基于角色优化模型的装备采购项目组织流程设计

在装备采购项目组织流程设计中引入角色网络理论,构建装备采购项目组织流程设计的角色优化模型,从流程人员设计、工序设计和反馈设计等3个方面阐述角色优化模型用于流程设计的推导过程,并将该方法应用到某装备采购项目组织流程设计实践中。通过流程设计前后的对比分析,该模型能够有效进行装备采购项目组织流程设计,有着较强的推广和应用价值。     

炮兵作战指挥训练手段与训练质量相关性分析

为了探索炮兵作战指挥训练手段与训练质量之间的关系,在向有关专家咨询的基础上,运用模糊数学方法对现有炮兵作战指挥训练手段进行模糊综合评价及模糊聚类分析。从分析中可以得到不同训练手段对训练质量各因素影响程度不同;利用组合数学模型对炮兵作战指挥训练手段的优化组合,提供了数据支持,实现优劣互补;通过建立模糊相关矩阵,为炮兵作战指挥训练手段比例分配提供依据。     

Technical note: An improved range chart for normal and long‐tailed symmetrical distributions

The distribution of the range of a sample, even in the case of a normal distribution, is not symmetric. Shewhart's control chart for range and other approximations for range from skewed distributions and long‐tailed (leptokurtic) symmetrical distributions assume the distribution of range as symmetric and provide 3 sigma control limits. We provide accurate approximations for the R‐chart control limits for the leptokurtic symmetrical distributions, using a range quantile approximation (RQA) method and illustrate the use of the RQA method with a numerical example. As special cases, we provide constants for the R‐chart for the normal, logistic, and Laplace distributions. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2008     

Technical note: Reexamination of all‐or‐none inspection policies in a supply chain with endogenous product quality

This note studies the optimal inspection policies in a supply chain in which a manufacturer purchases components from a supplier but has no direct control of component quality. The manufacturer uses an inspection policy and a damage cost sharing contract to encourage the supplier to improve the component quality. We find that all‐or‐none inspection policies are optimal for the manufacturer if the supplier's share of the damage cost is larger than a threshold; otherwise, the manufacturer should inspect a fraction of a batch. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 大学语文是大学生走向大学的第一课,它应当是大学母语教育与人文素质教育的起点,也必须是一个与中学语文有联系又有质的不同的亮点。大学语文教学应该在教学内容、教材选用、教学方法、教学手段、考核机制上有新的思考和选择。     

利用曲线拟合方法分析暂态振荡信号

提出了一种利用曲线拟含定量分析暂态振荡信号的方法.该方法给出的暂态振荡信号模型能够反映振荡的幅度和频率随时间变化的规律.提出了利用曲线拟合方法确定该摸型的具体参数的步骤:首先利用三次样条插值求出信号的上包络曲线,对其采用指数衰减信号模型来进行拟合以描述信号振荡幅度的变化参数;然后得到信号频率变化部分的正弦形式,利用 Hilbert 变换提取出正弦部分的相位,并采用幂指数信号模型进行拟合以描述信号振荡频率的变化参数.与以往分析暂态振荡信号的方法相比,该方法可对信号进行定量分析.仿真和试验结果表明,采用曲线拟合方法确定模型参数,实现过程简单,均方根误差小;对实际信号的分析则表明所提出的模型能够真实地反映出实际暂态振荡信号的变化规律.     

通用装备机械液压系统综合检测试验平台运用问题研究

论述了通用装备机械液压系统综合检测试验平台的功能、组成结构、特点及对平台的初步认识,从使用时机、平台的编配、平台的质量管理、平台保障数据库建设、平台的应用等方面,对平台的运用问题进行了研究,并从平时保障的角度对平台提出改进建议。     

一种基于灰关联分析的QoS服务选择方法

随着网络中可供选择QoS服务日益增多,在用户请求服务时,为了确保用户获得满足其功能与QoS要求的服务,提出了一种基于灰关联分析的QoS服务选择方法,根据用户对网络服务的QoS需求估计各项QoS指标的主观权重,以用户的偏好感知作为服务选择的约束条件;基于候选服务集合构建候选服务决策矩阵,采用灰关联分析方法从中获得用户QoS满意度最高的服务。仿真和分析表明,该服务选择策略能为服务质量敏感的用户提供有效的满足QoS需求的服务方案。     

Capacity expansion and cost efficiency improvement in the warehouse problem

The warehouse problem with deterministic production cost, selling prices, and demand was introduced in the 1950s and there is a renewed interest recently due to its applications in energy storage and arbitrage. In this paper, we consider two extensions of the warehouse problem and develop efficient computational algorithms for finding their optimal solutions. First, we consider a model where the firm can invest in capacity expansion projects for the warehouse while simultaneously making production and sales decisions in each period. We show that this problem can be solved with a computational complexity that is linear in the product of the length of the planning horizon and the number of capacity expansion projects. We then consider a problem in which the firm can invest to improve production cost efficiency while simultaneously making production and sales decisions in each period. The resulting optimization problem is non‐convex with integer decision variables. We show that, under some mild conditions on the cost data, the problem can be solved in linear computational time. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 63: 367–373, 2016     

无线传感器网络信息质量评估的柔性框架

为建立完整统一的无线传感器网络信息质量评估体系,提出可灵活剪裁的柔性框架来动态地评估无线传感器网络应用中信息的准确性和时效性。该框架基于信息融合理论和时间刻度标记技术,在sink节点聚合网络中所有传感器节点的信息。将信息融合结果近似为真值,利用观测信息与融合结果的数值或语义差异分别评估测量数据和决策信息的准确性。根据信息获取的截止期限和延迟敏感性,分三类描述和建模信息时效性,并通过轻量级的信息获取时间测量法量化。采用滑动窗口机制和增量计算方法,动态地更新评估结果。通过仿真三个目标监测应用场景的信息时效性评估和两个环境监测应用场景的信息准确性评估验证了框架的有效性。仿真结果与信息质量参考基准吻合,表明该框架能够灵活地评估不同无线传感器网络应用中信息的准确性和时效性。
