多元线性模型的广义逆诊断问题

在实际问题中,经常需要考虑多个因变量对多个自变量的相互依赖关系,但在运算过程中经常会碰到奇异矩阵不能求逆的问题.通过推导任意2矩阵的差的广义逆,解决了这一问题,继而得出多元线性模型的参数估计,最后推出数据删除模型异常点的判断依据.     

一种基于自适应阈值与边缘跟踪的目标提取方法

介绍了一种基于目标灰度门限和目标之间灰度距离门限的区域自动阈值检测法,用该方法检测出图像区域的阈值进行目标初分割,然后结合形态学中的开启和闭合方法对初分割后的二值图像进行双滤波,再用一种新的区域边缘跟踪标注法对其进行跟踪和标注,找出每个目标的包络矩形坐标,用其对原图进行区域定位,从而可以提取出原图中包含目标的小区域.

Designing acceptance sampling schemes for life testing with mixed censoring

Mixed censoring is useful extension of Type I and Type II censoring and combines some advantages of both types of censoring. This paper proposes a general Bayesian framework for designing a variable acceptance sampling scheme with mixed censoring. A general loss function which includes the sampling cost, the time‐consuming cost, the salvage value, and the decision loss is employed to determine the Bayes risk and the corresponding optimal sampling plan. An explicit expression of the Bayes risk is derived. The new model can easily be adapted to create life testing models for different distributions. Specifically, two commonly used distributions including the exponential distribution and the Weibull distribution are considered with a special decision loss function. We demonstrate that the proposed model is superior to models with Type I or Type II censoring. Numerical examples are reported to illustrate the effectiveness of the method proposed. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2004     

Discriminating between the Weibull and log‐normal distributions

Log‐normal and Weibull distributions are the most popular distributions for modeling skewed data. In this paper, we consider the ratio of the maximized likelihood in choosing between the two distributions. The asymptotic distribution of the logarithm of the maximized likelihood ratio has been obtained. It is observed that the asymptotic distribution is independent of the unknown parameters. The asymptotic distribution has been used to determine the minimum sample size required to discriminate between two families of distributions for a user specified probability of correct selection. We perform some numerical experiments to observe how the asymptotic methods work for different sample sizes. It is observed that the asymptotic results work quite well even for small samples also. 论陈毅在黄桥决战中的统战艺术

1940年,黄桥事变爆发。为了赢得这场反顽战斗的胜利,陈毅在分析了苏北的局势后,展开了成功有效的统战工作。首先,针对苏北的战略态势,陈毅提出“联李、击敌、反韩”的斗争策略;其次,让出吴家桥地区,争取“二李”协助新四军东进;再次,命令新四军撤出姜堰,争取“二李一陈”严守中立。陈毅以高超的统战艺术为新四军取得这次反顽胜利奠定了基础。同时,陈毅的统战艺术对当前武警部队遂行多样化任务,也有着极重大的现实启示。

统筹法是一种科学的计划管理方法,绘制统筹图是掌握统筹法的基础。统筹图的优化,是在参数计算和分析的基础上,根据一定的约束条件对统筹图进行调整和改进,达到科学安排工作,合理分配人力、物力、财力等资源,从而提高工作效率的目的。日历统筹图能清楚地反映出工作进展的时间概念,并能直接提供一些有用的时间参数,便于优化、选择最佳方案。     

战时不完全信息战术导弹需求量预测方法

针对传统方法难以实现战时信息不完备条件下导弹需求量预测的问题,提出了一种基于粗糙集的战术导弹需求量预测方法。在对战术导弹需求量影响因素分析的基础上,建立了战术导弹需求量预测不完备决策信息表。利用相容关系对不完备决策信息表中对象分类,并采用差别函数方法求解各对象的相对约简,从而获取战术导弹需求量的最优广义规则集。算例验证了方法的有效性。
