单平台多传感器数据融合系统的设计与实现

从工程应用观点出发研究单平台多传感器数据融合系统 (Data Fusion System ,DFS)设计和实现。首先通过分析此类型 DFS的功能需求 ,提出一种具有一定可伸缩性的系统结构 ;然后运用面向对象的方法 ,进行系统设计 ,以确保系统本身的可扩充性及系统中所采用的算法和模块的可移植性 ;同时也给出了一种确保系统实时性的多线程实现方案。     

考虑动叶出口最佳流型的径—轴流式涡轮多目标优化方法

本文以平均截面处参数α_1,β_2,μ, _1和m=(u_2/w_2)cosβ_2及动叶出口处扭曲规律为变量,以设计工况内效率和总重量为目标,提出了一个带有多种约束条件的径—轴流式涡轮参数多目标优化方法。所求问题为二目标有约束(二十九个)多变量(六个)非线性规划问题。介绍了用于最优设计的数学模型,给出了各种流型下径一轴流涡轮的单目标和多目标优化分析的一些结果。计算表明,所提出的方法是有效且实用的。     

大型室内市场建筑消防设计

分析了目前大型室内市场建筑现状,总结出其防火设计的难点,提出了防火设计的基本原则,并从总平面布局、防火分区、防排烟、消防设施以及内部装修等方面提出了具体的对策。     

频率选择表面研究与设计

对频率选择表面进行了研究,通过研究不同结构的频率选择表面,在现有介质材料的基础上设计了一种具有带通特性的频率选择表面,并用Ansoft HFSS进行了仿真设计.在20％带宽内实现了垂直照射传输损耗小于-2 dB,并研究了电磁波在不同入射角度下的传输特性.

A supply chain design model with unreliable supply

Uncertainties abound within a supply chain and have big impacts on its performance. We propose an integrated model for a three‐tiered supply chain network with one supplier, one or more facilities and retailers. This model takes into consideration the unreliable aspects of a supply chain. The properties of the optimal solution to the model are analyzed to reveal the impacts of supply uncertainty on supply chain design decisions. Multinational rapid response mechanisms: Past promises and future prospects

Military rapid response mechanisms are generally understood as troops that are on standby, ready to be deployed to a crisis within a short time frame. Yet, the overall track record of the existing multinational rapid response mechanisms within the European Union, the African Union, and North Atlantic Treaty Organization remains disappointing, and the United Nations does not even have a rapidly deployable capacity anymore. Meanwhile, despite that calls for the further development of these mechanisms are still being voiced politically, scholarly literature remains fragmented. This is problematic as many of the obstacles faced by these organizations are similar. This forum uniquely compares experiences from the four aforementioned organizations. Drawing on these insights, this introductory article identifies some key factors that hamper or enable the development and deployment of multinational rapid response mechanisms.
