基于椭球体的大椭圆航行是一种经济可行的远洋航法,为确保船舶沿期望的大椭圆航线航行,提出了一种大椭圆航线导航参数计算方法。该方法采用位置矢量法求解大椭圆顶点,进而定义了长轴矢量和短轴矢量,并在此基础上推导了形式更为紧凑的航向角、航程和偏航距计算公式。算例分析表明:该方法推导的公式计算简洁,可有效解决航海中大椭圆导航的计算问题。 相似文献

Many studies exist which evaluate the domain of space from a political perspective in order to advocate for a certain position regarding what states ought to do or not do in space. Few studies exist which address how states actually behave with regard to outer space. In an attempt to fill this gap in the literature, the present study evaluates the determinants of state space behavior. This article examines Poland's national potential and its international position within the European Union (EU) with respect to security issues. It presents research results based on a comparison of Poland's national potential as it relates to other EU countries, which is useful when evaluating Poland's power within the EU. The article also evaluates Poland's crisis potential, i.e. it identifies those factors that may potentially be treated as threats to national and regional security. Finally, it enables the identification of challenges to Poland's security in the second decade of the twenty-first century. 返回舱着陆工况对冲击响应特性有很大影响。建立了返回舱着陆冲击仿真分析模型,并利用已有试验数据对模型进行验证。通过显式非线性动力学分析方法模拟了返回舱着陆冲击过程,利用正交试验设计法进一步分析了返回舱着陆工况相关参数对冲击响应特性的显著性影响情况及其规律。结果表明:竖直速度、俯仰角、侧倾角及其因子间的交互效应对最大加速度的影响显著,水平速度和滚动角的影响作用不显著。这些结论可为返回舱地面相关试验和结构分析设计提供参考。 相似文献

Log‐normal and Weibull distributions are the most popular distributions for modeling skewed data. In this paper, we consider the ratio of the maximized likelihood in choosing between the two distributions. The asymptotic distribution of the logarithm of the maximized likelihood ratio has been obtained. It is observed that the asymptotic distribution is independent of the unknown parameters. The asymptotic distribution has been used to determine the minimum sample size required to discriminate between two families of distributions for a user specified probability of correct selection. We perform some numerical experiments to observe how the asymptotic methods work for different sample sizes. It is observed that the asymptotic results work quite well even for small samples also. This paper presents several models for the location of facilities subject to congestion. Motivated by applications to locating servers in communication networks and automatic teller machines in bank systems, these models are developed for situations in which immobile service facilities are congested by stochastic demand originating from nearby customer locations. We consider this problem from three different perspectives, that of (i) the service provider (wishing to limit costs of setup and operating servers), (ii) the customers (wishing to limit costs of accessing and waiting for service), and (iii) both the service provider and the customers combined. In all cases, a minimum level of service quality is ensured by imposing an upper bound on the server utilization rate at a service facility. The latter two perspectives also incorporate queueing delay costs as part of the objective. Some cases are amenable to an optimal solution. For those cases that are more challenging, we either propose heuristic procedures to find good solutions or establish equivalence to other well‐studied facility location problems. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
