多媒体技术在物理教学中的应用与实践

本文结合作者的自身实践 ,介绍了多媒体技术在物理教学中的应用 ,重点谈了三方面的问题 :1.电子教案的制作 ;2 .链接与OLE技术的应用 ;3.多媒体方式下物理教学中应注意的问题。最后 ,提出了一个观点 :多媒体技术将成为物理教师基本功训练的重要内容之一。     

辐射源威胁排序模糊综合评判

通过对多批目标所载辐射源的威胁程度进行排序来判断多批目标的相对威胁程度是作战辅助决策的一种重要方法。建立了辐射源脉冲重复频率、辐射源方位、辐射源脉冲宽度等辐射源威胁评判指标体系并提出各指标的优属度函数。利用模糊多属性决策理论建立了基于不完全偏好信息的对多批目标威胁大小进行综合排序的模糊综合评判模型。实例证明该模型可行、有效,且便于计算。该方法不仅适用于辐射源威胁综合排序,而且适用于其它多属性决策问题。     

基于多属性目标决策的威胁评估排序模型

针对当前海战中对舰艇编队构成威胁的空中目标的特点,运用目标多属性理论探索对空中目标的威胁排序问题.提出了一种对空中目标进行威胁评估和排序的方法,并通过示例介绍了威胁评估和排序的求解过程.该方法有效地解决了目标威胁评估与排序问题,提高了舰艇编队防空作战能力.     

多人多任务动态决策建模的环境

就人的组队如何解决多任务环境中具有不定性情况下分布式资源管理等问题 ,在微机上采用具有音响—图形功能的 Turbo pascal程序语言 ,建立了一个可以控制的实验环境 ,经分析得出 :在此环境中 ,可以模拟、产生 C3分布系统方面基本的决策制作问题 ,且能充分适应于复杂性的逐步引入 ,可用作建立多人多任务动态决策模型的载体 ,开发组队决策的规范—描述理论。

防空作战指挥效能的高低,对整个防空作战结局有着重要的影响.基于系统动力学的方法对防空作战指挥效能进行评估,分析了影响指挥效能的关键因素.进而提出加强对防空作战指挥不确定决策方法的研究和优化防空作战指挥体制两项对策措施以提高指挥效能.     

多属性模糊决策对舰炮射击目标优选

舰炮在现代高科技条件下海战中承担着重要的作战使命和任务,它能否完成被赋予的作战使命和任务,射击目标的优选起着决定性作用.为解决舰炮射击目标优选、决策问题,研究分析了多属性模糊决策方法,以及影响舰炮射击目标优选的因素,提出了多属性模糊决策方法的数学模型和求解最优射击目标排序的新方法.该方法在舰炮射击目标优选中的应用实例表明:通过定量和定性相结合,专家判断和信息处理相结合的多属性模糊决策方法对舰炮射击目标优选、决策具有一定的借鉴意义.     

The disconnect between arms control and DDR in peace processes

The article discusses the disconnect between arms control and disarmament practices vis-à-vis peacebuilding practices. It critically analyzes Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) practices focusing on their absence of dialogue with international arms control and disarmament (ACD) practices. It proposes that a conversation between experts involved in these distinct practices could promote a political discussion on the place of weapons held by state and non-state actors in times of peace. The argument is illustrated through an analysis of the treatment of rules on weapons in the Colombian peace process (2012–present) with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). The article concludes that the disconnect between the arms control and disarmament and the peacebuilding associations, as seen in the context of DDR practices, reinstates the rule on the monopoly of violence by the state, preventing a broader discussion of the role of weapons and violence in the building of political communities.     

Political dynamics in Kenya’s post-electoral violence: Justice without peace or political compromise?

The political upheavals that erupted in Kenya after the release of the 2007–8 election results resulted in the death of approximately 1 200 people, as well as the loss of livestock and other valuable property. While the Kenyan government tried to seek solutions to the crisis, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued warrants for the arrest of top government officials. For its part, the African Union (AU) accused the ICC of racism by targeting only African leaders, and maintained that such practices undermine the rule of equality before the law set forth in Article 27 of the Rome Statute. The AU is therefore advising African countries, including Kenya, to consider withdrawing from the ICC. Will the ICC's intervention into the situation in Kenya bring justice and peace to the country, or will it add to the existing injuries affecting not just the country but the region as well? Through a critical analysis of contemporary scholarly discourse, this article unravels the dilemma of the ICC's intervention and the likely consequences of this action for the people of Kenya and Africa.
