作战协同关系超图模型

在分析超图和作战协同相关概念基础上,采用形式化方式对抽象化的作战协同关系进行了描述,定义了协同关系矩阵,创新性地根据超图相关概念构建了作战协同超图模型,并根据模型定义了顶点度和关联系数等支持作战协同关系分析的特征参数。通过实验建立了某想定数据中的火力协同关系超图模型,并进行了度和关联系数的分析,实验结果证明了作战协同关系超图模型的可用性。     

利用固态继电器阵列实现高精度可调直流稳压电源设计

在利用三端集成式稳压器LMH317构成直流稳压电源的基础上,添加由固态继电器阵列控制导通的高精度电阻,通过计算进行合理取值。由主控制器FPGA执行上位机指令,实现稳压器输出端电压大小调整。继电器AQY210具有电气开关特性,且内阻较小,对输出电压精度影响较小,通过对输出电压的正确标定,使其具有输出范围宽,精度高的优点,能够满足现代工业发展对能源供给装置的需求。     

Epidemics,national security,and US immigration policy

What are relationships between epidemics, national security, and US immigration policy? This question is important because it sheds light on transnational or nontraditional security areas, American immigration policy, and a pressing issue for US leaders who have recently faced epidemics such as the West Africa Ebola outbreak that began in 2013. This article answers it and lays ground in the area by reviewing epidemics in world history, using International Relations and Security Studies works to specify dangers of contagions for states, and identifying three general immigration measures that American leaders have utilized from the seventeenth century to the present day to protect against contagions, which are (1) policies restricting entrance of foreigners thought to carry specified diseases, (2) the isolation or quarantining of immigrants with contagious disease, and (3) delegating the President with authority to stop immigration in the event of an epidemic abroad. This study has implications for research and contemporary US immigration policy.     

矩阵变换器自抗扰控制策略研究

矩阵变换器的输出电压易受各种因素的影响,为了改善输出性能,将自抗扰控制技术应用于矩阵变换器的闭环控制中。分析了自抗扰控制器的特性,提出了一种双闭环自抗扰控制策略,即电流内环与电压外环均采用一阶简化的自抗扰控制算法。仿真结果表明:该方法不仅可以有效地抑制多种扰动的影响,而且比PI控制具有更优的动静态性能,可满足高性能矩阵变换器系统的控制要求。     

Is strategic studies narrow? Critical security and the misunderstood scope of strategy

Critical security advocates commonly portray strategic studies as crippled by its narrow focus on Cold War-era military issues, as state-centric and as Western-centric. I argue that this conception of the scope of strategy is flawed and I offer a comprehensive rebuttal by working out the logic of the theories advanced by Carl von Clausewitz and Thomas Schelling. The proponents of critical security overlook the striking expansion of strategy during the Cold War, its longstanding inclusion of competing political actors not just states, as well as its capacity to put Western and non-Western actors in a common analytic frame. By breaking out of the conceptual jails in which strategy has been incarcerated, I seek to reconnect International Relations to strategic thought from which it has become increasingly estranged.     

调度感知同步数据流建模

对流应用系统进行吞吐量分析需要将周期静态顺序调度建模到数据流图中,吞吐量分析效率依赖于数据流图的规模及建模时间。为了提高吞吐量分析效率,提出基于同构同步数据流图的调度感知同步数据流模型及相应建模方法。通过利用应用模型结构特征及周期静态顺序调度,可减少模型中的任务、边和初始符号数目;可以使用已有分析方法对模型进行吞吐量分析。实验结果表明,所提建模方法优于已有方法,可有效提高吞吐量分析效率。     

Explaining Cohesion in an Insurgent Organization: The Case of the Mizo National Front

Despite the prevalence of violent uprisings against the states, existing literature has produced a generalized explanation of the causes and onset of such uprisings ignoring crucial aspects of (non-state) armed group cohesion, such as their capabilities to manage intra-group tensions and rivalries. In this paper, I examine recent research in the field of civil conflict to understand the importance of investigating underlying constraints which can cause serious impediments to the capabilities of a state during the course of a war. The paper then focuses on the importance of internal strategic resources, such as pre-war and wartime sociopolitical networks in which insurgents mobilize, recruit new cadres and maintain intra-group cooperation, to suggest how it can contain the consequences of counterinsurgency operations and other state strategies on the internal cohesion of an insurgent group. A detailed case study of the Mizo National Front (MNF) in India demonstrates the argument’s plausibility.     

基于级联失效的节点重要度评估及网络脆弱性分析*

本文提出了一种基于节点状态演化级联失效模型的节点重要度评估和网络脆弱性分析方法。故障传递演化的内在机理是基础复杂网络变得脆弱的根源,论文首先在负载网络级联失效模型的基础上,提出了一种能够实时跟踪节点负载状态,继而根据节点状态来重分配节点负载的重分配模型,其次提出了基于节点状态演化的节点重要性评估和网络结构脆弱性分析方法,通过脆弱性分析结果找出网络的健壮性参数,并对此节点重要性评估方法进行失效效果分析。最后,通过仿真实验验证方法的有效性。     

非椭圆扩展目标联合跟踪与分类算法

充分利用目标尺寸和形状信息,提出了一种基于星凸随机超曲面模型(random hypersurface model, RHM)的非椭圆扩展目标联合跟踪与分类(joint tracking and classification, JTC)算法。将目标空间扩展状态建模为星凸形状,通过目标类别相关先验信息的矢量化建模,建立起其与目标瞬时扩展状态的关系,并在统一的贝叶斯滤波框架下,实现跟踪与分类的一体化处理;进一步对目标运动学状态和扩展状态单独进行建模,并通过构建扩展状态的似然函数,利用粒子滤波实现目标类别概率算式的递推处理。仿真结果表明:与基于椭圆形状的扩展目标JTC算法相比,所提算法能对尺寸相近、形状不同的目标进行准确分类,同时可改善目标状态的估计效果;与基于星凸RHM的扩展目标跟踪算法相比,所提算法能大幅提高目标状态的估计性能。

固态变压器作为能源互联网中实现能量转换和控制的关键设备,有很多方面需要进行深入研究,文章结合固态变压器的自身特点,对其主要发展的核心技术,包括基于SiC新型宽禁带材料的研制、基于SiC的固态功率器件和固态变压器设计与实现、固态变压器的先进控制策略研究等进行了详细阐述。
