公共娱乐场所电气火灾成因分析和预防对策

公共娱乐场所在利用大量电气设备、设施为人们提供舒适环境的同时,也增大了电气火灾发生的危险性。分析了公共娱乐场所电气火灾的特点及成因,提出了预防公共娱乐场所电气火灾的消防安全管理对策。     

航天应用载荷的高精度时间同步与共用信息分发

应用载荷直接获取航天器平台的时间和公共测量信息,并不能完全满足载荷的高精度时间基准和共用信息使用需求。一些功能载荷具备向外输出高精度时间和状态测量信息的能力,但硬件接口资源有限。将功能载荷作为FC-AE-1553光纤网络的一个节点,在FC-AE-1553光纤网络中叠加IEEE 1588v2时间同步协议,功能载荷的高精度时钟源能同步给有需求的其他载荷。并在时间同步的前提下,将功能载荷的测量数据如定位数据、姿态数据和轨道数据等共用信息同步发送至网络上的其他载荷节点。通过时间同步与同步发送机制,解决了各载荷对高精度时间和共用信息的需求,弥补了专用信息硬件接口资源的不足。结果表明,与直接利用航天器平台的信息源相比较,当时钟源和共用信息来自功能载荷时,FC-AE-1553网络时间同步之后的时间基准精度和共用信息利用性能高出3个数量级,载荷获取的UTC时间精度达到百纳

Jurgen Brauer's comment presents what he calls a replication of an earlier study by Higgs and Kilduff (1993) and uses it to criticize the adequacy of the Higgs‐Kilduff model. In several respects, however, Brauer has not actually performed a replication: he uses different data, a different sample period, and arrives at different results. His criticisms rest on his own setup, not that of Higgs and Kilduff. Therefore they have no strict applicability to the latter. Moreover, Brauer's stepwise model has no bearing on the Higgs‐Kilduff model, as it violates that model's specification requirements.     

THE CASE FOR DEFENCE

What is the case for defence and is it a worthwhile investment? This question is addressed for two contrasting nations, namely, the UK and New Zealand. Economists have a set of standard analytical tools for addressing the question but they are difficult to operationalise. This paper provides policy‐relevant answers.     

A simple and untraditional analysis of western alliance burden‐sharing

The original Olson and Zeckhauser model of alliance burden‐sharing was based on the following four assumptions: (1) alliance defence is a pure public good; (2) allied nations make their security contribution decisions without consulting the other allies; (3) alliances produce only a single public good; and (4) alliance defence is produced with equal degrees of efficiency in all alliance nations. But while the first of these assumptions has received a great deal of attention in the alliance literature, the remaining ones have received comparatively less attention, particularly in terms of empirical analyses. This paper synthesizes a varied literature developed around these four assumptions, both substantively and theoretically, and shows that when these assumptions are brought closer to real world approximations, hypotheses regarding the potential for security cooperation with less free‐riding result. This article also provides a simple test of Western alliance burden‐sharing in the areas of military spending, development resources spending, and research and development spending that supports the hypothesis positing more equitable burden‐sharing.     

基于不完全信息演化博弈模型的网络舆情传播羊群行为

以网络舆情传播过程中大部分人对事实不了解为前提,在这部分群体内构建基于不完全信息环境的两人对称演化博弈模型。提出了两人对称博弈矩阵来决定个体策略的选择,建立了复制动态方程说明不同策略群体比例的演化方向,演化时引入个体的记忆长度,根据设定的交互规则更新各自的观点值及记忆列表。仿真分析模型表明,在此环境中很容易产生羊群行为,群体内的个体都选择盲从并且观点保持一致。此外,羊群行为的集聚产生受多种因素影响,主要与采取分析策略的交互利益、成本系数以及记忆长度有关。本文对科学分析引导网络舆情的传播有一定实际意义。     

文化安全视角下的新疆高校网络舆情管理探究

文化安全的关键在意识形态,意识形态领域中的关键问题是价值观掌控问题。作为文化传播的主要组成部分,网络舆情对文化安全的表层和深层结构都有重要影响。本文从文化安全视角下切入,结合新疆高校网络舆情调研,分析了文化安全面临的冲击与挑战,并提出了基于文化安全保障下的新疆高校网络舆情有效管理方式和路径。

歌舞娱乐放映游艺场所多设置在已建建筑内,往往不具备设置自动喷水灭火系统的条件。为此,笔者提出在这类建筑中设置简易自动喷水灭火系统的设想,给出了简易自动喷水灭火系统的组成、工作原理及特点,探讨了设计简易自动喷水灭火系统应注意的问题。
