社会单位建筑消防设施现状与对策研究

确保社会单位建筑消防设施的完好有效,直接关系到建筑物整体的防灾、抗灾的能力,也是筑牢社会单位＂防火墙＂工程的基本保障之一。剖析了社会单位建筑消防设施的现状,分析存在的问题,并就加强建筑消防设施的日常管理提出了几点设想和建议。     

Designing acceptance sampling schemes for life testing with mixed censoring

Mixed censoring is useful extension of Type I and Type II censoring and combines some advantages of both types of censoring. This paper proposes a general Bayesian framework for designing a variable acceptance sampling scheme with mixed censoring. A general loss function which includes the sampling cost, the time‐consuming cost, the salvage value, and the decision loss is employed to determine the Bayes risk and the corresponding optimal sampling plan. An explicit expression of the Bayes risk is derived. The new model can easily be adapted to create life testing models for different distributions. Specifically, two commonly used distributions including the exponential distribution and the Weibull distribution are considered with a special decision loss function. We demonstrate that the proposed model is superior to models with Type I or Type II censoring. Numerical examples are reported to illustrate the effectiveness of the method proposed. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2004     

Development programs for one‐shot systems using multiple‐state design reliability models

Design reliability at the beginning of a product development program is typically low, and development costs can account for a large proportion of total product cost. We consider how to conduct development programs (series of tests and redesigns) for one‐shot systems (which are destroyed at first use or during testing). In rough terms, our aim is to both achieve high final design reliability and spend as little of a fixed budget as possible on development. We employ multiple‐state reliability models. Dynamic programming is used to identify a best test‐and‐redesign strategy and is shown to be presently computationally feasible for at least 5‐state models. Our analysis is flexible enough to allow for the accelerated stress testing needed in the case of ultra‐high reliability requirements, where testing otherwise provides little information on design reliability change. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 随着技术的发展,寿命周期费用的研究正日益受到关注。评述了国内外寿命周期费用方面的研究现状,介绍了鱼雷寿命周期费用研究方法的内容及用途,探讨了费用估算的一般方法,在鱼雷寿命周期费用分解原则的基础上给出了鱼雷寿命周期费用分解结构,讨论了寿命周期费用研究方法急需解决的主要问题,并对其今后的发展方向做了展望。     

鲁棒自适应雷达伺服系统

该文设计了一鲁棒自适应雷达伺服系统。所设计的自适应雷达伺服系统对于一类未建模型动态具有鲁棒性。针对雷达伺服系统中的摩擦扰动,引进了自适应摩擦补偿。仿真结果表明,同σ—修正法相比,具有更强的鲁棒性。     

130mm加农炮剩余寿命的一种预测模型

本文根据火炮寿命试验数据,利用给出的模拟曲线的误差调整控制方法,建立了以炮膛定点径向磨损量预测初速变化量和剩余寿命的数学模型。     

求吊声一次搜潜概率的新方法

本文用不同于既往的研究方法,从对目标运动要素散布的分析入手,较合理地假设了目标的运动,进而用数学分析方法推得吊放声纳一次搜潜概率的解析模型。这一模型的突出特点是计算简便、实用性强,各参数的含义一目了然。     

Feeding the Lion: China and defence development in African states

ABSTRACT

In analysing trends in Chinese defence engagement and their impact on defence development in African states, it is important to consider both China's changing policy priorities and its capabilities for the provision of defence support. China's international ambitions and its economic development contribute to its emergence as a key supporter of defence capability development in Africa, occupying a crucial niche as a provider of support, particularly arms transfers, appropriate to evolving local requirements. The economic and politico-military imperatives driving China's engagement of Africa, which stem from its economic reforms and re-emergence as a great power, are facilitating defence modernisation by accelerating the introduction of modern arms in substantial quantities. The commercial importance of arms exports and the growing importance of strategic ties strongly situate China to help sustain processes of defence capability development in African states over the long term.
