灭火救援对消防人员心理的影响研究

系统地研究灭火救援过程对消防人员造成的各种心理问题,改善消防人员的心理健康水平,对提高消防部队的战斗力具有重要意义。在总结消防人员灭火救援中心理应激反应特点的基础上,设计制作了《消防人员心理行为调查问卷表》,运用SPSS软件对长春市消防人员在灭火救援中不同火灾经历、特殊环境、心理训练以及参军年限对消防人员心理应激反应的影响等方面进行了统计分析,归纳影响心理应激反应的主要因素,并有针对性地提出了心理应激干预措施。为正确分析消防人员的心理状况,提高消防人员调节心理压力的能力和技巧提供理论依据,为探索新形势下心理健康工作的新方法、新手段提供参考。     

论多样化军事任务条件下新型军事指挥人才培养心理环境建设

多样化军事任务的性质对军事指挥人才培养提出了新的要求。其中对人才培养环境的研究至关重要。针对人才培养心理环境的构建,建议：塑造宽松、开放的集体心理氛围,建设军事指挥人才成长的外部心理环境;培养自信、坚韧的个体心理素质,建设军事指挥人才成长的内部心理环境;密切和谐、友爱的战友关系,搭建新型军事指挥人才发展内外心理环境的桥梁。     

The stochastic joint replenishment problem: A new policy,analysis, and insights

In this study, we propose a new parsimonious policy for the stochastic joint replenishment problem in a single‐location, N‐item setting. The replenishment decisions are based on both group reorder point‐group order quantity and the time since the last decision epoch. We derive the expressions for the key operating characteristics of the inventory system for both unit and compound Poisson demands. In a comprehensive numerical study, we compare the performance of the proposed policy with that of existing ones over a standard test bed. Our numerical results indicate that the proposed policy dominates the existing ones in 100 of 139 instances with comparably significant savings for unit demands. With batch demands, the savings increase as the stochasticity of demand size gets larger. We also observe that it performs well in environments with low demand diversity across items. The inventory system herein also models a two‐echelon setting with a single item, multiple retailers, and cross docking at the upper echelon. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用代数正则化方法直接将连续的数学模型离散化,然后用Tikhonov正则化方法求解代数方程组,构造稳定的正则化算法,并进行数值仿真,结果是满意的。

本文对规划论中分配问题的目标要求稍作变动,产生了另一类分配问题,并提出了在特定的求解数表中,通过找闭回路即可求得最优分配方案的一种有效的求解方法。     

舰炮解命中迭代初值确定新方法

针对传统舰炮火控系统解命中迭代方法的不足,通过对舰炮解命中过程的分析,推导出了首次解命中和非首次解命中两种情况下精确预估弹丸飞行时间迭代初值的有效方法,进而建立了相应的舰炮火控系统解命中模型。分别对传统方法和新方法进行了比较仿真试验,试验证明,本方法较传统方法精度高,迭代次数少,计算周期短,可有效地提高舰炮武器系统的快速反应能力。所提出的方法对于提高舰炮武器作战效能具有理论和实际意义。

基层部队开展科学文化教育活动,是培养“四有"军人,加强部队现代化建设的一项战略任务。然而,各级领导对这项活动在思想认识、组织引导、工作力度等方面存在诸多问题,必须在充分认识的基础上,采取多种措施,大力加以解决,在兴趣培养、方法、内容、制度、环境等方面进行改进,切实搞好这项活动,推进部队全面建设。     

What you should know about the vehicle routing problem

In the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), the aim is to design a set of m minimum cost vehicle routes through n customer locations, so that each route starts and ends at a common location and some side constraints are satisfied. Common applications arise in newspaper and food delivery, and in milk collection. This article summarizes the main known results for the classical VRP in which only vehicle capacity constraints are present.
