弹药长期贮存后发射药剩余能量的计算

对弹药在长期贮存过程中其发射药剩余能量的变化情况进行了研究。首先建立了箱装弹药中发射药放热规律的数学模型 ,然后利用数值模拟的方法计算了其在贮存过程中的剩余能量 ,最后对计算结果进行了分析与讨论     

一种微光夜视仪器杂散光测量方法

通过对白光仪器和夜视仪器杂散光测量的不同之处进行比较 ,针对夜视仪器的结构特点 ,探讨了夜视仪器杂散光的产生原因 ,提出了简便易行的微光夜视仪器杂散光的测量方法。该测量方法简便实用、测量结果可数字化显示 ,具有较高的测量精度

以“可视化”理论与应用为技术指导 ,在分析研究通用装备保障“可视化”重要性的基础上 ,详细分析了装备保障可视化系统的内涵、层次划分和建设的基本思想 ,提出了实现装备保障“可视化”的原理框图和几种实现方式 ,从而构建了装备保障系统可视化研究的一种体系结构。

The selection allocation problem

The Selection Allocation Problem (SAP) is a single period decision problem which involves selecting profit‐maximizing (or cost‐minimizing) activities from various distinct groups, and determining the volume of those activities. The activities in each group are selected subject to the availability of that group's resource, which is provided by either pooling or blending raw inputs from several potential sources. Imbedded in the decision process is the additional task of determining how much raw input is to be allocated to each group to form the resource for that group. Instances of this problem can be found in many different areas, such as in tool selection for flexible manufacturing systems, facility location, and funding for social services. Our goal in this paper is to identify and exploit special structures in the (SAP) and use those structures to develop an efficient solution procedure. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. An optimal structured policy for maintenance of partially observable aircraft engine components

This paper considers the maintenance of aircraft engine components that are subject to stress. We model the deterioration process by means of the cumulative jump process representation of crack growth. However, because in many cases cracks are not easily observable, maintenance decisions must be made on the basis of other information. We incorporate stress information collected via sensors into the scheduling decision process by means of a partially observable Markov decision process model. Using this model, we demonstrate the optimality of structured maintenance policies, which support practical maintenance schedules. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 辅助镀膜离子源及立方氮化硼薄膜的制备研究

为选出合适的辅助离子源进行沉积制备c-BN薄膜,通过对高能和低能辅助镀膜离子源的重要性能进行比较研究之后,在单晶Si基体进行应用制备立方氮化硼薄膜,用红外光谱(FTIR)及光电子能谱(XPS)分析技术,对不同辅助离子源制备沉积的薄膜,进行比较表征,得出结论:低能辅助镀膜离子源,比高能辅助镀膜离子源更适用于制备立方氮化硼薄膜。

外军一直非常重视其武器装备采购引入中介机构工作的改革,构建军民融合面向市场的中介组织,通过发挥桥梁纽带作用,搭建军地交流平台,积极开展"民技军用",加快武器装备技术创新,形成了管理体制完善、中介服务范围广泛和军民深度融合等特点。军队装备采购工作引入中介机构目前处于尝试、探索起步阶段,取得了一些进展,但依然存在较多矛盾问题。外军这些独特的经验和做法,为军队装备采购引入中介机构工作提供了重要的借鉴。

加强应急作战装备保障能力建设,是提高战斗力的重要组成部分。本文针对新体制、新形势下的军队战争形态、使命任务和训练要求,分析了集团军跨域应急作战装备保障的主要特点和当前装备保障存在的不足,并在此基础上,从构建理论体系和装备保障平台、人才队伍建设,装备保障模式以及装备保障实战化训练五个方面给出了集团军跨域应急作战装备保障能力建设和应对措施。
