武警学院考试模式改革的几点思考

考试是提高教学质量和学员综合素质的重要教学环节。按照素质教育要求,武警学院目前考试模式仍存在很多问题和不足。根据军校特点,考试改革应遵循全面性、科学性、灵活性等原则,构建科学合理的考试模式。军校应不断更新教育思想和观念,进一步突出学员的主体性,充分发挥考试对教学的反馈、评价和促进作用。

歌舞娱乐放映游艺场所多设置在已建建筑内,往往不具备设置自动喷水灭火系统的条件。为此,笔者提出在这类建筑中设置简易自动喷水灭火系统的设想,给出了简易自动喷水灭火系统的组成、工作原理及特点,探讨了设计简易自动喷水灭火系统应注意的问题。

依据公共服务理论,借鉴发达国家先进经验,探讨构建我国社区消防自治模式的可行性,具有理论和现实意义。     

The impact of component commonality on composite assembly policies

Assemble in Advance (AIA) policy reduces assembly cost due to advance planning, while Assemble to Order (ATO) policy eliminates assembly of excessive (more than demanded) units. The tradeoffs between the two policies have been studied in the past for single product environments. Moreover, it was shown that it is beneficial to employ AIA and ATO simultaneously. In this article, we study the employment of such a composite assembly policy in a multiproduct environment with component commonality. When common components are used, ATO may also enable us to benefit from the risk pooling effect. We provide important managerial insights such as: the multiperiod problem is myopic and changes in inventory levels due to the use of common components, and demonstrate the potential profit increase compared to other policies.© 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Sweden and the issue of NATO membership: exploring a public opinion paradox

The past decade has seen substantial shifts in Swedish security policy and major change in the domestic debate about NATO. For the first time, all of the right-of-centre “alliance parties” are calling for a full NATO membership, and popular support for NATO has increased. Yet public opinion contains ambiguities and paradoxes that complicate the picture. At the same time as support for NATO has increased, the public is overwhelmingly for continued military non-alignment. Drawing on previous research, longitudinal data from national surveys, and other sources on defence and security issues, this article aims to increase our understanding of the development and change in Swedish public opinion on NATO. A key argument is that Erving Goffman’s theatre metaphor, combined with neo-institutional decoupling theory, to a large degree can help understand the public opinion paradox.

基于模糊聚类分析在炮兵战场目标打击排序中的应用

炮兵战场上经侦察得到的目标情况往往比较复杂,利用模糊聚类分析法确定目标区域内各种目标的先后打击次序,建立模糊相似关系矩阵,最后在给定阈值的基础上计算出目标的优先打击次序,为战场指挥员提供比较合理的火力分配,从而最大限度地发挥炮兵火力效能。
