将导弹的突防-拦截问题简化到某一平面上,基于此问题的非线性模型,确定了以突防导弹侧向机动为输入,拦截导弹脱靶量为输出的非线性状态方程.针对所研究问题的最优控制类型,构造了系统的Hamilton函数,并通过极大值原理,研究了在平面内导弹机动能力一定的情况下最优规避机动方式.对于简化后的系统线性模型,以机动方式的基波分量为输入,用伴随系统分析方法,通过拦截导弹脱靶量的稳态解,计算了最优的机动频率.  相似文献

We consider the scheduling of large‐scale projects to maximize the project net present value given temporal and resource constraints. The net present value objective emphasizes the financial aspects of project management. Temporal constraints between the start times of activities make it possible to handle practical problem assumptions. Scarce resources are an expression of rising cost. Since optimization techniques are not expedient to solve such problems and most heuristic methods known from literature cannot deal with general temporal constraints, we propose a new bidirectional priority‐rule based method. Scheduling activities with positive cash flows as early and activities with negative cash flows as late as possible results in a method which is completed by unscheduling techniques to cope with scarce resources. In a computational experiment, we compare the well‐known serial generation scheme where all activities are scheduled as early as possible with the proposed bidirectional approach. On the basis of a comprehensive data set known from literature containing instances with up to 1002 activities, the efficiency of the new approach is demonstrated. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The optimality of the One‐Bug‐Look‐Ahead (OLA) software release policy proposed by Morali and Soyer ( 15 ) is re‐examined in this paper. A counterexample is constructed to show that OLA is not optimal in general. The optimal stopping approach is then called upon to prove that OLA possesses weaker sense of optimality under conditional monotonicity and the strong sense of optimality holds under a more restrictive sample‐wise monotonicity condition. Burn‐in is a widely used method to improve the quality of products or systems after they have been produced. In this paper, we study burn‐in procedure for a system that is maintained under periodic inspection and perfect repair policy. Assuming that the underlying lifetime distribution of a system has an initially decreasing and/or eventually increasing failure rate function, we derive upper and lower bounds for the optimal burn‐in time, which maximizes the system availability. Furthermore, adopting an age replacement policy, we derive upper and lower bounds for the optimal age parameter of the replacement policy for each fixed burn‐in time and a uniform upper bound for the optimal burn‐in time given the age replacement policy. We consider a two‐echelon inventory system with a manufacturer operating from a warehouse supplying multiple distribution centers (DCs) that satisfy the demand originating from multiple sources. The manufacturer has a finite production capacity and production times are stochastic. Demand from each source follows an independent Poisson process. We assume that the transportation times between the warehouse and DCs may be positive which may require keeping inventory at both the warehouse and DCs. Inventory in both echelons is managed using the base‐stock policy. Each demand source can procure the product from one or more DCs, each incurring a different fulfilment cost. The objective is to determine the optimal base‐stock levels at the warehouse and DCs as well as the assignment of the demand sources to the DCs so that the sum of inventory holding, backlog, and transportation costs is minimized. We obtain a simple equation for finding the optimal base‐stock level at each DC and an upper bound for the optimal base‐stock level at the warehouse. We demonstrate several managerial insights including that the demand from each source is optimally fulfilled entirely from a single distribution center, and as the system's utilization approaches 1, the optimal base‐stock level increases in the transportation time at a rate equal to the demand rate arriving at the DC. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Given a number of patrollers that are required to detect an intruder in a channel, the channel patrol problem consists of determining the periodic trajectories that the patrollers must trace out so as to maximized the probability of detection of the intruder. We formulate this problem as an optimal control problem. We assume that the patrollers' sensors are imperfect and that their motions are subject to turn‐rate constraints, and that the intruder travels straight down a channel with constant speed. Using discretization of time and space, we approximate the optimal control problem with a large‐scale nonlinear programming problem which we solve to obtain an approximately stationary solution and a corresponding optimized trajectory for each patroller. In numerical tests for one, two, and three underwater patrollers, an underwater intruder, different trajectory constraints, several intruder speeds and other specific parameter choices, we obtain new insight—not easily obtained using simply geometric calculations—into efficient patrol trajectory design under certain conditions for multiple patrollers in a narrow channel where interaction between the patrollers is unavoidable due to their limited turn rate.© 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 本文讨论了双基地雷达系统中一种以收站△TOA和方位角测量为基础并辅以发射站传送的间歇高度信息的运动目标三维定位跟踪算法,详细分析了该技术的定位原理。在电子对抗条件下,发射站数据往往难以连续传送到接收站加以融合,因此有必要对间断传送的数据加以利用的方法进行研究。本文通过典型目标航迹的计算机仿真对该算法的性能做了评估。由于这种融合方法在双基地研究领域尚属初探,因此有待于在今后的研究中加以完善。  相似文献

针对目前缺少火炮调炮精度检测方法的现状,提出了一种基于全站仪最佳布站的调炮精度检测方法,建立了全站仪测量系统的数学模型,推导了调炮精度检测方法的解算公式,根据火炮调炮范围确定了调炮精度检测中的测量区域,得出全站仪测量系统对于整个测量区域的测量不确定度,结合某型火炮设计了画图法优化过程,得到全站仪测量系统的最佳测量布站位置。精度仿真试验表明,该方法可对调炮精度进行检测,使最佳布站测量系统的精度高于随机布站的精度。  相似文献
