装药长径比对EFP成型作用效果影响分析

针对装药长径比对EFP成型的影响,基于一种球缺型药型罩EFP,利用ANSYS／LS-DYNA仿真软件对其成型过程进行建模仿真,研究EFP成型过程及其各项参数．在该基础上,改变装药高度得到不同的装药长径比数据,并对不同长径比EFP形成过程进行仿真,得到不同装药长径比EFP的速度、速度增长率及炸药能量利用率等数据,为选择最佳装药长径比提供依据．     

基于混响室的雷达瑞利杂波模拟研究

为应对复杂电磁环境下雷达应用需求,提出一种基于混响室的雷达杂波模拟方法,利用电磁仿真软件FE—KO构建了混响室模型,分析了搅拌器控制与接收响应周期性的关系,通过随机控制混响室搅拌器在混响室内模拟了具有瑞利分布的杂波信号．实验结果显示,本实验数据分布曲线与瑞利分布曲线有良好的拟合性．

BUTTER,GUNS AND ICE‐CREAM THEORY AND EVIDENCE FROM SUB‐SAHARAN AFRICA

This paper is intended to complement the existing literature on civil wars. First, it presents a simple theoretical model of conflict that defines a two‐sector economy. In a contested sector, two agents struggle to appropriate the maximum possible fraction of a contestable output. In an uncontested sector, they hold secure property rights over the production of some goods. Agents split their resource endowment between ‘butter’, ‘guns’ and ‘ice‐cream’. Following the theoretical insights the empirical analysis focuses on the relationship between civil wars and different sectors of the economy. In particular, a panel probit specification shows that the incidence of a civil war decreases in the size of manufacturing sector.     

Sovereign debt,deficits and defence spending: the case of Greece

Abstract

The outbreak of the sovereign debt crisis at the end of 2009 in Greece led to a severe recession, and constant economic problems. This paper investigates military expenditure among others as a potential factor to the growth of sovereign debt in Greece over the period 1960 until currently. Our empirical findings suggest that high deficits, inflation and military spending have been the primary causes of debt growth in Greece. The structural break models reveal a much higher effect of deficits and inflation in the post-1990 period while the threshold switching regression, based on the level of sovereign debt, indicate that for levels of debt-to-GDP ratio above 90% deficits, inflation and military expenditures had significantly more pronounced effects on government debt changes.

THE NUCLEAR WEAPON STATES

The nuclear weapon states (NWS) have different perspectives on the desirability and feasibility of a world without nuclear weapons. A review of each of the current nuclear doctrines, postures, and disarmament policies of the five NWS shows that there is a clear divide between them, with some showing relatively determined leadership (the United States and the United Kingdom) and others expressing skepticism, if not complete disinterest (France, Russia, and China). Nevertheless, the prospects for progress on disarmament by the NWS at the 2010 Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons remain reasonably good. Yet complete success will require much time as well as sustained and applied efforts from the NWS, first and foremost to improve their performance as international security guarantors.     

舰艇近区安全防卫系统分析

针对我国舰艇近区安全存在的问题,参照国外舰艇近区自卫装备发展情况,提出了发展具有综合利用观瞄设备和声纳,并集合各种致命和非致命武器特点的舰艇近区安全防卫系统的构想。系统配备的观瞄设备用于探测地面、水上及低空近临目标,而声纳用于探测水下目标,如蛙人,无人水下航行器等。在打击方面,系统配备了可以歼灭目标的致命武器以及用于驱逐目标的非致命武器。并对系统的关键技术进行了初步探讨。 关键词：舰艇近区安全,近区安全防卫系统,非致命武器
