Q345低合金结构钢的高温强度试验研究

采用恒温加载试验方法对钢结构建筑常用的Q345低合金结构钢的高温强度进行试验研究,采用切线交点法确定钢材有效屈服强度,并与其它方法强度取值进行对比,给出钢材高温强度回归公式,为钢结构建筑的抗火分析提供依据。     

基于Bayes理论的固有可用度定时截尾试验方案

为解决小子样条件下进行产品固有可用度试验验证的问题,基于Bayes理论,提出了一种固有可用度定时截尾试验方案．该试验方案在假设故障间隔时间和修复时间均服从指数分布的前提下,将现场试验分为同时进行的可靠性和维修性定时截尾试验2个部分,要求在利用验前试验信息的基础上,使本次试验获得的验后分布还可以作为下一次现场试验的验前分布,提高了试验数据的利用率,具有较好的经济效益．     

位置随动系统动态性能自动检测研究

通过分析某型位置随动系统的组成和动态技术指标,提出了位置随动系统动态性能自动检测的设计方案和测试方法,利用信号仿真模块和基于DSP的高速数据采集与处理模块,建立了自动检测的硬件电路和软件结构,确定了测试位置随动系统的动态性能指标、测试方法和软件功能,实现了对某型位置随动系统动态性能的自动检测．     

Nonparametric bayesian lifetime data analysis using dirichlet process lognormal mixture model

We propose a nonparametric Bayesian lifetime data analysis method using the Dirichlet process mixture model with a lognormal kernel. A simulation‐based algorithm that implements the Gibbs sampling is developed to fit the Dirichlet process lognormal mixture (DPLNM) model using rightly censored failure time data. Five examples are used to illustrate the proposed method, and the DPLNM model is compared to the Dirichlet process Weibull mixture (DPWM) model. Results indicate that the DPLNM model is capable of estimating different lifetime distributions. The DPLNM model outperforms the DPWM model in all the examples, and the DPLNM model shows promising potential to be applied to analyze failure time data when an appropriate parametric model for the data cannot be specified. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Does Geopolitical Risks Predict Stock Returns and Volatility of Leading Defense Companies? Evidence from a Nonparametric Approach

Abstract

We use the k-th-order nonparametric causality test at monthly frequency over the period of 1985:1 to 2016:06 to analyze whether geopolitical risks can predict movements in stock returns and volatility of 24 global defense firms. The nonparametric approach controls for the existing misspecification of a linear framework of causality, and hence, the mild evidence of causality obtained under the standard Granger tests cannot be relied upon. When we apply the nonparametric test, we find that there is no evidence of predictability of stock returns of these defense companies emanating from the geopolitical risk measure. However, the geopolitical risk index does predict realized volatility in 50% of the companies. Our results indicate that while global geopolitical events over a period of time is less likely to predict returns, such global risks are more inclined in affecting future risk profile of defense firms.     

发变电所传导干扰分析与抑制措施的研究

通过对发变电所由开关操作在二次系统和低压交流电源系统传导测量结果的分析,确定变电站低压交流电源中传导干扰的特征,利用安捷伦（Agilent）矢量网络分析仪,研究几种典型电源滤波器的插入损耗和特性阻抗等频率特性,应用夏弗纳（Schaffner）等系列抗扰度试验设备,研究电源滤波器对电快速瞬变脉冲群和衰减振荡波的滤波和抑制效果,给出了变电站电源滤波器的滤波特性要求。     

数据库安全管理及访问控制中问件的设计与实现

为确保军事敏感数据安全,在全面分析和研究数据库安全漏洞、安全策略、安全目标的基础上,提出了利用中间件技术实现客户访问数据库控制机制。针对两类操作系统的客户端,设计实现了通信控制中间件,使具有授权的用户通过中间层认证辨识后才能正确地访问数据库,确保了数据库信息安全。     

改进的Euler方法应用于非线性方程求根

本文通过引入动力系统,将改进的Euler方法应用于非线性方程求根问题,给出非线性方程求根的预估-再校正迭代格式,证明了该格式至少二阶收敛并可以调节参数达到超收敛。最后给出数值实验,数值结果验证了算法的有效性。     

C~4ISR系统仿真测试研究

针对一种C4ISR系统在测试时的特点,提出了模拟仿真测试的方案,建立了仿真装备与指挥系统的交互模型,设计了交互对象的自动匹配算法,并在实际系统的仿真测试中得到应用和验证。     

数据链系统效能评估框架研究

研究了数据链系统效能评估相关概念及其对作战的影响机制,给出了数据链系统效能评价指标体系以及不同层次指标的计算、聚合方法。在此基础上形成数据链系统的效能评估框架,通过该框架可以指导数据链系统的效能评估,为数据链装备的发展及应用提供科学依据。
