Some aging properties of parallel and series systems with a random number of components

In this article, we study aging properties of parallel and series systems with a random number of components. We show that the decreasing likelihood ratio property is closed under the formation of random minima. We also show, by counterexamples, that other aging properties are not closed under the formation of random minima or maxima. 针对信息化条件下各类目标相互作用反制作战能力倍增的特点,进行面向体系目标选择的相关问题分析。通过分析目标体系的概念和层次结构,建立目标选择的概念模型,并进行目标选择的形式化描述与分析,提供了一种研究军事概念模型的思路和方法,有助于目标选择决策支持系统的开发与验证。     

Flow shop scheduling with earliness,tardiness, and intermediate inventory holding costs

We consider the problem of scheduling customer orders in a flow shop with the objective of minimizing the sum of tardiness, earliness (finished goods inventory holding), and intermediate (work‐in‐process) inventory holding costs. We formulate this problem as an integer program, and based on approximate solutions to two different, but closely related, Dantzig‐Wolfe reformulations, we develop heuristics to minimize the total cost. We exploit the duality between Dantzig‐Wolfe reformulation and Lagrangian relaxation to enhance our heuristics. This combined approach enables us to develop two different lower bounds on the optimal integer solution, together with intuitive approaches for obtaining near‐optimal feasible integer solutions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first paper that applies column generation to a scheduling problem with different types of strongly ????‐hard pricing problems which are solved heuristically. The computational study demonstrates that our algorithms have a significant speed advantage over alternate methods, yield good lower bounds, and generate near‐optimal feasible integer solutions for problem instances with many machines and a realistically large number of jobs. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 兵团中学数学教师教育科研现状调查与分析

数学教师是数学教育工作中的主体力量,其教育科研水平直接关系到数学教育专业化的进程。调查发现,兵团中学数学教师的教育科研水平尚处于起步阶段。为提高教师的教育科研水平,应加强以下几个方面的工作:正确认识教学与教育科研的关系;加强教育理论著作、中学数学期刊的阅读;有效利用各级培训,强化对教师的教育科研能力的培养;上级主管部门以及学校应加大对教师从事教育科研的支持力度;建立兵团教育学院和兵团中小学的长期协助、合作关系。最后,兵团教育学院还应考虑创建一份中学数学期刊。     

新疆兵团高职院校毕业生就业问题及对策研究——以石河子为例

就业是人民群众获取劳动报酬、维持生计、进而实现自我人生价值的基本途径。现今,就业成为大部分应届大学毕业生所要面临的难题,而我们考虑的也不能只局限于社会竞争和压力等外部因素,学生就业观念、学校就业指导等也是造成就业难的一部分原因。本文重点分析新疆高职院校毕业生就业现状及存在的问题,并从转变就业观念、加强高职院校就业指导等方面探讨扩大就业的基本思路。

传播学视野下的外国新闻事业史课程教学

外国新闻事业史课程的教学一直存在资料冗杂、线索不清、史多于论等诸多问题,如何更好地解决这些问题一直困扰着教学实践。笔者从传播学的一些经典理论出发来对这些问题进行具体分析,从而得出需要精简教学内容、提炼基本规律、增加课外拓展等有效地解决办法,最终达到提高外国新闻事业史课程教学效果的目标。

多媒体教学以其题材丰富形象、形式新颖、课堂信息量大、节约课堂时间等优势,确立了在现代教学手段中的主要地位。但现阶段的多媒体教学还存在一些需要改进之处。本文分析了高校文学课多媒体教学的利弊,探讨了多媒体教学应用中出现的问题,并提出了相应的改进对策。
