文化安全视角下的新疆高校网络舆情管理探究

文化安全的关键在意识形态,意识形态领域中的关键问题是价值观掌控问题。作为文化传播的主要组成部分,网络舆情对文化安全的表层和深层结构都有重要影响。本文从文化安全视角下切入,结合新疆高校网络舆情调研,分析了文化安全面临的冲击与挑战,并提出了基于文化安全保障下的新疆高校网络舆情有效管理方式和路径。     

BTT控制系统半实物仿真方案 设计及试验结果分析

BTT控制系统半实物仿真试验以BTT试验器为背景,配合BTT控制技术研究可全面验证导弹控制系统设计。给出了半实物仿真试验方案、方法及试验结果分析,试验结果表明BTT控制系统设计满足最小侧滑(近似零侧滑角)倾斜转弯的技术指标要求,半实物仿真试验方法正确。     

多媒体教学在高校文学课中的应用

多媒体教学以其题材丰富形象、形式新颖、课堂信息量大、节约课堂时间等优势,确立了在现代教学手段中的主要地位。但现阶段的多媒体教学还存在一些需要改进之处。本文分析了高校文学课多媒体教学的利弊,探讨了多媒体教学应用中出现的问题,并提出了相应的改进对策。     

Effects of lethality in naval combat models

In the context of both discrete time salvo models and continuous time Lanchester models we examine the effect on naval combat of lethality: that is, the relative balance between the offensive and defensive attributes of the units involved. We define three distinct levels of lethality and describe the distinguishing features of combat for each level. We discuss the implications of these characteristics for naval decision‐makers; in particular, we show that the usefulness of the intuitive concept “more is better” varies greatly depending on the lethality level. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 作为历史观念的《尚书》“先王”观念

"先王"观念与"法先王"思想基本为同一范畴。"先王"观念与古代中国宗法社会紧密相连,还与中国古人对"政治制度和社会文化的延续性"的深刻认识有关。《尚书》中尚未出现"法先王"一词,但是"先王"观念非常浓厚,是中国"法先王"思想的文献源头。"先王"观念也是历史观念的重要体现,它与"殷鉴"思想、"忧患"意识一起构成了《尚书》历史功用思想的整体,并对后世产生了很大影响。     

红河州边境地区治安问题探析

云南省红河州中越边境地区治安问题十分突出,直接影响着边境经济社会稳定。解决这一问题需要创新理念,建立高效规范的边境管理体系;加强警务合作,开展专项整治,保持高压态势打击边境地区各类违法犯罪活动;加强信息交流,发挥情报侦查在管控边境上的主导作用;加强边境联合执法,建立健全科学管控联动机制;加大经费投入,坚持科技强警思想,全面加强边防派出所执法队伍建设。     

A Good Ally - Norway and International Statebuilding in Afghanistan, 2001-2014

The article examines the findings of the Commission of Inquiry established by the Norwegian government in 2014 to evaluate all aspects of Norway’s civilian and military contribution to the international operation in Afghanistan from 2001 to 2014. Concerned with the wider implications of the Commission’s findings, it focuses on two issues in particular: (1) Norway’s relations with the US, a close and long-standing strategic ally whose resources, capabilities and dominance of decision-making dwarfed that of all other coalition partners in Afghanistan; and (2) Norway’s record in the province of Faryab, where, from 2005 to 2012, a Norwegian-led Provincial Reconstruction Team was charged with bringing security, good governance and development to the province. How Norway prioritised and managed relations with the US highlights and helps to problematise the challenges – political, practical and moral – facing small and medium-sized powers operating in a coalition alongside the US. Norwegian efforts in Faryab are revealing of the dilemmas and contradictions that plagued and, ultimately, fatally undermined the international intervention as a whole. As such, Norway’s experience provides a microcosm through which the inherent limitations of the attempt to transfer the structures of modern statehood and Western democracy to Afghanistan can be better understood.

The virtual dimension of contemporary insurgency and counterinsurgency

This paper looks at the virtual dimension of contemporary insurgency and counterinsurgency. It argues that the West is faltering in the ‘War of Ideas’ with global Jihad for the main reason that the messages that we wish to convey lack narrative coherence. This is a result of the fact that we misapprehend the nature of the virtual operational environment whereas our opponents possess an intuitive grasp of it as a result of which their structure and method of operations are better adapted and more effective than our own. There is no reason, beyond inertia, that this should remain the case.
