随机误差对舰炮火控系统设计精度要求

针对舰炮武器系统精度设计的需求,以某型舰炮为例,采用蒙特卡洛法,利用6自由度弹道模型解算数百条弹道,求出在特定的命中概率下,火控系统修正舰艇摇摆时产生的随机误差对目标高度、水平距离及舰炮射角、射向的影响,从而对火控系统设计精度提出要求.靶场实践证明应用此方法可以提高舰炮武器系统的命中概率.     

火控系统输出误差分离方法

本文提出的火控系统输出误差的分离法,为利用动态飞行试验数据评价火控系统及其火控系统子系统的性能提供了一种方法。     

透平叶片的可靠性安全系数设计法

本文基于目前的蒸汽透平叶片振动强度设计准则,提出了可靠性安全系数设计法,给出了一些计算公式,并简要介绍了该方法在叶片设计中的应用。     

Determination of burn‐in parameters and residual life for highly reliable products

Today, many products are designed and manufactured to function for a long period of time before they fail. Determining product reliability is a great challenge to manufacturers of highly reliable products with only a relatively short period of time available for internal life testing. In particular, it may be difficult to determine optimal burn‐in parameters and characterize the residual life distribution. A promising alternative is to use data on a quality characteristic (QC) whose degradation over time can be related to product failure. Typically, product failure corresponds to the first passage time of the degradation path beyond a critical value. If degradation paths can be modeled properly, one can predict failure time and determine the life distribution without actually observing failures. In this paper, we first use a Wiener process to describe the continuous degradation path of the quality characteristic of the product. A Wiener process allows nonconstant variance and nonzero correlation among data collected at different time points. We propose a decision rule for classifying a unit as normal or weak, and give an economic model for determining the optimal termination time and other parameters of a burn‐in test. Next, we propose a method for assessing the product's lifetime distribution of the passed units. The proposed methodologies are all based only on the product's initial observed degradation data. 在分析通用装备机械液压系统综合检测试验平台数据管理特殊需求的基础上,针对检测试验前后产生的数据种类多、数据量大、不便于集中统一存储的问题,运用以数据为中心的数据库设计思想,以稳定的数据结构实现了装甲、军械、工兵、防化、车辆、船艇等6个专业结构化与非结构数据的统一存储,较好地解决了系统数据的集中管理问题。     

基于遗传算法的车用散热器优化设计

选取散热器的散热量、体积和压降作为优化目标,采用线性加权法建立了散热器的多目标优化模型。在给定的散热器原始数据和性能要求条件下,对散热器芯体的外形尺寸和翅片参数进行了优化。介绍了遗传优化算法的执行步骤和流程,在此基础上开发了优化程序。结果表明,优化后散热器的散热量明显增大,散热器芯体的体积和压降也有不同程度的减小。     

关于奥运临时用房消防设计问题的技术探讨

由于奥运临时用房项目建设的临时性、特殊性、紧迫性,导致了部分项目的消防设计存在难以满足现行规范的问题。笔者作为消防设计审核人员,以“为建筑内人员提供安全保障;为消防人员提供消防条件,保障其生命安全;尽量减少财产损失;保护结构安全;尽量减少对正常营运的干扰。”为安全目标,利用消防性能化设计,完善了消防设计中的火灾防控技术措施。     

公共场所人员安全疏散评价方法探讨

公共场所安全疏散评价对于确保火灾中人员的生命安全具有重要意义。基于“性能化”防火设计的思想,对影响公共场所安全疏散的因素进行了分析,并对安全疏散的必要性能和评价程序进行了较为全面的探讨,其中包括烟气的评价、人员疏散能力的评价、疏散路线合理性的评价、疏散对策的评价等,目的在于通过合理的评价方法得出合理的疏散性能,为减少公共场所火灾造成的人员伤亡和财产损失提供帮助。
