基于行为建模的移动代理性能评估

针对移动代理的分布式应用性能评估需求,建立了移动代理生命周期中主要行为的网络负载模型和时间消耗模型.在3种典型分布式应用想定下,分析了基于C＼S模式和移动代理模式的应用实现基本过程,对两种模式下的网络负载和执行时间进行了仿真比较,结果证明了在访问节点数量较多,网络传输速率较低时,移动代理模式的具有更好性能.     

中国特色社会主义事业发展布局的创新与发展

在新课程改革中,新课标下的物理教材,更充分地体现出以学生为主体的原则。本文从开展探究性实验教学;实验教学引入不要拘泥于传统、强化实验创新设计等几方面阐述了如何在物理实验教学中培养学生的创新能力。     

要地防空指挥控制系统作战效能灰色聚类评估

建立要地防空指挥控制系统作战效能评估指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各层次指标权重,提出了一种基于灰色定聚类和中心点三角白化权函数的要地防空指挥控制系统作战效能灰色聚类评估方法,并通过算例对该方法的有效性进行了检验。结果表明该方法是切实可行的。     

色噪声环境下MIMO雷达相干目标角度估计算法

针对色噪声环境下的MIMO雷达相干目标角度估计问题,提出一种基于目标信息矢量重构的角度估计算法.算法对MIMO雷达的接收数据进行了低复杂度改进,通过计算四阶累积量,得到一组矢量并证明该矢量包含所有目标的角度信息,通过重构Toeplitz矩阵,结合MUSIC算法实现了色噪声环境下MIMO雷达相干目标的角度估计.算法保留了MIMO雷达的阵元扩展能力和目标分辨力,具有自动抑制加性高斯白噪声和色噪声的能力,实现了相干目标的有效估计,更利于在实际中应用.最后计算机仿真结果证实了算法的有效性和可行性.     

维吾尔史诗《福乐智慧》及其数学思想解读

《福乐智慧》是一部反映古代维吾尔人社会生活的百科全书,广泛地涉及到哲学、政治、法律、军事、伦理、宗教、天文学、数学等领域,其中的数学与数学教育思想尤为丰富。《福乐智慧》探讨了诸如什么是数学,为什么要学习数学,学习什么内容,如何学习数学,以及学习数学对人的一生有什么影响等问题。《福乐智慧》所涉及的数学内容包括算术、几何学、三角、代数,尤其是特别提到了欧几里得的《几何原本》。总结发掘《福乐智慧》的数学教育思想,对于批判继承中华民族的优秀文化成果,让国内其他兄弟民族乃至世界各国客观全面地了解新疆古代维吾尔数学发展史,填补我国数学发展史和中亚数学发展史上的空白等有重要意义。     

浅谈高校无机化学实验教学的绿色化

针对在化学实验教学中因大量污染物的排放可能对师生健康和环境造成严重危害的实际,就如何进行绿色化学实验教学这一问题,文章提出了学生开展无机化学实验废液的处理实验、进行实验微型化教学以及实验应多采用仪器法等方法,在高校化学实验教学中渗透绿色化学教学思想是必要的,也是可行的。化学教师应该用绿色化学的理念指导化学实验教学,培养具有绿色意识的化学人才,实现化学实验教学的绿色化。     

Formation of adiabatic shearing band for high-strength Ti-5553 alloy: A dramatic thermoplastic microstructural evolution

By using split Hopkinson pressure bar, optical microscopy and electronic microscopy, we investigate the influence of initial microstructures on the adiabatic shear behavior of high-strength Ti–5Al–5V–5Mo–3Cr (Ti-5553) alloy with lamellar microstructure and bimodal microstructure. Lamellar alloy tends to form adiabatic shearing band (ASB) at low compression strain, while bimodal alloy is considerably ASB-resistant. Comparing with the initial microstructure of Ti-5553 alloy, we find that the microstructure of the ASB changes dramatically. Adiabatic shear of lamellar Ti-5553 alloy not only results in the formation of recrystallized β nano-grains within the ASB, but also leads to the chemical redistribution of the alloying elements such as Al, V, Cr and Mo. As a result, the alloying elements distribute evenly in the ASB. In contrast, the dramatic adiabatic shear of bimodal alloy might give rise to the complete lamination of the globular primary α grain and the equiaxial prior β grain, which is accompanied by the dynamic recrystallization of α lamellae and β lamellae. As a result, ASB of bimodal alloy is composed of α/β nano-multilayers. Chemical redistribution does not occur in ASB of bimodal alloy. Bimodal Ti-5553 alloy should be a promising candidate for high performance armors with high mass efficiency due to the processes high dynamic flow stress and excellent ASB-resistance.     

Command and Control of India's Nuclear Forces

The Indian government has not made a public comment about the status of its nuclear weapon program since approving a nuclear doctrine in 2003. However, there is now enough information in the public domain to determine that the command-and-control system for the nuclear program has steadily matured in accordance with the intent of the approved nuclear doctrine. The Indian government has successfully mitigated many of the issues that plague the conventional military. The result is a basic command-and-control system that is focused only on the delivery, if ordered by the prime minister, of nuclear weapons. The system is not as robust as those of the United States and Russia, but is in place and ready as new Indian nuclear weapons enter into operation. The command-and-control system is developing to meet India's needs and political compulsions, but not necessarily as part of a more assertive nuclear policy.     

Terrorism,crime and public spending: Panel VAR evidence from europe

Within a panel VAR framework and utilizing generalized impulse response and forecast error variance decomposition analysis, we explore the dynamic effects of terrorism and crime on public order and safety spending across European countries during the period 1994–2006. Our findings show that a ‘shock’ in terrorism and/or in crime, significantly increases the subsequent trajectory of public order and safety spending. As a by-product, we find that public spending is ineffective in reducing observed crime or terrorism.
