从传统儒家的“德治思想”到“以德治国”方略

传统儒家倡导"仁政",注重"德治",对封建社会秩序的稳定起到了积极的作用。当前,党中央提出"以德治国",既是对儒家"德治思想"在新的历史条件下作出的新阐释和新发展,同时又赋予它以新的内涵,对我们社会主义建设过程中保持政治秩序的稳定、经济的繁荣和持续发展有着非常重要的现实意义。     

Dual sourcing: Responsive hedging against correlated supply and demand uncertainty

This article analyzes dual sourcing decisions under stochastically dependent supply and demand uncertainty. A manufacturer faces the trade‐off between investing in unreliable but high‐margin offshore supply and in reliable but low‐margin local supply, where the latter allows for production that is responsively contingent on the actual demand and offshore supply conditions. Cost thresholds for both types of supply determine the optimal resource allocation: single offshore sourcing, single responsive sourcing, or dual sourcing. Relying on the concept of concordance orders, we study the effects of correlation between supply and demand uncertainty. Adding offshore supply to the sourcing portfolio becomes more favorable under positive correlation, since offshore supply is likely to satisfy demand when needed. Selecting responsive capacity under correlated supply and demand uncertainty is not as straightforward, yet we establish the managerially relevant conditions under which responsive capacity either gains or loses in importance. 空投设备气囊缓冲系统的缓冲特性分析与匹配方法

采用解析分析法,根据排气口流量方程和载荷运动方程建立了无量纲的空投设备气囊缓冲过程数学模型,并根据此模型构造了气囊的匹配设计图。讨论了排气口面积、气囊高度、着陆初速度、载荷质量、气囊底面积及排气口开启压力等参数对气囊缓冲性能的影响,提出了空投设备气囊缓冲系统的参数匹配设计方法,为空投设备气囊缓冲系统的匹配设计提供了技术支持。     

The multiplicative representation for multiple objectives optimization with an application for arms procurement

Multiple Objectives Optimization is much seen in combination with linear functions and even with linear programming, together with an adding of the objectives by using weights. With distance functions, normalization instead of weights is used. It is also possible that together with an additive direct influence of the objectives on the utility function a mutual utility of the objectives exists under the form of a multiplicative representation. A critical comment is brought on some representations of this kind. A full‐multiplicative form may offer other opportunities, which will be discussed at length in an effort to exclude weights and normalization. 军事工程渗漏检测技术及设备研究

研究军事工程渗漏检测技术及设备,对保证部队官兵的战备训练和生活、武器装备和军需物资的安全存储、军事功能的发挥以及军事任务的完成,具有十分重要的军事、经济意义。比较分析了军事工程渗漏检测技术与方法,确定电磁波技术法为军事工程渗漏检测设备的基本检测原理。分别从检测与传输、智能处理与分析、机械设计与合成、工程实验与验证4个主要分系统对军事工程渗漏检测设备的研制进行了阐述。应用军事工程渗漏检测设备进行了工程实践,解决了已建工程渗漏检测、新建工程防水、防渗漏工程质量验收的技术难题。     

Maximizing project cash availability

Consider a project during the life cycle of which there are cash payouts and in‐flows. To better meet his financial commitments, the project owner would like to meet all deadlines without running out of cash. We show that the cash availability objective is similar to the total weighted flowtime used to measure work‐in‐progress performance in the scheduling and inventory control literatures. In this article we provide several specialized solution methods for the problem of minimizing total weighted flowtime in an arbitrary acyclic project network, subject to activity release times and due dates, where the activity weights may be positive or negative and represent cash in‐ and out‐flows. We describe the structure of an optimal solution and provide several efficient algorithms and their complexity based on mincost and maxflow formulations. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 在信息化条件下,重视软件成为共识,但是重视装备软件不仅是在功能技术层面上,还应在思维层面上审视其对武器装备系统的思想内涵和发展思路的深刻影响.从武器装备系统中软硬件的逻辑关系出发,研究软件如何从思维层面影响现代武器装备系统,可以更好地从软件的视角上去理解和把握武器装备系统,真正认识到软件的“灵魂”作用.     

孔子道德教育思想与当代公民道德建设

孔子重视道德教育,提出了以“仁”为核心的道德教育思想,他把道德教育放在教育的突出位置,在道德教育中注重贯彻因材施教原则,重视道德实践的训练,强调发挥领导者的模范带头作用。当代公民道德建设,应该营造相互关心、团结互助、讲究制度和规范的良好氛围,应该重视公民行为规范的训练和习惯的养成,要构建家庭、学校、社会“三位一体”的道德教育模式。     

纯方位目标跟踪和攻击的己艇机动策略

纯方位目标跟踪效果同己艇的机动有关。本文按照极大化跟踪系统的可观测程度的准则对己艇机动进行了优化,得出了有利于跟踪的优化机动策略。在此基础上,进一步考虑了对目标进行攻击的攻击机动的要求,使得最后给出的机动模式不仅有利于快速获得目标运动参数,而且使己艇能占领到较好的攻击阵位。此外,本文推荐的机动策略都是按相给出的,因此具有很好的实用性。
