一种改进的遥感图像分形维数提取算法

基于离散分形布朗随机场的图像分数维提取方法,在综合分析和实验验证的基础上,提出了一种改进的图像分形维数计算方法。仿真实验证明,该算法相较于原算法计算结果稳定,不同地物的区分能力强,能够应用于遥感图像的地物分类。     

影响汉语国际化的内在因素

汉语作为一种古老的语言,越来越受到各国人民的普遍关注,外国人学习汉语的热情空前高涨。随着我国综合国力的不断增强,国际地位的不断提高,与世界各国在政治、经济、科技文化等方面的广泛交流与合作,迫切要求汉语冲出国门,走向世界。但汉语作为表意文字,难写、难认、难记、难学。给现代信息文化的传播与交流,尤其是计算机输入与应用带来难以想像的困难。另一方面,大陆使用的简化字与港、澳、台使用的繁体字在国际上的并用,也给汉字的使用造成混乱,因此,汉语要走向世界,必须规范、统一、简化。

基于仿真互操作标准组织(Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization,SISO)C4ISR/M&S互操作技术参考模型和高层体系结构(High Level Architecture,HLA),C4ISR/M&S互操作HLA仿真设施为架构仿真系统运行体系提出了面向方面框架(Aspect Oriented Framework,AOF)和应用服务平台的技术.AOF能控制C4ISR/M&S互操作所引起的仿真系统结构复杂化,应用服务平台则能丰富仿真系统的运行环境,仿真设施可作为仿真系统通用运行体系的基础组件,支持复杂互操作系统开发.     

Sojourn time analysis of a queueing system with two‐phase service and server vacations

We consider a two‐phase service queueing system with batch Poisson arrivals and server vacations denoted by M^X/G₁‐G₂/1. The first phase service is an exhaustive or a gated bulk service, and the second phase is given individually to the members of a batch. By a reduction to an M^X/G/1 vacation system and applying the level‐crossing method to a workload process with two types of vacations, we obtain the Laplace–Stieltjes transform of the sojourn time distribution in the M^X/G₁‐G₂/1 with single or multiple vacations. The decomposition expression is derived for the Laplace–Stieltjes transform of the sojourn time distribution, and the first two moments of the sojourn time are provided. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Random disambiguation paths for traversing a mapped hazard field

We consider the problem of safely and swiftly navigating through a spatial arrangement of potential hazard detections in which each detection has associated with it a probability that the detection is indeed a true hazard. When in close proximity to a detection, we assume the ability—for a cost—to determine whether or not the hazard is real. Our approach to this problem involves a new object, the random disambiguation path (RDP), which is a curve‐valued random variable parametrized by a binary tree with particular properties. We prove an admissibility result showing that there is positive probability that the use of an RDP reduces the expected traversal length compared to the conventional shortest zero‐risk path, and we introduce a practically computable additive‐constant approximation to the optimal RDP. 区间正交小波变换域FLP算法及其在捷联寻北中的应用

针对机抖激光陀螺角随机游走和发动机干扰等影响静态捷联寻北精度的问题,提出了一种新的基于区间正交小波变换的前向线性预测算法。该算法利用前向线性预测技术以及区间正交小波变换抑制边界效应的能力,有效地减小了角随机游走和发动机干扰。车载实验证明该算法的有效性。     

流媒体的RTP传输与QoS管理策略研究

应用RTP协议进行传输和实现QoS管理是当前数据传输方面的热点问题,通过分析RTP协议的结构和原理,提出了一种RTP的传输模型,实现了数据流的RTP传输,同时就RTCP协议(RTP协议的传输控制部分)对QoS的管理策略进行了理论探讨.

将来的计算机网络必须支持具有不同通信量和不同服务质量（ＱｏＳ）要求的应用，有界延迟服务保证所有应用包的延迟都不超过给定延迟上界。本文首先提出有界延迟实时服务网络的框架，详细说明了其关键部件的功能和工作原理，并阐述了分析它们性能的技术，最后讨论了设计有界延迟服务网络在性能与实现复杂性之间的折衷。
