广东省普通高等院校师资队伍建设模式探讨

广东高校师资建设主要采用实施人才引进计划、强化师资培养培训和执行校内激励措施,但也存在人才引进需求分析缺乏、选拔方式不合理、后继服务管理不到位、缺乏完整科学的师资培养体系、激励措施效率不高等问题。针对目前现状,在师资队伍建设上要结合高校实际突出特色,研究完善激励机制,建立起一整套行之有效的人才引进机制和人才培养体系。     

Driving force coordinated control of an 8 ×8 in-wheel motor drive vehicle with tire-road friction coefficient identification

Because of the complexities of tire-road interaction,the wheels of a multi-wheel distributed electric drive vehicle can easily slip under certain working conditions.As wheel slip affects the dynamic per-formance and stability of the vehicle,it is crucial to control it and coordinate the driving force.With this aim,this paper presents a driving force coordination control strategy with road identification for eight-wheeled electric vehicles equipped with an in-wheel motor for each wheel.In the proposed control strategy,the road identification module estimates tire-road forces using an unscented Kalman filter al-gorithm and recognizes the road adhesion coefficient by employing the recursive least-square method.According to road identification,the optimal slip ratio under the current driving condition is obtained,and a controller based on sliding mode control with a conditional integrator uses this value for accel-eration slip regulation.The anti-slip controller obtains the adjusting torque,which is integrated with the driver-command-based feedforward control torque to implement driving force coordination control.The results of hardware-in-loop simulation show that this control strategy can accurately estimate tire-road forces as well as the friction coefficient,and thus,can effectively fulfill the purpose of driving force coordinated control under different driving conditions.     

社区消防管理模式存在问题分析

社区消防管理模式的产生对于提高消防意识,推行社区自身消防保障,减轻消防部队和政府财政压力发挥了重要的作用,但自身发展中将面临消防安全有效供给不足的问题。运用纳什均衡模型和帕累托最优模型比较分析了社区消防安全效益,说明了消防安全有效供给不足的原因,并提出相关建议。     

CREAM追溯法在油库人因安全事故分析中的应用

深入探讨油库人因安全事故发生的根原因,对油库人因安全事故的分析评估和油库人因安全事故进行定量化预测及隐患排查具有重要意义。基于认知可靠性和失误分析追溯方法建立了适用于油库人因安全事故根原因分析和追溯的失误模式及后果一前因追溯表,并应用于油库人因安全事故实例分析中,证明了该方法应用于油库人因安全事故根原因分析的实用性和有效性。     

兵团城镇发展的模式及功能分析

兵团城镇化建设已具有一定规模 ,但同新经济、新世纪的要求相比还有很大差距。兵团城镇化建设只有切合自身实际 ,突出重点 ,明确目标 ,理顺机制 ,充分利用现有条件 ,才能发挥兵团城镇化建设的功能 ,提高城镇化建设水平 ,推动兵团经济现代化发展。     

自治式潜水器规避航行神经网络控制器设计

在规避机动状态下,为了实现对自治式潜水器良好的航行控制,通过分析潜水器的运动状态,建立了运动状态方程,确立了非线性单输入/单输出系统.同时,将复杂的非线性模型通过微分同胚的方法转化为降阶的线性模型,并在此基础上提出了一种基于神经网络的控制方法:将滑模控制思想、反馈线性化理论及神经网络在线建模方法相结合,提出了基于神经网络的鲁棒自适应控制算法,并将此方法用于自治式潜水器高度保持的仿真中,从仿真的结果来看,控制器具有满意的控制效果,证实了该方法的有效性,能为自治式潜水器航行控制提供一定的参考.     

某型飞机采用DCCIP方式投放炸弹的精度分析

分析了影响DCCIP攻击方式轰炸精度的各种误差源,针对某型飞机平显火控系统的不同组合方式,建立了相应的精度分析数学模型,采用定型试飞数据,仿真计算了各种组合方式下的水平DCCIP轰炸精度.仿真计算结果与定型靶试数据吻合,在某型飞机平显火控系统的靶试的定型中得到了实际应用.     

Numerical simulation of the blast wave of a multilayer composite charge

The numerical simulation of a blast wave of a multilayer composite charge is investigated. A calculation model of the near-field explosion and far-field propagation of the shock wave of a composite charge is established using the AUTODYN finite element program. Results of the near-field and far-field calculations of the shock wave respectively converge at cell sizes of 0.25–0.5 cm and 1–3 cm. The Euler––flux-corrected transport solver is found to be suitable for the far-field calculation after mapping. A numerical simulation is conducted to study the formation, propagation, and interaction of the shock wave of the composite charge for different initiation modes. It is found that the initiation mode obviously affects the shock-wave waveform and pressure distribution of the composite charge. Additionally, it is found that the area of the overpressure distribution is greatest for internal and external simultaneous initiation, and the peak pressure of the shock wave exponentially decays, fitting the calculation formula of the peak overpressure attenuation under different initiation modes, which is obtained and verified by experiment. The difference between numerical and experimental results is less than 10%, and the peak overpressure of both internal and external initiation is 56.12% higher than that of central single-point initiation.     

GPS弹道修正引信弹道环境信息的解算与数值仿真分析

根据质点弹道的特点, 描述了弹目间距、弹炮间距和相对弹道高 3个弹道环境信息的概念, 然后应用数学方法对弹目间距、弹炮间距和相对弹道高进行了理论计算推导, 建立了数学解算模型, 并用MATLAB程序进行了数值仿真计算, 通过分析其数值变化的规律和特点提出了其应用方向。     

Hilbert-Huang变换能量谱在轴承故障诊断中的应用

H ilbert-Huang变换是先把时间序列信号用经验模态分解方法分解成不同特征时间尺度的固有模态函数,然后经过H ilbert变换获得频谱的信号处理新方法。介绍了该方法的基本原理,并将H ilbert-Huang变换的能量谱应用于轴承故障诊断,轴承故障实验信号的研究结果表明:H ilbert-Huang变换的能量谱分析方法,能有效地诊断轴承的故障。
