网络图式通用装备保障文书生成的研究

网络图式军用文书是战时通用装备保障文书中通常采用的文书形式之一,给出装备保障文书辅助生成系统的总体结构,将网络分析方法引入通用装备保障文书辅助生成系统的研究,在此基础上阐述了网络图式文书生成子系统的功能、数学模型及网络计算、网络优化的部分算法。     

舷外有源诱饵反导方法研究

为提高电子战反导水平和导弹突防能力,根据反导电子战装备发展的趋势,介绍了舷外有源诱饵的原理和特点,分析了欺骗干扰、压制干扰和组合干扰3种舷外有源诱饵作战使用的典型模式,从实际试验和仿真2方面研究了舷外有源诱饵对抗反击导弹的效果.研究内容对反导电子战装备的研发和作战使用以及反舰导弹突防研究具有一定参考价值.     

Periodic review inventory management with contingent use of two freight modes with fixed costs

We study a stochastic inventory model of a firm that periodically orders a product from a make‐to‐order manufacturer. Orders can be shipped by a combination of two freight modes that differ in lead‐times and costs, although orders are not allowed to cross. Placing an order as well as each use of each freight mode has a fixed and a quantity proportional cost. The decision of how to allocate units between the two freight modes utilizes information about demand during the completion of manufacturing. We derive the optimal freight mode allocation policy, and show that the optimal policy for placing orders is not an (s,S) policy in general. We provide tight bounds for the optimal policy that can be calculated by solving single period problems. Our analysis enables insights into the structure of the optimal policy specifying the conditions under which it simplifies to an (s,S) policy. We characterize the best (s,S) policy for our model, and through extensive numerical investigation show that its performance is comparable with the optimal policy in most cases. Our numerical study also sheds light on the benefits of the dual freight model over the single freight models. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2011     

基于Multi-agent临床诊断支持系统的设计

根据临床诊断支持信息环境的特点,结合Agent技术,设计了一套基于Multi-agent的临床诊断支持系统(CDSS)。该系统具有异构性、分布性、并行性和可扩展性,能适应CDSS的要求,有效地提高CDSS的性能。     

Kurtosis correction method for X̄ and R control charts for long‐tailed symmetrical distributions

This paper proposes a kurtosis correction (KC) method for constructing the X? and R control charts for symmetrical long‐tailed (leptokurtic) distributions. The control charts are similar to the Shewhart control charts and are very easy to use. The control limits are derived based on the degree of kurtosis estimated from the actual (subgroup) data. It is assumed that the underlying quality characteristic is symmetrically distributed and no other distributional and/or parameter assumptions are made. The control chart constants are tabulated and the performance of these charts is compared with that of the Shewhart control charts. For the case of the logistic distribution, the exact control limits are derived and are compared with the KC method and the Shewhart method. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 动基站时差探测系统定位方法研究

针对传统长基线时差探测系统的缺点,提出了全新的动基站时差测量系统并给出了目标的定位原理。在典型布站、信息存在冗余的前提下,通过子集选优法确定了最佳定位算法,并根据工程应用的需要确定了更加合理简捷的定位算法,统计仿真表明了该算法的有效性。最后,计算了目标高度测量精度并归纳了其特点,给出了有益的结论。     

基于Monte Carlo法的地空导弹火力分配优化问题研究

在确定地空导弹对目标的可射击系数、火力重叠修正系数和转火矛盾修正系数的基础上,结合Monte Carlo法的基本原理,介绍了解决地空导弹火力分配优化问题的一般步骤。运用计算机模拟技术,通过算例,证明了该方法的可行性,为有效解决地空导弹火力分配优化问题提供了一种较为科学的方法。     

落球法测定液体粘滞系数实验的改进

针对测定液体粘滞系数实验中所存在的问题,对小球下落时间的测量方法提出了改进,以提高实验精度,减小实验误差。     

军校开展案例教学之我见

案例教学作为一种行之有效的教学方法,有助于锻炼和提高军队院校学员分析问题、解决问题的能力,军校应正确认识案例教学的重要意义,深入探讨如何选编案例以及实施案例教学的具体措施。     

解析美国大学TESL硕士培养的主要课程与设置理据——以曼卡托明尼苏达州立大学为例

把英语作为第二语言的教学是20世纪60年代在美国兴起并逐步走向独立的科目,它在综合相关专业的同时正在朝专业化方向发展。近年来其硕士层面的教育为全球培养了大量合格的中小学英语教师,取得了较好的成绩。本文以曼卡托明尼苏达州立大学英语系为例,并结合笔者在该系攻读TESL硕士学位时的经历,解析其主要课程及设置理据。
