高校民族民间美术课程资源与新疆地域文化传承研究

在理解民族文化艺术内涵的基础上,把握和创造性地利用新疆民族民间美术资源,研究、开发出具有地域文化特色课程,对于新疆高校保持特色办学,开拓创新,践行新疆精神,将新疆各民族优秀的民族民间美术进一步发扬光大,具有重要的现实意义和历史意义。     

静止条件下多种轨道-电枢形状的轨道炮电流分布仿真

针对等轨道截面、等炮口截面、等长度、等材料和等电流8种典型的轨道-电枢结构,在电枢速度为0 m／s的情况下,采用Ansoftl 2有限元分析软件,仿真分析电流分布特征,得到：矩形截面轨道一长方体结构电枢的轨道炮有最不均匀的电流分布特征,电流主要分布在轨道外表面和电枢后部凹表面,并且分别对应于趋肤效应和电流短路径聚集现象,跑道形截面的轨道一回转体结构电枢的轨道炮有最均匀的电流密度分布．     

恒压变频控制设备在消防水灭火系统中的应用

分析了传统消防水灭火系统存在易锈死难改造等问题,介绍了恒压变频供水系统的基本工作原理和设计思路,论证了恒压变频供水系统在消防水灭火系统中应用的可行性,研究了将恒压变频控制设备应用到消防水灭火系统中应注意的几个问题,为改进消防水灭火系统提供了又一方法。     

航站楼消防设计若干问题探讨

消防设计的合理性对于航站楼安全运行具有重要意义。目前,国内尚未出台航站楼设计防火规范,因此,航站楼消防设计还处于探索和积累经验的阶段。介绍了航站楼消防设计四个阶段、重要设计难点,结合工程实际问题,对消防设计思路系统化进行了梳理,力图为设计者提供少许帮助。     

The Obama administration's phased-adaptive architecture: technological,operational and political issues

In 2009, the Obama administration announced a new missile defense strategy, termed a phased-adaptive architecture (PAA) focused primarily on countering the growing threat from theater ballistic missiles. The success of this strategy is predicated on the rapid development and fielding of successive increments of defensive capability in a manner adapted to the specific requirements for missile defenses in different regions of the world. The administration is committed to building a European regional missile defense system, the European PAA or EPAA between now and 2020. The first elements of the EPAA were deployed in late 2011. However, much progress is still required in order to reach the goals set for the PAA. This article addresses the technological, operational and political issues confronting the Obama administration in its efforts to make the PAA a reality.     

Screening and selection procedures with control variates and correlation induction techniques

We consider the problem of identifying the simulated system with the best expected performance measure when the number of alternatives is finite and small (often < 500). Recently, more research efforts in the simulation community have been directed to develop ranking and selection (R&S) procedures capable of exploiting variance reduction techniques (especially the control variates). In this article, we propose new R&S procedures that can jointly use control variates and correlation induction techniques (including antithetic variates and Latin hypercube sampling). Empirical results and a realistic illustration show that the proposed procedures outperform the conventional procedures using sample means or control variates alone. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 侵入和不变流型的坦克炮控伺服系统研究

针对坦克炮控系统未知齿隙及摩擦,设计了基于性能的新型控制器.提出了基于侵入和不变流型(I&I)的未知参数估计率的构造方法,使调节函数的选取及I&I估计率的设计变得直接简便.由于未知齿隙及摩擦被充分的描述成有界扰动与非线性动态项的组合,从而避免了将其简单的考虑成“总扰动”所造成的被控系统性能的损失.该控制器可有效抑制负载扰动及参数变化所带来的影响.同时通过快速准确的估计系统参数实现了对指令信号快速精确的跟踪.     

信息化条件下鱼雷相关战术技术能力研究

针对信息化海战的特点和对鱼雷的要求,提出了在信息化海战条件下鱼雷应该具备的一些战术和技术能力,如在网络体系中及时可靠获取信息的能力、更强的对抗能力、先进的导航定位能力、远程的水声通信能力等,并对鱼雷航程和航速之间的关系重新进行了分析,以期为新型鱼雷的研制和开发提供一定的参考。     

单小批量武器装备保障的质量屋模型研究

摘要：针对单小批量武器装备保障的特殊需求,对传统的质量屋模型进行了改进,建立了基于装备保障需求与保障规则的质量屋模型,利用整数规划技术进行求解,使得单小批量武器的装备保障规则按照实际保障需求重新排列优先次序,并通过对某型火炮保障方案的筛选验证了模型的正确性．新的质量屋模型发展完善了质量屋的理论与方法,有助于提高单小批量武器的装备保障能力．     

基于PXI总线的虚拟校准设备研究

基于PXI总线技术,对某型导弹内场测试仪的校准设备进行了集成化、小型化研究,依靠计算机强大的计算储存显示等功能,实现了设备操作界面的虚拟化及智能化．最后,对在LabVIEW平台上开发的测量校准软件进行了实验验证,达到了界面友好、操作简单、测量精度高、工作效率高等要求．
