论高校和谐宿舍文化的构建

高校和谐宿舍文化足以和谐文化的基本思想为要求,在宿舍文化建设中追求和谐文化,培育和谐精神,倡导和谐理念的一种思想文化。高校和谐宿舍文化不仅是高校和谐校园文化的重要组成,也是和谐校园的重要特征。当前高校在建设和谐校园的目标要求下,构建高校和谐宿舍文化意义深远。该文阐述了高校和谐宿舍文化的内涵,分析了构建高校和谐宿舍文化的必要性,提出了建设高校和谐宿舍文化的基本对策和方法。     

基于最大保障时间的战时装备维修任务调度模型

战时维修机构承担的维修任务比较繁重,合理、科学地安排维修任务可以有效地提高作战部队的战斗力.对此,分析了战时维修任务调度的特点,建立了基于最大保障时间的维修任务静态、动态调度模型,并提出了相应的模型求解方法.利用本方法在满足作战单元最大保障时间前提下,可使得装备维修效益最大,并可以实现实时动态维修任务调度,有效地解决了一种战时维修任务调度问题.     

Scheduling jobs with piecewise linear decreasing processing times

We study the problems of scheduling a set of nonpreemptive jobs on a single or multiple machines without idle times where the processing time of a job is a piecewise linear nonincreasing function of its start time. The objectives are the minimization of makespan and minimization of total job completion time. The single machine problems are proved to be NP‐hard, and some properties of their optimal solutions are established. A pseudopolynomial time algorithm is constructed for makespan minimization. Several heuristics are derived for both total completion time and makespan minimization. Computational experiments are conducted to evaluate their efficiency. NP‐hardness proofs and polynomial time algorithms are presented for some special cases of the parallel machine problems. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 鱼雷攻击占位相关参数计算

讨论了鱼雷攻击占位机动过程中,最小占位速度和最短占位时间的计算问题,采用数值计算分析方法,得出了各种不同敌我初始态势和相对运动速度下对应最短占位时间的占位点的分布规律,推导出最小占位速度和最短占位时间的计算公式。     

国际海洋法与维护国家海洋权益

海洋权益是指沿海国对属于自己的管辖海域享有国际海洋法所赋予的特定主权权利。《联合国海洋法公约》奠定了现代国际海洋法制度的基础,为各国维护正当的海洋权益提供了基本法律依据,但也有不完善甚至严重缺陷之处。认真研究其利弊,以切实维护国家海洋权益和公正合理的国际海洋法律秩序。

专业读书训练是公共事业管理专业的重要教学内容。本文在探讨专业读书教学目的和意义的同时,并提出了读书训练的原则、内容和方法,旨在帮助公共事业管理专业学生形成未来的公共事务管理者所需的职业素养。     

Combining standardized time series area and Cramér–von Mises variance estimators

We propose three related estimators for the variance parameter arising from a steady‐state simulation process. All are based on combinations of standardized‐time‐series area and Cramér–von Mises (CvM) estimators. The first is a straightforward linear combination of the area and CvM estimators; the second resembles a Durbin–Watson statistic; and the third is related to a jackknifed version of the first. The main derivations yield analytical expressions for the bias and variance of the new estimators. These results show that the new estimators often perform better than the pure area, pure CvM, and benchmark nonoverlapping and overlapping batch means estimators, especially in terms of variance and mean squared error. Optimal burn‐in procedure for periodically inspected systems

Burn‐in is a widely used method to improve the quality of products or systems after they have been produced. In this paper, we study burn‐in procedure for a system that is maintained under periodic inspection and perfect repair policy. Assuming that the underlying lifetime distribution of a system has an initially decreasing and/or eventually increasing failure rate function, we derive upper and lower bounds for the optimal burn‐in time, which maximizes the system availability. Furthermore, adopting an age replacement policy, we derive upper and lower bounds for the optimal age parameter of the replacement policy for each fixed burn‐in time and a uniform upper bound for the optimal burn‐in time given the age replacement policy. These results can be used to reduce the numerical work for determining both optimal burn‐in time and optimal replacement policy. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2007
