基于SD的科研项目管理动态仿真初探

为解决管理中的动态、非线性等复杂性问题,将系统动力学方法引进到科研项目管理中,依据系统动力学原理,对科研项目管理系统进行因果关系分析并建立了流图模型.实例仿真结果表明:系统动力学方法为科研项目管理的正确决策提供了科学依据.     

Scheduling and due‐date quotation in a make‐to‐order supply chain

We consider a manufacturer, served by a single supplier, who has to quote due dates to arriving customers in a make‐to‐order production environment. The manufacturer is penalized for long lead times and for missing due dates. To meet due dates, the manufacturer has to obtain components from a supplier. We model this manufacturer and supplier as a two‐machine flow shop, consider several variations of this problem, and design effective due‐date quotation and scheduling algorithms for centralized and decentralized versions of the model. We perform extensive computational testing to assess the effectiveness of our algorithms and to compare the centralized and decentralized models to quantify the value of centralized control in a make‐to‐order supply chain. Since complete information exchange and centralized control is not always practical or cost‐effective, we explore the value of partial information exchange for this system. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Risk communication within military decision-making: pedagogic considerations

Risk management is a decision-support process and a vital tool for military planning and decision-making. Today, several nations utilize risk-based approaches to analyze the level of security in military operations. There are both strengths and challenges in applying risk-based approaches to support military decisions. In this article, the challenges related to risk communication are investigated with the aim of describing how a military organization should train to create a good environment for effective risk communication. The analysis finds that it is important for the organization to define and consistently use a shared risk understanding. Such a shared risk understanding will need a systematic development process that focuses on the future decision makers’ and analysts’ education and training. To reach understanding, all involved parties must have the chance to identify the problem, reflect on its implications, test different solutions and develop a solution.     

将关联规则挖掘算法应用于警校学员队信息管理

从介绍关联规则的基本概念、基本思想入手,根据警校学员队信息管理现状和存在的不足,提出将关联规则应用于学员队信息管理建设的设想。     

无线传感器网络安全研究综述

无线传感器网络有着良好的应用前景,其安全问题同样受到了人们的高度重视。论文首先对无线传感器网络进行了简要的介绍,而后总结了这种网络的安全相关特点以及其存在的安全威胁,随后分别综述了无线传感器网络的三个安全研究热点方向:安全路由、安全认证协议和密钥管理。     

基于遗传算法的无线传感器网络路由研究

无线传感器网络路由算法面临着节省能量、延长网络寿命、提高可靠性等方面的挑战。提出了一种基于遗传的无线传感器网络路由算法。对算法中的算子编码、适应度函数设计、编码方式及参数选取进行了细致研究。仿真结果表明,本算法减少了能耗、延长了网络生存时间并提高了网络的可靠性。     

Coordinated pricing and inventory control problems with capacity constraints and fixed ordering cost

This article addresses a single‐item, finite‐horizon, periodic‐review coordinated decision model on pricing and inventory control with capacity constraints and fixed ordering cost. Demands in different periods are random and independent of each other, and their distributions depend on the price in the current period. Each period's stochastic demand function is the additive demand model. Pricing and ordering decisions are made at the beginning of each period, and all shortages are backlogged. The objective is to find an optimal policy that maximizes the total expected discounted profit. We show that the profit‐to‐go function is strongly CK‐concave, and the optimal policy has an (s,S,P) ‐like structure. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2012

公众聚集场所消防监督管理存在问题及对策

近年来 ,我国公众聚集场所群死群伤恶性火灾时有发生 ,原因固然是多方面的 ,但是 ,公众聚集场所在监督和管理两个层面上存在的突出问题和薄弱环节 ,不能不引起我们的高度重视。结合多年来开展消防监督工作的实践 ,从消防法律法规、消防安全管理体制、技术标准等方面分析了公众聚集场所消防安全监督管理存在的问题 ,并提出了相应对策措施。
