警用装备综合保障效能的熵权-双基点法评估

为实现对警用装备综合保障效能的定量评估,构建了包括战备完好性、保障资源适量性、保障经济性、保障时效性、保障信息化、保障精确性、保障弹性、保障综合性8个评估指标的综合保障效能评估体系,建立了基于熵权-双基点方法的综合效能评估模型,通过编程计算对某警用装备的5种综合保障方案进行了定量评估,根据效能优属度确立了较为优化的综合保障方案。该模型克服了主观赋权的缺陷,可以为警用装备综合保障方案的优选提供科学依据。     

Flow shop scheduling with earliness,tardiness, and intermediate inventory holding costs

We consider the problem of scheduling customer orders in a flow shop with the objective of minimizing the sum of tardiness, earliness (finished goods inventory holding), and intermediate (work‐in‐process) inventory holding costs. We formulate this problem as an integer program, and based on approximate solutions to two different, but closely related, Dantzig‐Wolfe reformulations, we develop heuristics to minimize the total cost. We exploit the duality between Dantzig‐Wolfe reformulation and Lagrangian relaxation to enhance our heuristics. This combined approach enables us to develop two different lower bounds on the optimal integer solution, together with intuitive approaches for obtaining near‐optimal feasible integer solutions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first paper that applies column generation to a scheduling problem with different types of strongly ????‐hard pricing problems which are solved heuristically. The computational study demonstrates that our algorithms have a significant speed advantage over alternate methods, yield good lower bounds, and generate near‐optimal feasible integer solutions for problem instances with many machines and a realistically large number of jobs. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A spatial rank‐based multivariate EWMA control chart

Nonparametric control charts are useful in statistical process control when there is a lack of or limited knowledge about the underlying process distribution, especially when the process measurement is multivariate. This article develops a new multivariate self‐starting methodology for monitoring location parameters. It is based on adapting the multivariate spatial rank to on‐line sequential monitoring. The weighted version of the rank‐based test is used to formulate the charting statistic by incorporating the exponentially weighted moving average control scheme. It is robust to non‐normally distributed data, easy to construct, fast to compute and also very efficient in detecting multivariate process shifts, especially small or moderate shifts which occur when the process distribution is heavy‐tailed or skewed. As it avoids the need for a lengthy data‐gathering step before charting and it does not require knowledge of the underlying distribution, the proposed control chart is particularly useful in start‐up or short‐run situations. 基于灰色聚类的野战饮食装备技术保障能力评价

采用一种定性和定量相结合的层次分析法和灰色聚类评价模型,通过案例评价分析,得出现阶段某部队野战饮食装备技术保障能力各指标及综合指标所属等级,针对性提出“培养高素质保障人才”,“提高装备品质,完善器材设施”,“加快信息化建设”,“加强费用一效能管理”等措施,获得了比较满意的效果,证明了灰色聚类评价模型在野战饮食装备技术保障能力应用中的有效性。     

基于模糊层次分析法的非致命弹药安全管理系统评价

针对非致命弹药安全管理评估方面的空白,采用模糊层次分析法（FAHP）,从宏观上对非致命弹药安全管理系统进行评价。通过分析影响非致命弹药安全管理水平的因素,建立系统综合评价指标。分别建立不同指标间的模糊一致判断矩阵,确定隶属函数、权重值,最后得出定量评判结果,确定非致命弹药安全管理系统等级,对非致命弹药安全管理提供理论依据。     

流动儿童城市人角色认同与家庭社会经济地位的关系:社会支持的中介作用

采用家庭社会经济地位问卷、肖水源编制的社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和城市人角色认同问卷,对重庆市6所中小学的547名学生进行问卷调查,考察家庭社会经济文化地位与流动儿童角色认同的关系,探讨社会支持在其中的中介作用。结果表明:(1)流动儿童与城市儿童的城市人角色认同不存在显著差异;(2)不论是流动儿童还是城市儿童,社会支持在家庭社会经济地位与城市人角色认同之间均起部分中介作用。     

基于任务能力的装备维修保障资源重组研究

分析了装备维修保障资源配置存在的问题,指出依据装备维修保障系统承担的任务和应具备的能力实施资源重组,是提高装备维修保障效能的基本途径．在此基础上,着重阐述了装备维修保障任务、功能、资源映射关系,提出了部队装备维修保障资源重组的实施框架、主要内容和基本方法．最后,进行了实例分析．     

基于四元联系数的非战争军事行动装备保障能力评价方法研究

针对非战争军事行动装备保障能力评价问题,综合运用能力模型和集对分析理论,在构建非战争军事行动装备保障能力评价指标体系基础上,建立非战争军事行动装备保障能力四元联系数评价模型,并示例说明该方法的应用．     

基于复杂网络的空间信息支援力量体系结构同步能力研究

运用复杂网络理论的基本原理对空间信息支援力量体系结构的同步能力进行了研究,构建了空间信息支援力量体系结构的网络拓扑模型,给出了网络同步判定依据,分析了初始连接机制、通信节点数以及总节点数的变化对空间信息支援力量体系结构整体同步能力的影响,为空间信息支援力量体系论证和作用发挥等问题的深入研究提供了借鉴和参考．     

基于GA-SVDD的轴承性能退化评估

为解决因机械设备轴承损伤导致机械故障而无法正常工作的问题,提出了一种基于GA-SVDD的轴承性能退化定量评估方法。该方法采用遗传算法优化选择特征参量,并建立SVDD超球体模型,运用SVDD距离评估轴承的性能退化程度。实验分析表明：该方法能够有效地对轴承性能退化过程的细节进行描述,实现对待测样本退化程度的定量评估。
