一种发送速率精确可控的分布式网络流量生成方法

介绍了一种灵活高效的分布式网络流量生成方法;通过加入权重因子,利用反馈机制不断对产生的网络流量进行调整直至流量大小误差符合用户设定需求;结合ON／OFF模型,采用分布式结构产生了流量速率可调节的具有自相似特性的网络流量。通过该方法产生的网络流量大小精确可控,且具有自相似性,能更好地反映出真实网络流量的特性。     

The strategic effects of a merger upon supplier interactions

We consider how a merger between two naturally differentiated dealers affects their interactions with a common supplier and identify conditions under which the merger can increase or decrease the combined net worth of the two firms. Among other things, we find that the attractiveness of merging depends upon the extent to which end demand can be stimulated by either an upstream supplier or the dealers. Specifically, the greater the supplier's ability to invest in stimulating end demand, the more likely it is that the naturally differentiated firms will be better off operating independently than merging. On the other hand, if the greatest opportunities for stimulating demand are through the service that is provided by the dealers, then merging their operations will be more attractive. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 地震灾害生命救援的对策与行动要求

四川汶川特大地震,震撼了国人,震惊了世界。全国人民万众一心,众志成城,不畏艰险,百折不挠,以人为本,尊重科学的伟大抗震救灾精神,鼓舞着1．38万名消防救援官兵在震区创造了一个又一个生命救援的奇迹。结合汶川大地震消防救援的实践,谈谈震后生命救援的对策与行动要求,旨在探求地震灾害救援方法,提高生命救援能力。     

某大型超市电气消防安全设计

对大型超市进行合理的电气消防安全设计将直接关系人员的生命安全和国家的财产安全。以实际工程为研究对象,依据《民用建筑电气设计规范》、《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》等相关规范,结合工程实际,重点针对消防供配电系统、火灾探测器和手动报警按钮的布置以及消防设备的联动控制进行了设计。     

Estimating component characteristics from system failure‐time data

Suppose that failure times are available from a random sample of N systems of a given, fixed design with components which have i.i.d. lifetimes distributed according to a common distribution F. The inverse problem of estimating F from data on observed system lifetimes is considered. Using the known relationship between the system and component lifetime distributions via signature and domination theory, the nonparametric maximum likelihood estimator _N(t) of the component survival function (t) is identified and shown to be accessible numerically in any application of interest. The asymptotic distribution of _N(t) is also identified, facilitating the construction of approximate confidence intervals for (t) for N sufficiently large. Simulation results for samples of size N = 50 and N = 100 for a collection of five parametric lifetime models demonstrate the utility of the recommended estimator. 基于NSGA-II和多属性决策的防空火力分配

为了解决防空火力分配问题,首先运用NSGA-II算法求出Pareto最优解集,然后运用多属性决策方法对Pareto最优解集中的解进行综合评估,并从中找出一个最优解。用区间数定性描述各属性,建立了防空火力分配的三目标优化模型。描述了NSGA-II算法和多属性决策方法的运算步骤。在仿真算例中,得到了一个最佳防空火力分配方案,说明该方法对于防空火力分配问题有良好的应用价值。

魏晋时期是中国文学史上极为特殊的时期。这一时期是文人生命情绪勃发与生命意识高扬的时期 ,此时期的文学可称为生命文学。魏晋士人以一种忧生叹死的自我意识去关注社会 ,体悟自然 ,表现自我 ,抒发他们心中的愤懑与惆怅 ,失意与忧伤 ,既有对人格理想、功业抱负的追求 ,又有对时光流逝、生命短暂的慨叹 ,从而形成了慷慨悲凉、哀婉忧伤的文学风格。这一时期的诗歌称得上是中国文学史上最具丰富生命内涵的诗歌     

Signature based analysis of m‐Consecutive‐k‐out‐of‐n: F systems with exchangeable components

In this article, we study reliability properties of m‐consecutive‐k‐out‐of‐n: F systems with exchangeable components. We deduce exact formulae and recurrence relations for the signature of the system. Closed form expressions for the survival function and the lifetime distribution as a mixture of the distribution of order statistics are established as well. These representations facilitate the computation of several reliability characteristics of the system for a given exchangeable joint distribution or survival function. Finally, we provide signature‐based stochastic ordering results for the system's lifetime and investigate the IFR preservation property under the formulation of m‐consecutive‐k‐out‐of‐n: F systems. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于小波包变换和伪魏格纳分布的轴承故障诊断

将小波包变换理论和伪魏格纳分布应用于齿轮箱故障诊断中,结合实例对轴承的振动信号进行分析,结果表明:小波包变换能有效地提取各频段的高频成分,通过对提取的信号做伪魏格纳分布,结果能形象、直观地反映出轴承故障的时-频信息,而且对故障信息具有较强的判别能力。     

反舰导弹自主式火力分配

针对反舰导弹火力分配问题,提出了应首先实现从"瞄准式火力分配"向"自主火力分配"的观念转变,研究了反舰导弹自主火力分配的概念和国外发展动态,探讨了火分代码法、目标尺寸法、目标成像法和火分规则法四种自主火力分配方式的思路及对海战场的影响。研究表明,反舰导弹采用自主火力分配方式,能有效提升其自主作战能力。
