基于排队论的空降兵部队安全着陆问题研究

针对空降兵部队安全着陆问题,首先建立空降排队模型,明确空降作战受到火力打击时为混合制排队论问题,对具体空降参数进行了分析与计算,得到了比较科学的结果,与实际基本相符,然后根据结果分析了各种参数对空降作战的影响,提出了空降作战提高安全着陆人数的对策,对空降作战人数的安排及火力的支援提供了较强的参考价值,为开展空降作战相关问题研究提供可借鉴的思路方法。     

生气贯注 气韵天成——艺术创作新论：气化论

气化论哲学认为,天地万物都处于一气运化之中,是气之阴阳交感化生的结果。艺术创作过程,是宇宙之气在主体内部积淀,与主体之气相应同,化生为作品之气的过程。具体说来,包括这样几个阶段：艺术创作的契机：气感;创作前审关心境：虚静与养气;神与物游,以天合天;生气贯注,气韵天成。     

液压伺服系统的H_∞观测器设计

针对液压伺服系统的故障诊断问题,提出一种新的全维状态观测器--H_∞观测器的设计方法.该方法简化了液压伺服系统的传递函数描述,建立了系统状态空间描述的能观规范型;在考虑过程噪声与测量噪声的前提下,设计了系统的鲁棒观测器结构,并运用H_∞滤波理论确定观测器的性能指标,求解了系统的矩阵Riccati方程,计算了观测器的反馈增益矩阵.设计实例的性能测试表明,该观测器具有良好的敏捷性和敏感性.     

消防灭火中致损行为的救济途径

消防部门在扑救火灾的过程中,往往会不可避免的对其他公民、法人或者其他组织造成财产上的损害,谁来为这些损失“买单”,已经成为消防部门目前所面临一个突出问题。通过对消防灭火行为的法律定性、分析国家赔偿与紧急避险理论,试图找到一个解决此类问题的有效救济途径。

考虑扰动引力影响的弹道助推段误差传播解析计算方法

针对地球扰动引力对弹道导弹惯性导航精度影响日益突出这一问题,研究了沿弹道扰动引力的多项式拟合方法,并基于线性系统理论和弹道摄动思想推导了用于求解扰动引力对弹道助推段状态影响的完整解析表达式。同时考虑扰动引力影响与导弹视加速度之间的耦合特性,将扰动引力引起的视加速度偏差视为扰动引力影响的附加补偿项,并进行迭代修正。仿真结果表明:扰动引力拟合残差小于3×10~(-7)m/s~2,考虑耦合项修正的弹道误差传播解析模型计算残差减小为原有方法的1/3,计算时间仅为直接采用弹道积分求差法的1/10。     

Hizbullah’s Shaping Lebanon Statehood

Abstract

Since the end of the civil war in 1990, the Lebanese second Republic has experienced a dual security governance in the southern borderland region. Up to the Syrian military withdrawal in 2005, the territorial and functional ‘areas of limited statehood’ between the State and Hizbullah worked as a cooperation. After the Syrian withdrawal, various forms of cooperation appeared, raising the theoretical interest for the ‘mediated state’ framework. It is conceptualizing the cooperation between the state and the non-state actor as an interdependency – with case study ranging from the marking of the Blue Line to the struggle against the jihadists groups.     

Steady‐state diffusion approximations for discrete‐time queue in hospital inpatient flow management

In this article, we analyze a discrete‐time queue that is motivated from studying hospital inpatient flow management, where the customer count process captures the midnight inpatient census. The stationary distribution of the customer count has no explicit form and is difficult to compute in certain parameter regimes. Using the Stein's method framework, we identify a continuous random variable to approximate the steady‐state customer count. The continuous random variable corresponds to the stationary distribution of a diffusion process with state‐dependent diffusion coefficients. We characterize the error bounds of this approximation under a variety of system load conditions—from lightly loaded to heavily loaded. We also identify the critical role that the service rate plays in the convergence rate of the error bounds. We perform extensive numerical experiments to support the theoretical findings and to demonstrate the approximation quality. In particular, we show that our approximation performs better than those based on constant diffusion coefficients when the number of servers is small, which is relevant to decision making in a single hospital ward.     

基于DOA/多普勒信息的单站无源定位

基于运动辐射源的到达方向(DOA)和多普勒信息,在建立目标运动模型和测量方程的基础上,分别研究了基于DOA/多普勒频率以及DOA/多普勒频差的定位算法.计算机仿真结果表明,给出的定位算法是正确的,基于DOA/多普勒信息对运动目标的单站无源定位技术是可行的.     

基于平方根UKF的自由段目标跟踪算法

建立天基红外低轨星座对自由段目标的观测模型,引入精确的目标运动模型。考虑到算法的数值稳定性,引入平方根UKF算法。理论分析与实验结果表明,平方根UKF算法能够对天基红外低轨星座中自由段目标进行有效跟踪。
