防空兵网络化作战指挥控制方式

信息化条件下防空兵作战依托防空兵指挥信息系统,已经将防空兵各个作战要素联结到了一起,初步具备了网络化作战的雏形.而恰当的指挥控制方式是实施高效防空兵网络化作战的关键问题之一.首先剖析了防空兵网络化作战给指挥控制带来的新特点,而后构建了防空兵网络化作战指挥控制方式的概念模型,在此基础上提出了适应防空兵网络化作战的指挥控制方式是自适应指挥控制方式.并研究了防空兵网络化作战实施自适应指挥控制方式的必要性、可行性、内在机理以及实现的途径.     

雷达侦察比幅测向系统干扰技术

重点分析了比幅测向系统的原理,在此基础上提出对其进行"主动反侦察"干扰的方法,推导了受到干扰下比幅测向系统的测量结果公式,讨论了不同条件下的干扰效果,并通过仿真进行验证。     

Component importance for linear consecutive‐ k ‐Out‐of‐ n and m ‐Consecutive‐ k ‐Out‐of‐ n systems with exchangeable components

Measuring the relative importance of components in a mechanical system is useful for various purposes. In this article, we study Birnbaum and Barlow‐Proschan importance measures for two frequently studied system designs: linear consecutive k ‐out‐of‐ n and m ‐consecutive‐ k ‐out‐of‐ n systems. We obtain explicit expressions for the component importance measures for systems consisting of exchangeable components. We illustrate the results for a system whose components have a Lomax type lifetime distribution. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2013     

A more complex and conventional victory: revisiting the Dhofar counterinsurgency, 1963–1975

Following the emergence of a communist regime in South Yemen and the multiplication of subversive movements in the United Kingdom's Gulf protectorates, British policymakers genuinely feared the spread of communism throughout southern Arabia. Defeating the People's Front for the Liberation for the Occupied Arabian Gulf (PFLOAG) insurgency in Oman's Dhofar province was considered central to preventing such an outcome. In their pursuit of victory, British officers overthrew the sultan of Oman, escalated the war by conducting attacks in South Yemen, and, ultimately, appealed to Islam as a means of rallying support against communism. However, lessons learned in previous counterinsurgencies (Malaya, Kenya, and Borneo) proved of only limited value in Oman's physical and cultural environment. Unfortunately, none of these measures worked as anticipated. Only Iran's direct military intervention and the dramatic growth of Oman's financial resources after the 1973 oil crisis provided the resources to conduct large-scale offensive operations. Even so, victory was only achieved in 1975 because the rebellion's leaders unwisely attempted to oppose the Anglo–Omani offensives conventionally.     

Institutionalizing supreme command: explaining political–military integration in the Vietnam War, 1964–1968

Under what conditions can leaders achieve wartime political–military integration? In the Vietnam War, political–military integration exhibited dramatic variation: in the air war, the US was able to tightly integrate its political objectives and military conduct, but in the ground war, the American military prosecuted a strategy that was both divorced from broader political objectives and was immune from Washington's influence. I argue that the nature of information management between the military and civilian leadership explains the pattern of political–military integration in the Vietnam War more completely than do explanations that focus on the organizational cultures of professional militaries.     

Fighting on Their Own Terms: The Tactics of the Irish Republican Army 1919-1921

Abstract

The 1919-1921 Anglo-Irish War represents one of the earliest instances of a successful insurgent movement in the twentieth century. By combining a fluid organizational structure with effective hit-and-run tactics and accurate intelligence, the Irish Republican Army was able to defeat militarily the security forces of Great Britain. Combined with a successful propaganda campaign, these tactics allowed the IRA to drive the British to the negotiating table, where its representatives secured greater autonomy than Ireland had known in centuries. The outcome of the Anglo-Irish War demonstrates the success which a well-organized guerrilla campaign can achieve, and the tactics used by the IRA must therefore be understood by any serious student of small warfare.     

支持部队模拟训练的指控与仿真系统互操作性语言

部队指控系统的广泛应用对指控训练提出更高要求.仿真系统开始越来越多地应用于训练中,为之提供真实的指控训练环境.部队模拟训练系统中实装指控系统与基于仿真的训练支撑环境的互操作性问题是一个急待解决的问题.互操作性概念参考模型用于确认两者间交互的信息类型,是互操作性研究的基础.模拟训练系统中互操作性研究的重点集中在指控与仿真系统互操作性语言的研究上,主要体现在公共数据模型、形式化语法和形式化语义3个方面.     

侵入和不变流型的坦克炮控伺服系统研究

针对坦克炮控系统未知齿隙及摩擦,设计了基于性能的新型控制器.提出了基于侵入和不变流型(I&I)的未知参数估计率的构造方法,使调节函数的选取及I&I估计率的设计变得直接简便.由于未知齿隙及摩擦被充分的描述成有界扰动与非线性动态项的组合,从而避免了将其简单的考虑成“总扰动”所造成的被控系统性能的损失.该控制器可有效抑制负载扰动及参数变化所带来的影响.同时通过快速准确的估计系统参数实现了对指令信号快速精确的跟踪.     

多模调制遥测发射机的设计与实现

随着遥测信息量的增加和遥测形式的多样化,需要研制一种通用性强、码速率高、灵活性好的遥测发射机来代替目前所使用的模拟调制发射机.介绍了一种能够适应目前及未来遥测任务需求的S波段多模调制遥测发射机,给出了详细设计,并对其进行了系统性能测试分析,测试结果得到了良好的实际效果,可广泛应用于飞行器遥测系统.     

机动导弹系统研制中的生存能力论证建模

分析了机动导弹系统生存面临的生存威胁,对机动导弹系统生存能力的基本指标体系,进行了量化研究,结合某新型号机动导弹系统的研制设计方案,提出了基于相邻优属度熵权的模糊综合论证模型.该模型将指标的随机不确定性和模糊不确定性结合在一起,增强了论证结果的可信性.利用上述模型对机动导弹系统设计方案的生存能力进行了论证分析,并依据论证结果对设计方案进行修改,对修改后的方案进行了再次论证.
