军事仿真训练系统体系架构改进研究

现有军事仿真训练系统多基于传统C／S架构进行体系设计,在大规模战术训练仿真部署时,存在并发访问能力弱、可靠性差等问题。通过对仿真系统的体系架构进行研究,结合云计算技术提出增加访问控制服务器、仿真数据共享服务器以及仿真引擎虚拟化等改进方式,并通过对比分析,总结了三种方式对仿真训练系统的可扩展性、并发访问性以及数据可靠性等方面能力优化和提升的异同,并提出仿真训练系统传统体系向云计算体系逐步过渡的思路。

On optimal aiming to hit a linear target

Typically weapon systems have an inherent systematic error and a random error for each round, centered around its mean point of impact. The systematic error is common to all aimings. Assume such a system for which there is a preassigned amount of ammunition of n rounds to engage a given target simultaneously, and which is capable of administering their fire with individual aiming points (allowing “offsets”). The objective is to determine the best aiming points for the system so as to maximize the probability of hitting the target by at least one of the n rounds. In this paper we focus on the special case where the target is linear (one‐dimensional) and there are no random errors. We prove that as long as the aiming error is symmetrically distributed and possesses one mode at zero, the optimal aiming is independent of the particular error distribution, and we specify the optimal aiming points. Possible extensions are further discussed, as well as civilian applications in manufacturing, radio‐electronics, and detection. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 基于模糊综合评价法的装甲团城市 市区进攻战斗部署方案优化研究

战斗部署的内容是决心方案的主体部分,战斗部署确定的合理与否,将会直接影响到战斗方案的质量。因此,准确的评估战斗部署方案,对提高作战指挥决策的科学性,保障指挥员定下正确、合理的战斗决心具有重要意义。论文根据战斗部署的定义和战斗部署的要求,建立了城市市区进攻战斗部署的评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定其权重,最后使用模糊综合评价法对战斗部署方案进行评估。     

Small footprint,small payoff: The military effectiveness of security force assistance

After 15 years of war in Afghanistan and Iraq, many now see ‘small-footprint’ security force assistance (SFA) – training, advising and equipping allied militaries – as an alternative to large US ground-force commitments. Yet, its actual military efficacy has been little studied. This paper seeks to fill this gap. We find important limitations on SFA’s military utility, stemming from agency problems arising from systematic interest misalignment between the US and its typical partners. SFA’s achievable upper bound is modest and attainable only if US policy is intrusive and conditional, which it rarely is. For SFA, small footprints will usually mean small payoffs.     

面向军事定向越野训练的数据挖掘思路

军事地形学是军队院校本科必修课程。按图行进的军事定向越野,是军事地形学野外教学的重点和难点。本文借鉴了当前流行的"大数据"思想,针对当前军事定向越野教学训练的特点,研究提出了若干数据挖掘思路,能够从大量训练数据中提取可辅助教员组织教学、制定训练计划的有价值知识,而且具有较好的实用价值和军队院校推广价值。
