建立了基于该网络的精确制导武器系统作战效能评估模型,最后介绍了该方法的实际应用,并利用MATLAB神经网络工具箱进行仿真,实例证明此方法与其他评估方法相比,基于LMBP神经网络的精确制导武器系统作战效能评估方法具有一定的优越性.     

An optimal structured policy for maintenance of partially observable aircraft engine components

This paper considers the maintenance of aircraft engine components that are subject to stress. We model the deterioration process by means of the cumulative jump process representation of crack growth. However, because in many cases cracks are not easily observable, maintenance decisions must be made on the basis of other information. We incorporate stress information collected via sensors into the scheduling decision process by means of a partially observable Markov decision process model. Using this model, we demonstrate the optimality of structured maintenance policies, which support practical maintenance schedules. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 随机-非概率模型下的船体结构屈服强度可靠性分析

针对在役舰船船体载荷、材料属性的随机特性和实船勘验得出的腐蚀损伤下船体抗力区间特性,提出一种基于随机概率理论和区间非概率理论的随机-非概率可靠性分析模型,分别从区间变量随机化和随机变量区间化两个角度给出该模型的可靠性指标求解方法。基于该模型对某舰船船体结构屈服强度进行可靠性分析,结果表明:该模型既体现了结构变量的客观不确定性又减弱了评估结果的盲目保守性,对于既含有随机变量又含有区间变量的在役舰船的可靠性评估具有很强的适用性。     

西南边疆地区陆军航空兵作战运用

近年来,西南方向局势相对紧张。在当前我国面临全方位安全压力的情况下,如何正确认识西南方向军事斗争现状,如何充分做好该方向军事斗争准备,显得尤为重要。文章主要分析了西南方向上的作战环境,总结了该方向作战环境对陆军航空兵作战行动的影响,研究了陆军航空兵在该方向上的作战运用问题。

The Hungarian experience with Gripen fighter aircraft

The post-communist countries transition from the Warsaw Pact style of platforms and systems to Western-compatible capabilities has never been an easy task or a process without conflicts. This was no different for the Visegrád countries either, in which case the Hungarian Gripen procurement stands out. After much debate, Budapest decided to modernize its fighter fleet with the not battle tested Swedish-made Gripen fighter aircraft. This decision received several critiques due to the lack of transparency in the selection process and the initial lack of NATO-required systems. Subsequently, the fleet has had to operate in a financially demanding environment. Moreover, the air force has lost two aircrafts in accidents. Now that the jets are in the middle of their envisaged life cycle, it is more than appropriate to answer the question if the Gripens can utilize their full combat potential or will they fail the test of time?     

Reliability bounds for the NBUE distributions

In this paper, we study upper and lower bounds on the reliability in new better than used in expectation (NBUE) life distribution class with fixed first two moments. By a constructive proof, we determine the upper bounds on the reliability analytically in different regions and show that these bounds are sharp. For the lower bounds, similar results are obtained except in one region. For that region, a conjecture is given for further study. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Rare‐event component importance for the consecutive‐k system

Various indices of component importance with respect to system reliability have been proposed. The most popular one is the Birnbaum importance. In particular, a special case called uniform Birnbaum importance in which all components have the same reliability p has been widely studied for the consecutive‐k system. Since it is not easy to compare uniform Birnbaum importance, the literature has looked into the case p = ½, p → 1, or p ≥ ½. In this paper, we look into the case p → 0 to complete the spectrum of examining Birnbaum importance over the whole range of p. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 稳态随机过程激励下基于首次超越破坏的结构优化设计

把结构系统动力可靠性分析与最优化设计结合起来 ,以结构系统的最小质量为目标函数 ,给出了考虑在平稳随机过程激励下多自由度线性系统总的可靠性的结构优化设计方法。运用谱分析理论 ,推导了结构系统在平稳随机过程激励下响应的统计特征 ,同时结合首次超越破坏的Possion模型计算结构系统的可靠性 ,最终采用广义乘子法得到结构系统设计变量的最优值。计算结果表明该方法是可行的
