建筑外保温系统消防安全问题及对策研究

近年来,我国与建筑外保温系统有关的火灾事故频发,引起了社会对建筑外保温系统及外保温材料防火问题的高度关注。在对常见建筑外保温材料的性能特点及外保温系统的做法进行归纳总结的基础上,分析了相关火灾危险性;针对存在的消防安全问题,从完善法规体系、促进新技术应用、加强政府监管、整治现有火灾隐患以及应急救援准备等方面提出了加强建筑外保温系统消防工作的对策。     

论法律体系下的建设工程消防监督管理

针对当前建设工程消防监督管理工作中普遍存在的模糊认识,从建设工程消防监督管理的依据入手,详细说明了消防设计审核、消防验收和备案、抽查的程序及要求,并明确了建设工程施工过程中各相关部门的责任,对提高建设工程消防监督管理工作的质量和效率具有一定的参考作用。     

灭火救援演习方案评估问题研究

灭火救援演习是最贴近实战的训练方式,对消防部队的基础和技能训练具有较强的指导与检验作用。就演习方案及灭火救援演习评估中存在的问题进行研究,将对日后演习成功起到一定的积极影响。

反导作战指控系统对TBM毁伤效果评估

初步研究了反导作战指控系统对于TBM毁伤效果评估的过程和依据。以动能杀伤器（KKV）为研究对象,首先分析了KKV脱靶量和杀伤模型,在此基础上,对反导指控系统对TBM的毁伤准则和毁伤效果评估进行了研究并给出了一般TBM毁伤判断流程,最后举例以KKV导引头作用距离和噪声对脱靶量的影响分析研究了达到直接碰撞杀伤的条件。     

A combination of Lagrangian relaxation and column generation for order batching in steelmaking and continuous‐casting production

This article considers the order batching problem in steelmaking and continuous‐casting production. The problem is to jointly specify the slabs needed to satisfy each customer order and group all the slabs of different customer orders into production batches. A novel mixed integer programming model is formulated for the problem. Through relaxing the order assignment constraints, a Lagrangian relaxation model is then obtained. By exploiting the relationship between Lagrangian relaxation and column generation, we develop a combined algorithm that contains nested double loops. At the inner loop, the subgradient method is applied for approximating the Lagrangian dual problem and pricing out columns of the master problem corresponding to the linear dual form of the Lagrangian dual problem. At the outer loop, column generation is employed to solve the master problem exactly and adjust Lagrangian multipliers. Computational experiments are carried out using real data collected from a large steel company, as well as on large‐scaled problem instances randomly generated. The results demonstrate that the combined algorithm can obtain tighter lower bound and higher quality solution within an acceptable computation time as compared to the conventional Lagrangian relaxation algorithm. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Modeling and analysis of flexible queueing systems

We consider queueing systems with multiple classes of customers and heterogeneous servers where customers have the flexibility of being processed by more than one server and servers possess the capability of processing more than one customer class. We provide a unified framework for the modeling and analysis of these systems under arbitrary customer and server flexibility and for a rich set of control policies that includes customer/server‐specific priority schemes for server and customer selection. We use our models to generate several insights into the effect of system configuration and control policies. In particular, we examine the relationship between flexibility, control policies and throughput under varying assumptions for system parameters. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 艺术专业的特殊要求决定了对艺术类学生教育管理的特殊性和复杂性。尤其在新的历史时期,艺术类学生又呈现出新的特点。高校培养的艺术类人才不仅要具备较高的专业知识,更要具有良好的社会道德素质,从而真正实现艺术服务于社会,这就为思想政治工作提出了更高的要求。     

海上机动目标的运动预测模型及精度分析

分析了海上机动目标的运动特性,针对海上机动目标在某些时间段运动具有一定的规律性,用插值外推法建立了预测其运动的数学模型。并对此模型的精度进行了分析,最后给出了实例。仿真结果表明,本模型能适用于海上机动目标不同的机动方式,算法快捷,具有较强的军事应用价值,模型的计算精度完全满足某新型号导弹的作战要求。
